Summer Pale Ale is our version of the iconic West Coast-style Pale Ale. Our brewer’s decided this beer should be all about the hops. Therefore, we brew it without any crystal malt. In choosing to brew a beer this way, we are left to focus solely on the expressive nature of the hops they choose for this beer.

3.5The aroma is full of hops, pine, peaches, malt, citrus, grapefruit and orange. The color is reminiscent of mandarine juice. The taste is full of hops, pine, malt, citrus, peaches, orange, citrus, lemon peel and orange zest. A nice beer!
3.9Piana nieduża, szybko opada do chmurki. Barwa słomkowo złota, lekko opalizująca. W średnio intensywnym zapachu głównie cytrusy, liczi i żywica. W smaku wytrawne, trochę cytrusów, trochę nafty, trochę winogron, średnia do wysokiej, żywiczno grejpfrutowa goryczka, nieco zalegająca, średnie wysycenie.
West Coast IPA ewidentnie, aczkolwiek prawdopodobnie świeższa byłaby bardziej aromatyczna. Mmiodu i utlenienia nie stwierdzam.
3.7Can, bought@Beershoppen, Kolding. Pours clear golden with a medium, staying, frothy white head. Aroma has crisp malts, light biscuity, a touch of oats, fine citrus, grapefruit. Medium carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has fine sweet malts, doughy, light grass, some fine citrussy hops. Quite heavy bitterness. Super drinkable.
3.6Pours hazy gold with a small thin white head. Aroma is citrus, grass and tropical notes. Taste is lighter bitters then expected. Smooth, soft carbonation and dry finish.
3.8Can from Provisions. Pours golden with a white head. Leaves a lot of lacing in the glass. Big pine and floral notes on the nose and tongue. Finished with a ton of
Bitterness which was surprising. Not for the faint of
Heart
3.9Golden, clear, nice white foam. Sweet toffee in the aroma. Bitter, burned sugar, corn with strong bitterness in the aftertaste.
3.5Aranysárga szín, vékony tartós fehér hab. Visszafogott komlós illat. Enyhe gyümölcsös, gabonás íz. Markánsan keserű utóíz.
3.7Light amber with medium white head. Slight grain aroma with some citrus notes. Medium hops bitterness with some citrus sourness balanced by some sweetness.

Humlene er bl.a. Chinook, Cascada og Amarillo.
3.5Can shared at home. Yellow colour, small white lacing. Nose is fruity bitter. Taste is low bitterness. Lingering bitter aftertaste. Not as hoppy I expected it to be, but refreshing.
3.8Aroma is fresh and juicy with citrus hops, peach and pineapple. Taste goes the same way, with oranges and grapefruit to top it all. Piney bitterness and a dry finish make this a refreshing effort. Good.
4.0Perfect west coast style pale ale. Some pine along those grapey fruity notes. Bitter finish but balanced. Very nice
3.5From a can. Pours hazy gold with a thin, off white head. Tastes like pale malt, light toast, citrus hops, and faint pine. Light/medium body and carbonation. Smells like pale malt, light toast, citrus hops, and faint pine.
2.8Medium offwhite head. Hazy coppery body with light carbonation. Fruity raisiny resiny aroma with citric salty notes. Dryish salty resiny tropical fruit taste with spicy notes. Mid-bodied. Sharp mouthfeel. Eventually the beer leaves a kind of salty residue in the mouth. Dry resiny salty tropical fruit aftertaste with grassy metallic notes. This one I think is quite simply too hoppy. If they'd just dialed the hops down a little it would be a great beer, but this is almost unpleasant to drink. (0.568l can, from Kihoskh, Copenhagen.)
3.5Semi-hazy pale golden pour with an off-white head. Notes of citrus, light pine, light caramelized malts. Crisp, clean and refreshing, with a light body, medium to high hop bitterness and a medium amount of carbonation.
3.4Aroma: Fruity hops and slightly dusty.

From: Can @ FLASK Aarhus Aug. 2017.
3.4Can. Pours hazy gold. Aroma and flavor are pale malt, light toast, crisp citrus, faint pine, and nicely balanced bitterness. Light/medium body.
3.5Can. A hazy golden beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of hops, spices, malt, flowers, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, hops, straw, and spices, leading to a bitter finish.
3.7Can at Himmeriget.

Fruity aroma of hops and pine needles with notes of resin.
Fruity flavour of caramel, hops and pine needles.
Hoppy finish.
3.77/26/17. 16oz can from Five Points. Lightly hazed orange pour with a nice off-white head. Orange and peach aroma, pale malts. Crackery pale malt flavor, orange, peach. Tasty.
3.51 pint can. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grapefruity and citrusy. Crisp fruity, pine and herbal. Dry and bitter. Solid hoppy finish.
3.3Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Mild citric hops, a clean pale malty base, faint herbal notes, mild bitterness, and a quick finish. Decent.
3.6From tap at Toronado, San Francisco. Royally hopped American Pale Ale with citrussy fruits and light biscuity malt. Flavour is quite bitter with a dry finish. Body is medium. Solid.
3.0On a warm Thursday evening with the scent of summer and opportunity (and a little of the bathroom due to our unfortunate table placement) in the air, had a draft at Cork City. Solid pale ale, I liked it!
3.716oz can from ale yeah. Golden color. Aroma is pine hops. Aggressive west coast hop flavor and finish. Grapefruit peel bitterness on the back end. Smooth and light malt body makes it more refreshing. Pretty nice.
3.6Sixteen ounce can for $2.29. Gold pour. Aroma of peach. Flavor is bitter and somewhat light. Lighter body.
3.0Gold with an orange tinge and white head. aroma is pine and citrus. Huge hoppy flavor with lots of bitterness and some very faint biscuit notes. Body seems thin for a pale ale - perhaps it needs some of those non-fermenting dextrin components that the missing caramel malts would have supplied. This reminds me much more of a session IPA than a Pale Ale (West Coast or not).
3.6New cans - strong citrusy hop aromas, primarily of tangerine. gold and clear in color with nice long lasting head. crisp mouthfeel, nice citrus, pine, and faint resin flavors.
