3.033 cl. can @ home, served in a teku glass, best before: 2023/08/25, canned at: 2021/08/25.
Aroma: low intensity aromas of orange, citrus, salt.
Appearance: gold to light amber color with perfectly white foam made of small bubbles, low head thickness, low retention, no Brussels' lacing, medium haziness.
Taste: low to medium sweetness, low bitterness, low sourness. Flavors of orange, citrus, salt. Quite well balanced by the sourness, resulting in a light orangy sweetness.
Mouthfeel: low to medium body, watery texture, low carbonation, medium long dry and sour finish with low sourness and bitterness and the previously mentioned flavors. Alcohol is well hidden, not noticeable in the aroma or flavor and only noticeable because of a light mouth and throat warming. Astringency is not noticeable. Hop burn is not noticeable.
Overall: quite good appearance, low intensity aromas and more powerful flavors of orange, citrus, salt. Not bad but not great either, it lacks of more layers of flavors, more body and maybe a bit more of sourness. I'd try another fresher one.

3.7This bottle is coming from Amstein, St-Légier. Opening it on the day 25 of December, at the night before to eat our Peruvian meal. The body is orange and gold, clear with an average carbonation, thin and white foam. A classical gose beer, sour and dry, sparkling with a note of grapefruit, yeasty and some hop at the final.
2.6Does what it says on the tin. Strong orange on the nose but overpowered in the typical gose sourness. Light saltiness. Tart, average to low carbonation. Drinkable, mildly enjoyable gose.

3.6Orange brown beer with no head. Smell is sour fruity, more like mango and passionfruit than orange, but nice. Slight funkiness - you recognise a good lactobacilus immediately.
Taste is sour salty and very dry. Deliciously balanced, leaves a puckering in the mouth. Delicious, refreshing.

3.8Complex ziltig biertje. Echt een goeie Gose.
3.2can from mikkeller shop.
clear yellow, large offwhite head.
aroma is lemongrass, oranges, orange jam.
flavor is slightly sour beer base, salty note, citrus, oranges (but not too much, just a hint), super low bitterness, but there is a distinct and quite pleasant bitterness to balance things. nice beer.
3.7Gose flavoured with orange - apart from the obligatory salt and coriander - by Põhjala, probably Estonia's most prominent craft brewery. Thanks to Craftmember for sharing. Egg-white, thick and moussy, slowly opening head on a lightly hazy 'old gold' beer with pale orangey tinge, misty with sediment. Aroma of unripe oranges rather than the expected wave of sweet orange juice, raw cucumber, sourdough, kumquat, cilantro, spelt bread, linseed, green apple. Crisp, lactic sourness in the onset, pleasantly tart but nowhere harsh, nicely mingled with citrus fraîcheur, in itself supported by minerally carbonation; sourdoughy core, wheaty and grainy, under gently but consistently drying, refreshing lactic sourness and mild coriander spiciness; the saltiness remains very subtle, but is certainly noticeable - it is, however, the tartness and citruniness that prevail here. The orange peel factor lingers without dominating everything else, while a deeply buried earthy hop bitterish touch provides balance and unity. Nothing as exuberant as some of their other offerings in other styles, but quite a sophisticated flavoured Gose, quite true to the original style in spite of the addition of oranges - because, surprisingly, they do not dominate. Lovely beer on a hot summer afternoon.
