3.3 Sour fruity yeasty. Citrus and tropical fruit. Cloudy yellow orange. Lots of effervescence. Thick foamy bright white head with lots of fizz and little retention. Very crisp. Very fizzy. Tart fruit (grapefruit, lemon, and something tropical - mango maybe?) with a little fizzle of sweetness along with the bitter finish. Very dry. A little bit of funk. There’s a lot of sour here but it’s well balanced and comes off very nice.
3.9 August 8, 2015. Bottle at Haket. Cloudy dark orange with a very quickly dissipating white head. Aroma is funky, fruity, slight spicy with ripe mango, pineapple, lemon juice, hay, barnyard and grain. Taste is light sour, funky and fruity. Finish is light sweet with ripe peach and pineapple, light grain notes, funky barnyard, dry notes of hay and grass and light to medium sour lemon notes. Medium bodied, quite dry, average carbonation. Nice!

4.0 A 16.9 fl oz (500ml) bottle with a Julian bottled on date of 10615, meaning it was bottled on 16th April 2015. It was poured into a Duvel tulip glass. It poured a cloudy copper dark orange colour with a one finger off white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Not much lacing. Aromas are tart, funky, barnyard, apple and lime. Taste is full of sour tartness, lemon juice, orange and a strong lime finish. Medium bodied with high carbonation. Overall, this sour saison style is right up my alley and Prairie Somewhere ticks all the right boxes for me. Very enjoyable and something that I will be looking to get more of if possible. Love the bottle art as well!
3.5 Bue en bouteille de 50cl. Blonde, effervescence moyenne.
3.0 Backlog............................ Tap @ Mikkeller & Friends, Copenhagen 20131016.
3.5 Pours aaa .....whoooooooaaaaaaa ’ssfshhhshshshhshshhhhhhhh’ beer gushed everywhere.....hazy dark golden with not head that lasts more than 5 seconds. Romas of sour fig, slight metal, grass, orange peel, lemon grass. Flavs of slight orange peel, faded lime, hay. Medium sour. Not to complex.
4.4 Like its deScription states, Saint Somewhere falls, er, somewhere between a Sour and Saison (seemed to be a theme for beers this weekend). The profile is funky, citrusy, bready, earthy, acidic, and sour. Neither intensely tropical from the added fruit nor hugely yeasty from the Brett. Balance fits right in the middle. It’s polarizing and gorgeously executed in the way that only great Sour/Saison ales are.
3.9 500 ml bottle shared, purchased at John’s Grocery. Golden amber appearance with a smaller white head. Mildly sour, zesty, fruity, funky and refreshing. Pretty tasty overall.
2.9 Bottle. A- Tart, funky, citrus, vinegar. A- Orange color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Funk, brett, tart, oranges. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, tart finish. O- Funky was the theme of this beer but not crazily so. It wasn’t loaded down with brett and maintained a pleasurable sour taste throughout.
4.3 Nice looking beer, large head, orange body, sparkling clarity. Aroma is apples, funk, lemon, fish (yes, kinda fish), peaches, earth barnyard, flowers. Some cider kinda notes with wood undertones. Medium body, watery texture. Very balanced, very complex, awesome saison.
4.1 Bottle. Cotteridge. Hazy, pale gold. Film of lasting, white head. Nose has a lovely, funky, vanilla and lemon cheesecake thing going on. Some sweet grain. Taste is lemon pith tart. Goaty sourness. Love a sour goat, me. Anyhow, it’s tart and crisp, and cheesy. Nice hoppage. Clean and tart. Super drinkable.
3.7 Bue en bouteille de 50cl à la praire. Couleur très blonde, mousse et effervescence peu présente. Nez sur le bois et l’acidité. En bouche attaque acide pui bien équlibré sur le citron et avec une pointe salée iodée.
4.0 Draft at beertemple. Golden pour. Aroma of brett, citrus and grain. Nice taste of horseblanket, tardy oak, dry yeast, grain and some vanilla. Awesome beer.
4.1 From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Aroma of sour fruits, citrus, orange, Brett funk. Flavour is moderate to medium sour. Body is medium. Wonderful complex sour citrus Bretty Saison, I love it!
3.6 Didn't go into this one expecting too much but damn it was really good. Not nearly as funky as I was worried it was gonna be.
3.8 Bottle @ Haket. Pours hazy golden with a frothy and slightly fizzy goldenish white head that quickly dissipates without leaving much trace on the glass. Smell is fruity and funky with crackers, cereal, lemon juice, tangerines, pineapple, hay, dry soil, barnyard and lemon zest. Taste is slightly sour, fruity and funky. Mouthfeel is dry, slightly tart, tiny sparkling and medium bodied. Finish is slightly sour with crackers, lemon juice, pineapple, star fruit, hay, dry soil, barnyard and lemon zest. Good stuff! Heavy fruity funky...

4.4 Bottle. Little hazy orange, head disappear fast. Aroma is very fruity, light funk, lemon, apricot, pineapple. Taste is light sour, tart, dry with some sweetness at finish. Flavor of orange, lemon, hay, apricot, green apple, light lactic note, funk. Aftertaste is dry, light tart with floral, orange and lemon zest flavor. Body is medium, light carbonation. Great, complex beer. Flavor opens with each and every sip.
3.9 16.9 ounce bottle. Served in a Prairie Teku, the beer pours a hazy amber/orange color with about an inch off-white head that fizzled away somewhat quickly. Not much lacing at all. Aroma is nice and tart, the brew smells like citrus peel, lime, apricot and some funk. The taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some grainy malt and green apples. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it’s easy to drink and is well carbonated. I liked this, it’s a good tart and fruity brew. Certainly worth a try! $9.99 a bottle.
3.7 Pours hazy dark golden color with white head. Grassy, funky, sour aroma with some citrus and yeast. Tart, funky, grassy, fruity flavor with some citrus and dough. Light to medium body with lively carbonation.
3.9 Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; clear amber pour with a thin off white head, aroma has light funk and pineapple, taste has that funky faux US saison action, which I like, zesty citrus, some grapefruit, some apple, nice.

3.6 Pours hazy orange with an off white head. Aroma of funky brett, sweet peach, apricot, orange and some rural notes including hay. The taste is funky and bretty as well but also has some grainy and bright malty flavors as well. Also some citrus, apricot and a weak milky feel.
