3.7 500 (I think), capped. Thanks, G&K! Pours a cloudy medium pink with a fizzy tight off-white head that fades. Berries, flowers, and minerals on the nose. Creamy medium body with fizzy carb (not unpleasantly fizzy, just very lively). Berries, lots of minerals, and some softer floral and lemon zest notes on the mid palate. Long dry lightly tart finish.

3.6 Reddish beer, hazy, huge white head. Aroma: tones of raspberries, not much more. Taste: sweet and spicy funky notes, mix of raspberries and bretts. Palate: high saturation, light to medium body. Overall: decent beer, tones of raspberries, nice funky kick to it in taste and in palate. Too much raspberries for me, 1 is nice but would not drunk another one.

3.9 Has a great cream foamy head and foggy pink body. Aroma of sour peaches, rose wine, lambic hints and barn hay. Flavour is heavy acidic fruit notes with peach skins, tannins of apircot and a whole lot of woody vanilla. Good medium mouthfeel vibe and oily just enough. It’s a great mix of barnhouse funkiness and soft sour ale sophistication.

3.8 Barnyard, grain malts, citrus fruits, lemon sherbet, raspberries. Hazy, pale gold, small, creamy, white head. Light bitter. Subtle raspberries, light lemon, barnyard bitterness, grain malts, dry and bitter finish. Beautiful Farmhouse, nice raspberries in aroma and palate, works well with the brett flavours. Keg at CASK Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico.

3.2 A little rose-colored, pink head. Aroma of fruit and wild yeast. Tart, mild berry flavor, typical finish of a wild ale. Pretty nice.

3.6 Keg at CBC SMA, London. It pours a clean pink ruby color with a small pinkish head. Aroma is tart and fruity with notes of lemon peel, tart red berries, straw and gooseberries. Taste is also tart acidic with light funky lemon grassy notes. More fruity red berries, raspberries and tangerine. Light to medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, nice one

3.7 Draught at Fermentoren, København. Cloudy amber/red - white head. Funky farmhouse arome. Raspberry taste. Light malty. Citrus. Light sweetness. Fresh raspberries from the garden. Nice.

3.3 Bottle. Light pink. Aroma is straight up farmhouse and dried raspberries. A bit dry and chalky, more funk than fruit. Was expecting more

2.7 Pinkish orange. Nose starts with raspberry but then has some acetone on an odd farmhouse nose. Taste is chalky as others have said with some ofriends flavors along with some light wheat, tart funk, very light raspberry.

2.8 Poured from bottle into a tulip: Pours hazy pink with a decent head. Aroma raspberry, funk, and poison. Taste is chalky, medicinal, fake raspberry, and garbage. Not a good bottle at all.

3.0 Pour from a 3L bottle (labeled as .793 gallons) while waiting for ODB at Perennial. Peachish color. Chalky, medicinal, strange funk, tart berries. Too much funk and yeast for me.

3.0 Another dissapointing beer from Prairie. Bottle poured into mini tulip. Cloudy pink color with white head. Aroma is grainy, corn, raspberry tums, and bread. Taste is fruit soda, chalky, and corn. Overall not very impressive.

3.1 On draft. Cloudy pinkish pour, with an off white head. Bready, raspberry jam, fairly sweet, kind of stale, and a bit tart. Very meh and uninteresting.

3.6 Keg at the CP&K, 22/06/16. Light crimson streaks in a washed out orange pour topped with an off white head. Nose is pink berry fizz, funk, barnyard, tarte raspberry, damp cloth. Taste comprises tangy raspberry, light funk, white pepper, hint of yeast esters, light bread, lemon rind, brett tickle, tarte red berry. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a bitter berry edge. Decent saison but expected a little more considering the price point.

3.6 PINK BODIED. Dry raspberry taste and mild aroma. Very nice welcome beer Sammy 61*, funk not overwhelming.

3.4 Beautiful murky orange/red with a foamy head. Aroma is nice raspberries, lightly funky. Lots of funk and raspberry puree, but overly bitter, earthy and...strange. A bit of a miss for me, but very close.

3.3 Keg at Cask Pub & Kitchen. It pours cloudy pink with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma is bright, fresh, sweet raspberry, candy, earthy, barnyard and bread. The taste is bitter - sweet, earthy, funky, must, raspberry pop, jam, funk and some alcohol ramping up through the finish. Medium body and moderate. foamy carbonation. Was hoping for a bit more depth. Errs a touch on the sweet side. Fair.

3.6 I’m of the impression that if you’re gonna make an Anniversary Ale, you need to step up your game, like Firestone walker or Deschutes. This was a good beer, but not up to par with their year round and seasonal saisons. The fruit would have been better served in a darker or heavier sour. The light body and bitter finish took away from the enjoyment of this one. Great nose, pink, light, solid.

3.1 Bottle from John’s Grocery. Hazy pink orange pour with a huge head. Muted raspberry. Lots of carb. Wanted this to be better. Slightly dry.

3.7 Poured into a fancy new Tulip -- Very active beer with lots of foam, even from first cracking of the cap. Poured a pretty light pink with copious amounts of foam. Aroma is typical Prairie house funk/yeast with a hint of fruit sweetness. Flavor is much of the same funk and fruit flavors. Beer is kind of dessert-y.

3.6 Bottled. Hazy orangish body with a small off-white head. Aroma of raspberries, funky notes and citrus. Slightly sweet flavor that ends up dry and a little tart. Medium bodied, watery to oily texture and soft carbonation. A very nice Saison. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

4.1 Bottle at Lingua. Aroma is full of raspberry. Taste is lightly funky, tart, bit of citrus, slightly yoghurty. Good stuff

2.9 Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Dirty reddish pour with a small head. Notes of esters, yeast, light raspberry, dry, light spice and some bitterness.

2.9 On tap at Christian Firtal Pale Ale Festival. Muddy red amber with a small white head. Fruity aroma of peach, raspberry and strawberry. Sweet fruity flavour with plenty phenolics.
