3.8 Bottle. Hazy orange color, white head. Aroma has lots of fruits, mango, hops. Big hoppy palate, mango notes, pineapple notes, malts on the back.
3.6 Amber colored, cloudy, medium off white head. Aroma is of caramel malt, tropical fruits, some flowery and also peppery notes. Taste is medium sweet, caramel malt background, biscuit, tropical fruity and floral, some pine, medium+ bitterness. Dry finish, lasting bitter aftertaste. Medium bodied and carbonation. Not the freshest bottle so the hoppy aroma is not that overpowering compared to the malt. Have to repeat this one.
3.4 Hazy golden with a white head - Hoppy aroma with citrus - Good malt body to support a hop profile with a huge grapfruit flavour - The grapfruits from hops goes into the finish - A little to much grapfruit for my taste, but still a nice beer
3.5 Flaska delad med @msbrindbergs, tack! Blommig doft med en känsla av pilsner. Mild smak med kraftig beska.
3.4 Flaska från Best of beers, Ålborg. Dimmig mörkgul vätska med vitt skum. Ganska klen i doften, men blommig och pepprig. Gräsig och frisk i smaken. God men lite trist kanske.
3.9 Bottle, 650 ml from Svije Piva. Shared with Miro. Cloudy yellow, dense white head. Fruity aroma, with a hint of boiled eggs. Fruity, citrus, hoppy flavor with great lasting bitter finish.
3.7 Bottle. Amber color, white head. Bitter taste with citrus, hops, mango, pine, resin and grass. Bitter finish with grapefruit, resin, hops and pine. Very nice IPA.
3.5 decent Ipa but quite boring. Moderate maltiness, decent hops, some grapefruit, some orange, pine. Moderate sweetness with moderate bitterness. Too much moderate of everything
3.7 Aroma: fresh planty of hops, taste balance is perfect. Nothing much to add to this simple but good ipa, very good for my taste buds.
3.9 Bottle. Slightly hazy Golden pour, frothy White head. Fresh hoppy Nose, nice hoppy taste, clear floral notes and a long bitter finish. Medium body, average carbonation
4.0 Aromat bardzo świeżego chmielu i ziół. Barwa złota, zamglone. Mega czapa piany! W smaku żółte owoce, zioła, herbata, cukierki ślazowe. Konkretna ziołowa goryczka.
3.8 Bottle at home. Hazy golden body with a white head. Aroma is fruit, hops, malts Taste is grapefruit, hops. Very bitter ending, very good!
3.5 Bottle 65cl, a cloudy copper beer with medium head. Nose is on fresh fruits, mango, apricot. Aroma is on sweet hops resin, very bitter, mango, exotic fruits, peach, medium body, peppery. Finish again very bitter.
2.3 Bomber into Spiegelau IPA glass. Pours fizzy, cloudy straw yellow that fills my glass with 40% beer and 60% barmy fluff. Aromas of yeasty sourdough and pilsner malt, grass, hot hay, and old books. Wheaty, tangy, and "green" vegetal flavor. Ambivalent hops are uber-grassy. Salty, yeasty, wet bamboo, and a touch of smoky/plasticy phenols. Charry finish. Sharp, minerally, seltzery palate. My rating numbers are perhaps too generous. Every facet of this beer can be summed by one word: CRUDE.
4.3 Pours a clear, pale orange with a lot of lasting head. Aroma is sweet and floral a touch of grapefruit. Floral to start with a dry bitterness following, very fruity overall. A very drinkable ipa and glad it comes in such a (comparatively) large bottle
4.0 Not so fresh but Still pretty good, with a tart grapefruit quality and notes of orange and lemongrass . Malt manifests as a sweet toasty caramel, yhe finish is dry and bitter with piney notes
3.8 Draft at oasis. From notes. Loads of citrus hops with some herbal notes. A hint of caramel in the finish.
3.6 Butelka 66cl. OCZY : piwo jest mętne o brzydkim kolorze brudnej pomarańczy. Piana jest spora, mięsista i nieregularna. NOS : piwo ma intensywne aromaty. Dominują nuty mango, limonki, pieprzu, dużo zielonej herbaty i rooibos. Herbaciane i gorzkie. Brakuje troszeczkę więcej nut słodowych by piwo było bardziej wyważone.
3.6 Bottled 650ml. -from Svijet Piva Zagreb. My bottle shared with Yves, Fran and Marko. Cloudy orange coloured, big white head, mild grapefruity nose. Moderate malty, grapefruity fruity hoppy and light herbal with intensive bitterness in the finish and long lasting bitter aftertaste. Decent IPA.
3.7 Huge thanks to Ogi for getting this one! Seem slightly too old for the style, but hey, 4-5 months? Poured an ochre-orange nice murky body with a medium sized thick white head. Sweet passionfruit/mango aroma, well integrated in the malty background. More of the same in the taste - lovely tropical fruit & maltiness, coupled with a good herbal bitterness. Not very fresh, slightly heavy, but hey, it’s far from a sticky malt bomb. The herbal bitter aftertaste builds up and up... overall, very respectable, not thrilling (would’ve loved to try it fresh though), but a very, very good IPA nonetheless.
3.5 been a long time since i’ve had a port brewing beer .. . dark gold .. lots of white stuff .. . a well balanced beer, the dryness and sweetness of the hops work well .. . mild all around .. . . elephant child born to local woman...
3.9 A really delicious fresh IPA. Pours a light hazy orange. Lots of white foamy head. Aromas of citrus, and fresh hops. Really smooth and drinkable. Fresh naval orange flavors. Nice bright hops. A delicious IPA.
4.9 An orange seasonal / Fresh Hopped IPA with white head. Aroma is very hoppy, fruity, green summer, marijuana. Taste is very bitter.
3.9 Light orange colour white head. Aroma of grapefruit, soap, bread. Taste is light to medium bitter, slightly sweet. Light to medium body, kinda slick texture, average carbonation.
3.8 Nice golden, slightly hazy pour with great head and specific lacing. Nice piney aroma. Starts of with a semi sweet hoppy apricot intro and turns into a nice bitter grapefruit ending. Not too sweet but also not too bitter or raw-hoppy at the end.
4.3 A hazy, slightly orange beer with a blond, slightly clouding, and big head. Pretty. Aroma has mangos, pineapples, generic tropical fruits, some papaiyas, nice fructose and grapefruits. Enjoyable, tropical fruits sallad without anything more but that’s not bothering. Taste has mangos and some papaiyas, more grapefruits than in the aroma, pine needles. The bitterness is nice and strong, aromatic, piney with some resin in the end. Long lasting and piney bitterness. Medium bodied, nicely smooth to drink. Tropical fruity but also strongly bitter IPA. Great beer.
2.8 Bottled 10.02.14. Poured from a bomber into a tulip on 11.04.14. A: Lots of green vegetable, almost like pot. Candied tropical fruit is there too. A: 2 finger head that is retained. Hazy straw yellow body. T: Green vegetable dominates. Candied tropical fruit, grass, orange, and spiciness are subtle. P: Crisp and bubbly on the back end. Kind of watery. O: This was the mildest fresh hop of the season. It was a little too watery. There was some major skunkage going on that really smelled and tasted like pot. It was rough, but good.
3.2 Insanely hopped. Expect from that, there is a nice orange color with sediments in it and lots of foam. In the taste is some sweetness in the end, but mainly and almost exclusively hops in smell and taste. Some herbs are also included in the mixture. Rather dry aftertaste.
