3.8 Bottle shared at Zwanze Day 2016. Hazy yellow pour with a white head. Light tart citrus, mild funk. Light sour. Easy drinking. Very good.
4.1 50cl bottle. Cloudy golden orange with a nice white head. Funk, yeast, citrus, fruity and barnyard notes in the aroma. Average carbonation and medium body. Taste is complex with sour citrus up front followed by more spicy and fruity notes and finishing bitter and dry with brett notes. Overall, a very good beer I wouldn’t mind to have again.
4.0 Poured from 500ml bottle. Cloudy golden with no head retention. Notes of apple and pear. Brettanomyces tropical fruitiness in both aroma and flavor. A tasty beer without a ton of sourness. Nice.
3.7 Bottle from Vinmonopolet, Kvadrat. Pours hazy golden with a big fluffy white head. Nice weak sour fruity aroma, acidic rhubarb. Champagne lively mouthfeel. Taste is fresh and crisp, fruit, sour berries, rhubarb, delicious,
4.0 Z kranu. Mocna drobnopęcherzykowa piana i silne wysycenie.
3.7 Bottle from a trade. Hazy light gold with huge carbonation that constantly feeds a pillowy bubbly white head. Lemons tart cherries and earth funky hit my nostrils first. Earthy with faint bready malts and spice deep underneath. The flavor is mostly tart lemony with bits of sour cherry and vinous notes. Earthy funk rounds this out nicely. Medium body spirited carbonation. Pretty decent funky saison.

3.7 Bottle, 0.50l. Initial pour with an explosion and 1rd of a beer spilt :( Hazy deep straw color with thin frothy white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma is vinous, yeasty, citric and funky with brett note. Taste starts sour citric and light sweet grainy, following is vinous, funky, mild peppery and smooth lacto, mouthfeel is crisp and dry, while finish is mild bitter. Light body, thin texture and average carbonation in palate. 7% ABV not felt at all, very refreshing...

4.0 A 16.9 fl oz (500ml) bottle with a Julian bottled on date of 13815, meaning it was bottled on 18th May 2015. There was lots of warning that this was likely to be a gusher, so I was very careful opening this. Luckily this opened as a slow gusher, so there was time to pour before it overflowed. Even after pouring one-third of the bottle, you could see it still clearly going up the bottle! It was poured into a Duvel tulip glass. It poured a hazy straw golden yellow colour with a two finger white head that dissipated slowly to a thinish foam cap and leaves nice streaky lacing. Nice tart, funky barnyard, hay, lemon and pear aromas. Tastes tart, sour, lemon, funk followed by some light peppery spice and light bitterness. Medium bodied with a medium but prickly carbonation. Overall, a nice sour, tart and funky beer.
3.9 hazy golden colour, medium sized white head, which disappears quite quickly; aroma of wet wheat, barnyard, wet leather, earthy and lemony notes; sourish-bittery taste with bread, lemony somehow metallic and tart notes; armando warned me, it has quite agressive carbonation, so I should be careful during opening - well, I tried to be: I chilled the bottle as he recommended then I handled the opener very gently: first it seemed that everything is ok, but after having some peaceful seconds, it started to explode from the bottle :-) It is a really ’wild’ beer, I would say...more wild, than sour :-)))))
4.2 Bottle, 1 pint 9 fl.oz. Home. A sparkling pale golden opaque beer ; stormy bubbles ; big white foamy head with a good retention. White dry wine nose, herbs (+), citrus, wood (brett), light bread, yoghourt. Light sweet, medium dry refreshing, light to medium lasting acid. Light to medium body, light silky texture, good carbonation, herbal dry refershing acid finish. Overall, another delicious beer from Prairie Artisan Ales : white wine aroma, herbal, light fruity, awesome balance, good texture.
3.8 Dorado lechoso y espuma blanca ligera. Aromas frescos de fruta amarilla, toque cítrico, acidez moderada y musgo. Cuerpo medio, sabor acidez redondo y fino de fruta amarilla y cítricos con final seco equilibrados.
