3.6Ale się wszyscy tego piwa boją, heh. W aromacie czerwone owoce, karmel, dużo pestkowości i ziemistości brettowej, jest też stare drewno, całokształt przyjemny, ale nie przekonujący do końca. W smaku fajniej, lekko kwaskowo, czerwone owoce, pestki i nieco karmelu i drewna. Nietypowe podejście do flandersa, leży mi, ale nie zachwyca.
2.7Bottle pours a dingy murky light amber, Small light tan head. Tart woody malt flavors and aromas. Like a flanders I suppose but murky and not as clean and acidic. A bit lack luster but not unpleasant.
3.5Chestnut pour. Aroma of peach, toffee, juniper berries, syrup, butterscotch, caramel and herbs. Taste follows, with lots of peach. Tart. Good. A bit odd!
1.9Bottle drunk 4/1/17.
Bright ruby-mahogany mix with a good clarity and large, beige head atop showing moderate retention for the style.
Sharp, spoiled fruit with odd chemicals and earthy, bland, strange off-notes mix about in the nose. Oh boy...Some acetic acid and very sweet, almost candy-like, cloying sugars are present as well. But there’s clearly something off here. Just too much perfume, ester, acid, sharpness; not even like it’s got too much acetic acid in it, just unclean.
In the mouth it’s again off with odd, bready, earthy, dirty notes mixing with sharp, boozy, sweet and sour notes and leaving too much candy, almost saccharine-like sugar on the finish. Even begins to seem bile-like. Very strange mix of unpleasant flavors. Moderately carbonated with an oily texture. Poured it down the drain after a few small sips.
3.8Half liter bottle. Hazy dark red-copper. Beautiful. Large fizzy tan head, good retention. Aroma of cherry pie filling, tart cherry, mild umami and funk. The taste is tart cherries, funk, cherry pie filling, pepper, lemon, dandelion. Medium bodied, lingering tartness, highly carbonated. SOlid.
4.4Pours murky copper with a small beige head. Smells funky with a hint of sweetness. Taste is tangy tartness with some caramel underneath. Medium-bodied with a slick texture and average mouth-carbonation, Prairie/Trve Prairie & Friends Trve Edition finishes with a lingering funk.
3.5Bottled. Raisin colored body, reddish with a thick beige head. The aroma has sour dough, yeast, plum and cherry. The taste is complex, with earthy tones and some smoke in the finish. Plum and prunes.
3.09/18/16. Bottle thanks to rdixon77. Amber red pour with a small khaki head. Light sour aroma, funky, vinegar, cherries. Okay flavor, roasty, toasty, sour, vinegar, bitter. Eh.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish, sorrel, minerals, sour red berries, ashes, grass, paper, bark, sorrel, mild vinegar, oak. Taste is slightly sour-ish mineraly, weeds, fruit stones, soda powder, sour berries, ashes, minerals, paper, fruit salt, berry skin, mild vinegar. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh ashy mouthfeel. Just weird.
3.4@ Budapest, Csakajosor Pub. // Pours hazy brown with lively carbonation. Lots of chocolate, but also fairly tart. Lemon/citrus. Low hop. Dry finish. Some oak and berry.
2.4500 ml bottle poured into a brandy snifter. The beer is a hazy copper with a huge head of beige foam. The aroma is minty and herbal. Smells kind of wierd. Strong cedar type wood notes. Some sour notes come through, but also a sort of chocolate wood flavor. So strange. Medium body and medium to high carbonation.
3.9Sampled at Gunnfryds Barmy Army New Year’s ticker party 2017. Unclear orange/brown body with a big, dense tan head. Complex aroma of malt, caramel, dry fruit, mild wood and red wine with funky acidity. Flavor is sweet malt balancing against the fruity acidity, dry fruit, caramel, wood, spicy and vinous. Fine balanced body and long lasting aftertaste. A very nice, light funky, solid beer.
2.7Tasting glass draft @ Billie’s Bier Kafétaria. Bright red with little off-white head. Nose is light acetone, murky, ditch water, bit watery, rotting cherries. Whole is very watery with watery spoiled fruit, ditch water, vaguely fizzy on top, rotting cherries, watery rotting fruit, light acetone, rotting berries, decomposing leaves in water. Poor, spoiled fruit tasting, watery sour. Very weak for a sour, Prairie beers disappoint me about half of the time & this clearly fits into the disappointing camp.
3.6Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured a hazy dark brown color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate sour and dark fruit aroma. Medium to full body with a sticky tingly texture and soft carbonation. Medium sour & sweet flavor with a medium sweet & sour finish of moderate duration. This is a solid beer.
3.3A hazy amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, fruits, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons and straw, leading to a bitter fnish.

3.650 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange to amber with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and dense fruity. Toasted malty, spiced, herbal and dark malty. Bitter and slight herbal. Dry and bitter. Toasted dark malty finish.
3.6Btl pours a cloudy reddish brown color with a huge dense off white head that fades fast, leaving no lace on glass. Aromas of leather, fruit, cherry maybe?and yeast. Tastes of sour berries, sweet malt, funk and a hint of seltzer. Medium body, effervescent carbination, soft watery mouthfeel and a slightly astringent finish. This might be a good intro to sour beers as the sour/funk are fairly subdued on the palate. Pretty decent farmhouse ale!
3.5Bottle. Pours amber with an off-white head. Aroma of malt, fruitiness, yeast , caramel and lemon. Flavor is sweet and sour with some caramel, lemon and malt. Medium body, average carbonation.
3.7Bottle. A big, creamy off-white head forms over an unclear brown body. The aroma has lots of rhubarb, with a touch of spices, some berries and a faint roasted hint. The flavor has a distinct spiced touch, some berries and a pleasant rhubarb sourness. It’s full-bodied, lightly tart and with a pleasant carbonation level. Lasting rhubarb-sour finish with a spiced touch and some berries. An unusual one, but sure pleasant. 170107
