Leuchtende orange-goldene Farbe, feinporiger Schaum. Erfrischender Duft nach blumigen Hopfenaromen und Citrusfrüchten.

Rezenter Antrunk, dann drängt sich die kräftige Hopfenbittere vor. Am Gaumen dicht und harmonisch.

Eine feine Restsüße spielt mit edelherben Noten aus den wertvollen Hopfensorten. Im Nachhall verklingt die würzig-aromatische Bittere nur langsam.

3.2 330ml Flasche. Dunkelorange mit leichter Trübung und minimaler Schaumkrone. Malzig. Aroma von Karamell und Honig. Würzig. Süsslich im Antrunk. Hopfen kommt am Ende leicht durch.

3.1 Sweet aroma. Taste is also sweet with a bitter edge.

4.2 Fin smag af ipa, har dog en mere tør og ikke så betyder smag af blomster som mange andre har, fint til en forveksling.

4.4 getrunken auf der Braukunst live 2013 Ein wunderbar gehopftes und komponiertes IPA, das zwar ordentlich bitter ist, aber so viele fruchtige Aromen hat, dass es trotzdem interessant und frisch bleibt. Ein wirklich gutes Bier.

2.9 Flasche 33cl. Orangefarben, kristallklar. Schwacher, instabiler Schaum. In der Nase süßlich-muffiger Hopfenduft. Antrunk fruchtiger Hopfen, dann relativ schnell abklingend bis zur Unkenntlichkeit, Flacher, strohiger Abgang.

2.3 Wygląd bardzo ładny. Klarowne złoto, gęsta, puchata piana. Aromat mało intensywny, jakieś tam majaczące cytrusy. Średnio wysycone. W smaku pełne, nuty drożdżowe, słodowość, lekka żywica i karmel w tle. Goryczka średnia.

2.7 33cl bottle in Munich. Slight spicy aroma but not enough nose for an IPA. Medium head didn't last long. Flavor is a bit caramel, spicy and resiny but not very fruity. Must be German Cascade? I don't get much of the grapefruit Mandarin flavor advertised on the bottle. At least the bitterness and residual sugar is decently, though not perfectly, balanced.

2.8 Fles 33cl thuis. Goed bitter, maltig zoet, waterig, licht. Als of er iets ontbreekt. (6-2014).

3.0 330 ml bottle. Pours unclear amber coloured, fluffy head. Bitter orange, floral hops, maple syrup, grass, alcoholic. Medium hoppy bitterness, malty sweetness. Soft carbonated, medium bodied, bittersweet finish, alcohol warmth, watery to oily texture. Okay IPA.

2.9 03-08-17 // 330ml bottle shared at home. Orange-golden, light hazy, white lacing. Malty nose, some sweet hops. Taste is malt-forward, some caramel. Mild bitter finish, not much hop aroma, a bit flat in the end.

2.7 Bottled. 15cl sample. The aroma has toffee malt, light citrus, some orange. Bit hazy, orange coloured beer with an off-white, medium head. The taste is light-moderate bitter with malt sweetness, some citrus, hint of pine. Bit low on hops this DIPA.

1.7 Fresh aroma? Much Hop, bitter taste. Not my style and I don’t think hop lovers will love it...

3.0 Bottle. Clear golden color, small white head. Light fruity aroma. Light sweet taste, high bitterness. Floral, herbal aftertaste, with a long clingy bitterness. Medium carbonation, medium texture.

3.2 Mwaah, niet echt bijzonder. weinig aroma. smaak is wel okay, nasmaak is ook wel te doen. Meer zoet dan bitter.

3.4 Coppery taste, very hoppy. Nice amber colour. Slightly light in alcohol (@6.5%) for a double IPA

3.4 Fat på Rauhrackel i Lund. Smak och doft av humle, malt, karamell, citrus, grapefrukt, mandarin med toner av gräs. Fruktig, rund och len, lagom sötma, fin beska med smak av citrus- och grapefruktsskal.

3.0 Achetée au E-Center en Allemagne. Bière ambrée à la mousse légère. Nez pas très fruitée ou houblonnée pour une IPA. Le goût est amère et peu houblonnée. L’ensemble est pas trop mal mais ne représente pas une double IPA.

4.1 Shared bottle at Arne and Ulrike’s. Pours hazy amber with white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, pine needles, caramel, mandarins, flowers. Tastes sweet with balancing bitterness. Medium bodied, dry mouth feel, bitter finish.

2.8 Bottle. Orange/golden. Small head. Weak aroma of citrus fruits. Taste is european hops, some sweet malts and grapefruits. Dry, long lasting and very bitter finish. Good carbonation. I’ve had better (Double) IPAs.

2.9 330ml bottle from trade with Seblinz. Many thanks. Pours clear gold, medium white head. Aroma of caramel crystal malts. Taste continues with a distinct bitter caramel malt character, marmalade, some herbal notes. Not really a DIPA at 6.2% and not the kind of malt-forward IPA I’d normally go for.

3.6 God IPA, med fin smag ag humle. Ellers noget ordinær sammenlignet med andre øl af typen.

3.1 33cl bottle. Clear amber golden with small off-white head. Poor retention. Caramel and floral. A bit watery.

2.8 Thanks to whoever brought this. Golden, almost no head. Caramel aroma. No hops really. Taste... Malt, oxidation and dust. Bitterish taste, vaguely citric. Looooong gone and the BB is 12.2017. No excuse.

3.0 0,33l bottle out of Craftbeer Advent Calendar. Maltysweet, creamy, only slightly bitter. Is more a Bock than an IPA.

2.7 Pours a clean golden color with medium white head. Mild aroma, quind of lemon-grassy character, grainy and light floral. Taste follows the nose, dry, bread, caramel, citrus, candy and metallic. Very harsh aftertaste.

3.4 0.33 l bottle from ’Biermuda’, best before August 2017. Clear, golden amber with a thin, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, fruity and a bit resiny aroma of orange jam, some mango, caramel and pine. Rather sweet, malty, moderately fruity and a bit resiny taste of orange jam, caramel, some pine and hints of mango, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, quite resiny and a bit dry finish. Medium to full body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

3.5 0.33l bottle from marktkauf/edeka. pours a hazy amber with a small white head. mild aroma of herbal hops, hay, slight caramel, not unlike an english bitter. herbal, malty, juicy, sweetish flavour. bittersweet finish.

3.2 Golden colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have light floral hops. This is an IPA leaning towards the English style with subtlety.

2.7 - gold-orangene Farbe - ganz leichte Citrufruchtaromen, da bin ich von anderen DIPA’s mehr gewöhnt - geschmacklich gesellt sich dann der Malz und der Hopfen in gleichem Maße hinzu - erst im Abgang wird es dann richtig bitter - größter Kritikpunkt bleibt eine gewisse Wässrigkeit Fazit: Durchschnittliches Double IPA
