4.1 Pours golden from a bottle, some lacing. Aroma of cloves, citrus. Flavor full of yeasty spiciness, more cloves (in a good way), definite barnyard. Well-balanced, good beer.
3.0 Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentin. Thanks Alon. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of fruity esters, spiciness, yeast. Sweetish flavor, fruity, yeasty, with a mildly bitterish and slightly spicy finish, with a light alcoholic note. Medium-bodied.
4.2 22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled in 8/2015. Pours lightly hazy golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big lemon, grapefruit, orange peel, pear, apple, white grape, clove, pepper, pine, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, cracker, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great complexity and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, citrus/floral hops, and light-moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, grapefruit, orange peel, pear, apple, white grape, clove, pepper, pine, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, cracker, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Good amount of yeast spiciness and pine/citrus rind bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, grapefruit, orange peel, pear, apple, clove, pepper, pine, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, citrus/floral hops, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Good amount of dryness from bitterness/yeast spice as well. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and moderately sticky/resinous mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is an awesome hoppy saison style. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, citrus/floral hops, and moderate pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A highly enjoyable offering.

3.7 Bottle. Pours hazy light yellow with a mostly lasting white head. Aroma of pepper, citrus, coriander. Taste is of crisp lemon flavours, more pepper and coriander, some orange. Lovely stuff here
3.5 On tap at Beer Kitchen in KC. Hazy orange appearance with a lacy white head. Mild hop bitterness with notes of orange, lemon, pale breaded malts, pine and hop resin.
3.4 1 pt. 6 oz bottle poured at my brother’s place in Methuen, MA. Pours a cloudy golden with minimal head. smells like flowers. Little carbonation and taste of citrus with a nice bitter finish. Drinkable.
3.6 Herbal and sugar aroma with some coriander, lychee, and strawberry. Hazy dark straw coverd by lasting, white shaving foam. Refreshing woody bitter and dry base malt flavour with some yeasty esters. Apricot, strawberry, and celery accents. Light to medium body, medium to high carbonation, lasting dry bitter finish.
3.5 Draught @ Albion. Golden yellow with non-existent head, white ring at the rim, faint vanilla aroma with a hint of citrus, low carbonation, sweet taste with slightly bitter ending, thin body, medium finish with light bitter aftertaste. A bit watery but still nice.
3.7 5oz on tap at the Ei8ht Ball. Up front, pleasant floral, kind of grassy hip aroma. Saison yeast. Touch of strawberry. Clear golden color. Thin white head. LEaves good thicker sheets of lace. Nice pink peppercorn type spiciness. Medium-plus body. Smooth, kind of soft lighter carbonation. Moderate bitter taste, lighter sweet, some reasonable spiciness. Tasty saison, though just a touch peppery.
3.5 Botella de 65 cl en el lupulo en junio 2012. Lote 24 embotellado en 04-2011. Cuerpo medio con 6.4 vol. Normal sin muchas sorpresas.
3.7 Pours a hazy golden yellow. 3 fingers of head that laces nicely. This bottle is 14 months old. The nose is sweet and grassy, the taste is spicy with junk enough barn yard funk. Very enjoyable beer. Could use a tad less spice to be great.
3.8 Pour is a hazy yellow with a average white head. Aroma is great! Lots of fruitiness with a big yeast ester. Flavor is lemon juice to start then comes a dull wheaty malt followed by some bitterness and spice. The bottle says this was bottled in Oct 14 so it may be a bit old, maybe I would get more hop is fresher. Still the aroma is great and the flavor is also not bad at all. Nice almost lighter that usual saison.
4.3 Tried this at a Whole Foods tasting. It paired well with ribs and asparagus
2.9 Draft at the Bridge. Pours yellow with a white head. Leaves a ton of lacing. I can’t say I’m getting much on the nose. Definite bitterness on the tongue and the finish. I do wish their was more barnyard and/or funk. Not really feeling this one.
3.2 Poured from a large bottle into a pint glass to drink. The beer had a light gold-straw color with a hazy appearance, little bubble activity, and a good-sized foamy white head with average retention, cling, and lacing. Its zesty aroma featured lemon, straw, and grass, along with some pine and floral notes and a touch of spice and grain. The taste was a blend of lightly sweet fruity flavors and a bit of citrus with a more-powerful floral, grainy sour taste. The mouthfeel was somewhat subdued with lower carbonation, but it felt somewhat heavy and thick in the mouth nonetheless, with a dry character and body. Thank you Tom and Tracy for the Xmas present!
3.5 Saisons are not my favorite. Pours a orange with white head. I cant remember the taste specifically.
4.0 Full glass on draft at Pastoral in Boston. Clear straw yellow with off-white head. Aromas of citrus fruit and peel, yeast, funk. Tastes of floral, light funk, wheat, lemon citrus fruit and zest. Medium body with a dry finish. Well done saison.
3.4 In an evening that included Dupont, this is the closest of an overwhelming number of 2. The nose is faint fruit with a big white head that leaves some lacing and resolves to a ring. The body is medium - heavier than a Dupont. The taste is hoppier than a Dupont but not s hoppy as the Slumbrew. 22 oz commonly called a bomber. Brewed 12/14
3.4 Bottle a cloudy golden yellow colored beer with a white head aroma malts citrus fruits spicy yeast and hops flavor malts spicy citrus fruits some pineapple and hops
4.2 Prezentacja: ciemnożółte, nieprzejrzyste, piana niska drobna, pozostaje cienką warstwą, ładnie koronkuje ; Aromat: pomarańcze, goździki, mosiądz, kardamon, banan, drożdże, śliwki, morele ; Smak: goryczka, pomarańcze, banany, morele, alkohol ; Odczucie: dosyć treściwe, nisko nasycone, goryczkowy od chmielu finisz, troszkę zalegający na języku ; Ogólnie: bardzo dobre, wyraziste, bardzo bogate w aromacie i smaczne
3.5 On tap at the Brick Store. Hazy yellow, with a thin, grey ring. Nice citrusy nose, cardamom, pine, and syrup. Sweet and grainy, with a fair bitterness. Light to medium body, fairly crisp, and syrupy. This is a nice, hoppy, but balanced saison. Not bad!
3.5 Pours a real golden color with a nice saison aroma. Has a bit of a unique taste but i like it.
3.8 Nice saison. Blonde color with frothy head. Aroma is pepper, pear, cloves, wheat, lemon, and bread. Taste is moderately sweet with a hint of citric tartness.
3.4 Bottled. Hazy golden colour, quite lively when opening it, so be quick. Big fluffy head. Aroma is fruity, mild farmyardy notes, some citrus and spices. Flavour is citrus, bread, mild herbs, some yeast and mild tart wooden notes.
3.7 Bottle from Mikkeller webshop. Spicy and hoppy smell, herbal hoppy aroma with some citrus. Similar taste. Nice and easy to drink.
4.5 Это пиво вкусное. я, конечно, рекомендую его всем, что любит хорошую Craft пива!
3.7 Pours clear, pale yellow with a frothy white head. Nose of citrus and bread. Tastes bready, citrus, herbal with a strong lingering bitterness. Very good local brew!
3.7 This brew is a cloudy yellow color with a medium fluffy white head that recedes gradually. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, malt and yeast. Medium body with flavors of herbal yeast, citrus and mild hops. The finish is fruity up front with a floral yeast aftertaste. Above average overall.
