3.6 Bottle at the Sitting Room in Saltburn. Slightly hazy blond with a fw white suds. Mild floral aroma of rose petals. Teh taste is tart with lemon curd, a little spice, light herbs and a salty finish. Nice.
Carbonazione medio bassa e corpo leggero. Non eccezionale ma si fa notare.
3.2 Backlog. Synchronizing with notes and Untappd. Disappointed not to find any juniper here, only some pine...
2.9 330ml bottle @La Braña, Torrelavega. In short: herbal salty beer. Pours dark golden with nice white head, Short head retention, poor lacing. Parfume like nose, herbal, flowers. Light body, average carbonation oily texture. Taste is a weird mix of salty flavours and herbal ones.

3.5 Bottle from Biervana, Munich. Pours lightly hazy gold with a medium, frothy and fizzy white head, short retention with good lacing. 3.1 27th October 2016 Almost clear gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and pretty dry, decent fine carbonation. One of these yogurt soured beers, or tastes like it. LIght yogurt anyhow! Sourish generic fruits. Barely there gin botanicals, might not have spotted without the clue in the title. It feels a little half arsed but is okay.
3.2 330 ml bottle. Unclear pale golden to orange body with a small and fast disappearing off-white head. Aroma has juniper, fruit/berries in general and some spices. Flavor is a bit subtle, but complex with berries, fruit, spices, salt and medium acidic. Medium body and same complexity in aftertaste that ends a bit tart. Interesting and refreshing without beeing great.
3.4 Draft 0.15l at Craft & Draft Amsterdam, The Netherlands. 20.09.2016. Taste with Vlada and adamnowek. Pour it hazy orange color with medium white head. Aroma herbalish, salty, nice peppermint. Taste quite salty with juniper berries, sweet fruity on the back, finish with peppermint, strange and decent, medium body, slick feel, average carbonation.
3.8 Hazy Apricot color with small white head; aroma is slightly sour, yoghurt, some malt, very delicate aroma; taste is little sweet, salty, fruity, finish slightly tart with some funky bitterness and salt, very special; creamy mouthfeel with average carbonation; very special beer, I guess that’s a love it or hate it
3.6 Bottle from Skúli - Craft Bar in Iceland. Pale golden color, cloudy, light bubbles, not a lot of foam, disappearing very fast. We can smell a lot of lactobacillus. Medium fizzy feeling on the tongue. Sour taste, great acidity there, very salty, refreshing. Great Gose style!
3.3 From tap at Craftbeer Corner, Cologne. Light hazy golden orange color with white head. Malty and yeasty aroma, herbal, spicy, floral, light fruity. Sweet, light bitter and salty taste. Light thin to oily body with soft carbonation.

3.7 330ml bottle. Aroma is sweetness, there are spring flowers, honey, wheat, herbs, roses and ginger. Colour is pale-golden, white foam. Taste is salty all the time, lightly citrusy, juniper berries, coriander, low bittery and lime finnish. Herbal flavour stay after swallow.
3.4 Sensoric. Golden, light to medium hazy with small, white head. Poor head retention and lacing. Nice aroma of juniper and coriander, in the background lightly berries notes with marmalade. Taste is not as good as aroma, I’d say rather regular goes characteristics - salty, mild with acidic notes, well accented in the end. Light body, creamy, texture, average carbonation, finish is long lasting - salty with some berries notes.
3.6 Bottle at home. Pours clear golden orange with a thin white head. Aromas of citrus, herbs, juniper. Taste is more of the same. Slight hint of the rosemary. Solid, if not exceptional.
3.3 A 330ml bottle with a best before date of 12th July 2017, poured into a d’Achouffe tulip glass. It poured a hazy orange colour with a less than one finger white head that dissipated quickly and left only sparse lacing. Aromas of mango, lemon, lime, touch of ginger and floral notes. Tastes lightly salty, lemon zest, lime juice, berries and lightly spicy. Light bodied with low to moderate carbonation. Overall, this was a bit disappointing considering the last Põhjala x To Øl collaboration I tried (Taanilinn Cognac BA) was a stunner. Perhaps it was the high hopes… The fruitiness was nice but carbonation was too low for a Gose.
