Our flavorful apricot ale boldly combines the taste and aroma of fresh apricot with the smooth finish of wheat malt. Its refreshingly unfiltered character and fruit flavor make it an ale worth savoring.

2.6 Appearance: pours a thick off white head that drops slowly with mild lacing. Cloudy light yellow gold color. Aroma: strong apricot aroma along with wheat, white bread and a bit of lemon. Mouthfeel: light and fizzy Flavor: apricot also dominates the taste with wheat and malt notes in the background and just enough hops to slightly offset the sweetness. Overall: ok for the style, but nothing spectacular and too sweet to drink more than one.
3.3 Bottle to stange Apricot, citrus, syrup. Cloudy reddish amber, thin creamy white head. Apricot, citrus, and wheat.
3.6 First apricot beer for me and its good. Plenty of apricot flavor easy to drink
3.5 12 oz. bottle. Pours hazy with two finger head that was lasting. Aroma, apricots and more apricots. Taste, very sweet. Label wasn’t lying, it’s a apricot ale.
2.9 Rated based on notes taken 4 Aug 2012 -- Was a little disappointed in this beer. Not exactly what I was expecting, but this was a little thin and artificial tasting.
4.0 HEY SO IM WAS AT THESE RELLY GOOD BEERS BAR AND I SEE A TOTAL, F.C, (DO YOU FEEL ME NOW!!!) I TOLED HER I WOULD BUY FOR A PLINY TO SHARE. SHE GET THIS SAY THAT SHE DONT LIKE THEY’RE HOPPY BEERS AND I BUY THIS F.C, A APRICOT ALE. NOW I DONT LIKE FRUIT BEERS LET ME TELL YOU THIS IS A GOOD ONE. IT HAS NOT TO MUCH FRUITY BUT HAS FLAYVER LIKE FRUIT AND SPICE. SO NOW IM BUY THIS BEER FOR HER AND THE @&$) GOST AWAY. IM A LITTEL UPSET NOW!!
2.3 not bad, but only not bad. it was interesting for me cuz it was my first-tried fruit beer. i coudlnt feel any "beer taste" maybe the aroma was too hard, i think
3.1 Lighter in color. Has a nice refreshing apricot taste. Great for something light during a hot day.
2.7 There’s a whole lot of apricot, that’s for sure. Taste is also a bit tart, though, and I’m not sure I’m a fan of that.
3.1 Pours a hazy, cloudy golden orange color that sparkles slightly and has a small disappearing head. Smell is citrus, lemons, apricots, spices. Taste is bitter, apricot, lemon, floral and slight spice. Short taste length, doesn’t stick with you, so ends on a crisp finish with a high drinkability factor. Nice!
3.4 Very good beer that is smooth with an apricot aroma and unfiltered wheat that is golden in appearance.
4.0 12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 11/26/2014. Pours hazy bright orange color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big apricot, peach, lemon, orange, pear, apple, light banana, wheat, honey, bread, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance of apricot, fruity yeast, and bready malt notes; with good strength. Taste of apricot, peach, lemon, orange, pear, apple, light banana, wheat, honey, bread, light herbal, and yeast earthiness. Minimal herbal bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of apricot, peach, lemon, orange, pear, apple, light banana, wheat, honey, bread, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness and balance of apricot, fruity yeast, and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/fruit flavor balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Very authentic tasting fruit flavors as well. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and moderately creamy/bready mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish as expected of 5.1%. Overall this is a damn nice fruited wheat ale. All around great robustness and balance of apricot, fruity yeast, and bready malt flavors; and very smooth to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
1.0 The aroma is as if someone had sprayed it with a floral perfume right before serving it. Has an over powering floral flavor with some apricot and bitterness as a background. Would not recommend.
2.1 For some reason the alcohol flavor overwhelmed what could have been a nice apricot fruit ale. Nice apricot flavor even though I’m not too fond of fruity beers. Booze just overwhelmed.
