4.0 Copenhagen 15/12 2019. 35,5 cl bottle from Best of Beers Web-shop. This one is the "B" in "Bomb". Strange schematics on black background on the label. Pours opaque dark brown with a small, dark beige head. Settles as thin, almost transparent, film of foam. Unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing. Aroma is intense, sweet, coffe-infused and with a potent presence of alcohol. Brown sugar, solid dose of coffee, chocolate, lightly roasted dark malts. Light carbonation. Thick, viscous, soft, smooth, fat texture. Flavor is heavy sweet followed and balanced by a strong coffee bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a strong bitter undercurrent. Lingering for a long bitter-sweet while. Coffee suits this part of the deconstruction very well. Hides the considerable ABV pretty well but I have no trouble believing I am drinking a strong, deconstructed bomb.
4.3 On tap @ Ghetto Something. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, alcohol and nuts. Pours pitch black color with thick soapy brown head and nice lacing. Taste starts with sweet and rich roasted malt and coffee, follows by caramel, nuts, licorice and alcohol, mouthfeel is smooth and warm, while finish is mild bitter. Full body, thick texture and average carbonation in palate. Explosive dessert...
4.1 Black with a brown head - Roasted coffee aroma - Dark malt body woth a good roasted coffee flavour - The roasted coffee flavour goes into the finish with bitterness - This was real good
3.9 Pours pitch black with a tiny head. Aroma of roasty malts, loads of coffee, mocha, espresso, hints of vanilla, dark chocolate and spices. Taste is smooth, roasty and heavy with coffee notes, mocha, vanilla, dark chocolate, espresso and coffee beans. Finish is smooth, sweetish and roasty with loads of coffee and mocha notes, hints of chocolate and espresso. A total coffee overdose. Good and tasty, but the regular one is a bit more complex and better.

Coffee+, roast, chocolate small notes, light alcohol. Medium to heavy round sweet, medium dry bitter, light fresh wind, warming atmosphere. Good body, thin oily texture, soft gaseous to flat, coffee gourmet lasting finish. Overall, delicious !
4.3 on tap @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Aroma of roasted malt and milled grain. Opaque black color, brown head that falls to a full cover, sheets of lace. Taste is thick chewy malt with noticeable alcohol, medium carbonation and a lingering finish that is mostly coffee with a little sugar. Strong, thick like syrup, big bodied, balanced, impressive. A terrific strong stout.
3.8 Draft at Torst with Linh and Scarlett. Pours a deep blackish brown body with thin tan lace. Green peppers and coffee bean on the nose. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with notes of coffee, chocolate, oak and booze.
4.3 Bottle 355ml @ Gunnfryd Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, licorice and lots of coffee. Taste is heavy sweet and medium bitter with a long coffee, roasted and chocolate finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
4.1 Bottle. A very small dark beige head forms over a brown body. The aroma has lots of delicious coffee, with roasted malts, dark chocolate and some cocoa. It's full-bodied, warming and quite smooth, with a pleasant bitterness that seems to be from both hops and coffee. Some brown sugar in the flavor, with lots of coffee, and roasted malts, dark chocolate and some earthy notes. Everlasting coffee-driven finish. Sort of one-dimensional, but sure delicious. 190406
4.3 Mooie zwarte kleur met een goede kraag. Ruikt Coffee gebrand. Smaakt vol koffie gebrand.
4.2 Aroma: Coffee, chocolate, cocoa, pretty one dimensional. Appearance: Black with great, creamy, brown head. Taste: Roasted acidity, sweet. Medium bitterness. Palate: Full body, low carbonation. Overall: One dimensional, but very well executed. Good coffee aroma, nice chocolaty background.
4.0 Bottle from Biererei, bought in August 2018. Black with a small tan head. Arom and taste of coffee, dark malt, chocolate and some hints of caramel. The finish was quite long. A nice one.
3.7 Bottle picked up from Beer Gonzo Webshop, Earlsdon, Coventry. Consumed at Isobel and Jude's Builth Wells, Powys Wales on Saturday 16th February 2019 in the company of Dad, Pauline, Jude and Baz, even Isobel eventually tried a little of all. Pours black, cappuccino coloured head, the coffee is prevalent on the nose and comes through straight away in the mouth. The coffee works well but again the vanilla still does best at holding back the alcohol and warmth. However the coffee worked exceptionally well in the blend that I did though which used 3 parts this to 1 part each of the vanilla and chocolate and a touch of chilli.
4.0 (355ml bottle from Mikkeller Webshop) Pours black with a small dark brown head. Notes of sweet dark caramel and toffee malts, fresh earthy coffee beans with some green pepper quality, a little umami, burnt grain vibes that the coffee is probably amplifying, chocolate in support, hints of stewed fruit. Generally a dark malt and coffee picture though. Moderately sweet up front, finishing nearly dry with moderate bitterness. Slick body, low carbonation, a touch of alcohol. A solid impy but even the coffee is a bit one dimensional compared to the original.
4.0 A 12 fl. oz. bottle with no clear bottled on or best before date. Poured into a snifter glass. It was dark dark brown in colour with a thin mocha brown head that dissipates quickly and leaves only sparse spotty to no lacing. Aromas of roasted malts, chocolate, coffee and light nuttiness. Tastes of roasty malts, roasted coffee, sweet chocolate and toffee with a hint of bitterness on the finish. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation. Overall, a nice Imperial Stout, but I prefer the original Bomb! more. Having said that, this was the best of the Deconstructed lineup.
4.4 Bottle. Black pour with a thick tan head. Aroma of malt, chocolate and coffee. Sweet malt and chocolate flavor with vanilla accents before a roasty coffee finish. The best of the four, for sure.
3.9 Bottle at home.... Shig tasting... Dark black... Small tan head... Soft sweet toffee chocolate.. Massive coffee roast malts nose.. Dark chocolate roast malts... Dusty chocolate malts roast... Light sweet caramel toffee fruit
