3.7 Very hazy, no head. Aroma apricot, lacto, orange. Not much sour, very fruity, remijds juice.

3.7 16oz bottle. Loud foamy thick white head on top of a golden-yellow body. Lots of fast rising carbonation bubbles. Funky oddball Saison. Overcarbonated, still has a nice mouthfeel but just a little overboard when it foams up on you at every pour, but it really looks nice after awhile. Has some funky undesirable off aromas, rather mild though...a lot of the odd tones are just the natural apricot I suppose. Completely visually different the second half of the bottle...hazy and thick. The unique fruit tones are undeniable. OK.
3.2 Bottle @ home. Pours with a big off white head. Fruity, herbal and funky nose. Taste is Funky, herbal, hay, grass and stone fruits. Sticky and thin mouth feel and a bit bitter.
3.7 Pours clear yellow with frothy, white head. Fresh, tart aroma with loads of citrus, wheat, hay, banana, peach and yeast. Similar taste with yeast, some light citrus, banana and hay. Spritzy, but soft, carbonation. Light body. Slightly tart.
3.5 Clear golden coloured body with a thinnish, very fast-dying off-white head. Aroma of funk, yeast, sour grapes, brett and a dose of fresh cut grass and even hints of cedar. Light-bodied; Strong grassy and funky flavours from the yeast, a good light sour flavour with brett and spontaneous fermented yeast around with a grassy finish and a nice light sweet note of pure sugar at the tail end. Aftertaste shows some grain, hay, yeast, grass and a touch of soured and brett notes without much complexity or other characteristics. Overall, a good beer and almost exactly what you’d expect from the brewery and the style. Nice to try, and well worth trying if you can find it and you like their products, but you already knew that. Otherwise, it’s perhaps a tad too much money for another similar beer. I sampled this 50 cL tall bottle purchased from Knightly Spirits in Orlando (Orange Blossom Trail), Florida on 01-October-2015 for US$10,99 sampled at home in Washington on Christmas Eve, 24-December-2016.
3.3 Pours a pale golden body with a thin head. Funky aroma of summer fields. Rather flat taste with a subtle funk and flowery tones.
3.8 Hazy, small-medium head, fruity aroma, yeasty, peach, banana, vanilla, cheese, fruity flavor, yeast, peach, banana, vanilla, yogurt, medium bodied.
4.1 A 16.9 fl oz (500ml) bottle with a Julian bottled on date of 08515, meaning it was bottled on 26th March 2015. Perhaps opened a few months later than I would have preferred. Poured into a Cantillon ballon glass. It poured a hazy golden orange colour with a big foamy three finger white head that dissipates fairly quickly to an extremely thin cap while leaving nice lacing. Aromas are tart, funky, wet hay, lemon juice and apricot. Tastes tart, lightly sour, straw, lemon, orange and apricot with some peppery spiciness towards the end. Crisp, medium bodied with high prickly carbonation. Overall, although I didn’t intend to hold on to this for so long, 18 months in the bottle and it still holds up pretty nicely. Good tart and fruity flavors along with great carbonation.
3.0 29.09.2016, 0,5l bottle @ home: Big fizzy-creamy longlasting head, straw colored. Aroma is slightly fresh funky, flowers, mild brett, hay, minerals, soda powder, grass, fruit stones, sap, citrus peel. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, flowers, minerals, hay, brett, paper, fruit stones, grass, sap, bark, soda powder, oak, pepper corn. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Fair enough.

3.1 Bottle shared by Karl Meyer thanks. No head and very clowdy appearance. Mild and nice light funky Belgian aroma. Mild phenolic taste and a light body. Low bitterness and easy to drink.
3.8 500ml bottle - $11.99 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia. Appearance: Pours a moderately cloudy, dingy-looking yellow body with an initial flush of off-white suds, but this quickly dissipates. Smell: Fruity, yeasty and smelling a right bit musty, barn-esque dirtiness. White bread, straw and soggy saltines. Lemon juice, apricot. Taste: A restrained straw-like maltiness, some wheat and still some subtle sweetness followed with a punchy tartness and unabashed acidity. Sucker-punched apples, apricots, a snippet of bitterish orange peel and a bit of banana. Leathery, a little measure of camphor. Dry, tangy, zippy finish with a hint of warmth and lingering white wine vinousness. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Well carbonated. Overall: I think I like it.
3.2 Hazy golden with a fizzy white head. Wild yeast aroma, with some spice. Wild, slightly sour, without being too tart. Pretty good.
3.5 Bottle at home. Unclear yellow to orange pour, quickly dissipating head. Aroma of spices, some tangerine, coriander and vitamin C. Flavor is slightly bitter, sour and with lively carbonation.
3.9 Bottle. Pours hazy/cloudy yellow with smaal white head. Aroma: sourish, wheat, fresh fish, citrus, fruity, salty notes, lot of aromas. Taste: wheat, hay, sourish, pineapple, dirty/dust or something, Medium body. Really good in a hot summerday, ABV is dangerously hidden. Dry and juicy same time.
3.6 Bottle. An unclear yellow-golden beer with a dense, finger thick, off-white head leaving lacing. Banana, generic fruityness, grapes, peppery notes and some malts in the aroma. It’s full bodied, semi-dry and nicely carbonated, with a decent bitterness. Quite heavy on the banana in the mouth too, with fruityness, peppery yeast and some pale malts. Lasting finish. A nice beer, even though it’s far from the best Prairie I’ve had, too banana-ish I think. 160102
3.9 Pours a hazy yellowish/gold color. Aromas of tart fruit, bread, hint of citrus, and yeasty. Flavor is malty/citrus. Leaves a yeasty apricot aftertaste.

3.7 (Keg at Bier-Bier, 20160319) The beer poured orange and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had tartness, sourness, spiciness and grapefruit. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, tartness, spiciness, grapefruit and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart, sweet and bitter. A well done balanced saison.
3.8 Tap (Bier Bier, Helsinki) Lovely apricot aroma, nice little bretty twist to it. Super mellow palate, but that doesn’t mean it’s lacking character. Lovely apricotty taste, lovely mellow malts, gentle funk. 8% no freaking way - marvelous at that stength, bonus point. Finish has a lovely really dry bitternes, almost white peppery, that maks me want another sip. I can’t. I finished it. More please.