3.8 Nice fruit beer from Pyramid. The apricot is not overpowering but is strong enough to let you know it it there. Pours like a wheat. From past tasting.
3.3 Appearance: white head when poured but dissolved very quickly, opaque cloudy orange color Aroma: apricot sweet fruit Taste: apricot peach Palette: smooth, light body Overall: this is a very easy beer to drink and is quite delicious, very flavorful
4.0 Smells of apricot and lemon zest. Appearance is a medium golden amber. Very little head and almost no retention or lacing. The taste is definitely apricot, but this isn't overpowering. The best part is the complete lack of bitterness. Which is great for a non-hophead like me. Thoroughly enjoyed.
3.6 This is a good refreshing beer. Fruity, steady and dependable in a crowd. Drank a bunch of em over the years.
3.0 "very refreshing beer in the summer, wouldn’t touch it in the winter. pretty close to their heffe, replacing a little of the wheat body with a sweet apricot chaser. not too subtle or overdone. a little thin on tap."
2.8 small frothy white head. fair lacing. mostly diminishing. clear sparkling average dark yellow body. aroma: peach jelly. if: moderate sweet. ff: moderate sweet light acidic very light bitter; average duration. palate: light body, watery texture, lively carbonation, light astringent finish. 8 s
3.6 Transfer from BA review on 6-3-13- Poured from bottle into a pint glass Appearance – Pours a hazed yellow orange color with a tiny fizzy white head. The head fades instantly leaving only the tracest level of lace on the sides of the glass. Smell- Huge apricot aroma in this one (as may be expected for an apricot ale). The apricot is rather pleasant and smells quite authentic. While dominating the smell, the apricot is joined by a light aroma of wheat as well. Taste – The taste begins with a sweet apricot flavor straight up front with some hints of wheat mixed within. The wheat remains light throughout with the apricot growing even stronger and sweeter in flavor as the taste advances to the end. At the very end, a little bit of a peach flavor joins the taste as well, with the mix of apricot, peach and wheat leaving a sweet but smoother taste to linger on the tongue. Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is average in terms of thickness and creaminess with a carbonation level that is rather low. A bit more carbonation may have suited the beer’s sweeter fruit flavors slightly better, but overall the feel was fine. Overall – This is a brew big on apricot flavor with much less of else taking away from its center stage presence. Rather tasty and refreshing and a good go to if you feel like something apricot or fruity. Not bad.
3.3 Draft. Pours a hazy orange color. Aroma and taste are apricot and wheat and mildly sweet.
2.5 Certainly pours foggy apricot-juice with a very modest head that’s almost nothing at all. Aroma is a detergent-y apricot smell which is rather on the sweet side and perhaps somewhat troubling for those who are fans of apricot rather than sweet apricot soda. Flavour is okay apricot and not too sweet followed by wheat ale hints and a small mention of detergen that leaves the whole deal a little cloying. There are some good elements here but they are not working well. It’s merely drinkable.
3.1 12oz bottle. Pours a clear, bright orange with a one diver, white head that sticks to the glass. Aroma has big, sweet notes of apricot, and trace amounts of wheat. Taste is sweeter with an almost peach/apricot jam mixed in with slight wheat ale. Drawn out aftertaste. Medium body and carbonation. Semi syrupy mouth feel. Overall a pretty well down apricot beer just not my thing.
1.5 Pale orange with a bit of gold, slight thin white head. Aroma of apricot flavored baby food and ketones. Taste is like Miller Light with apricot jucie added. Flavor likely comes from apricot juice added after fermentation, or possible from artificial flavorings. Finish was reminiscent of fertilized soil. Drain pour.
3.3 This is an above-average fruit beer, nice for the summer. The pour is cloudy orange-gold, with a slight white head that is quickly gone, no lacing. Aroma of apricots, wheat, banana, slight clove. It’s a little on the sweet side but overall it has good balance, not too heavy on the apricot, still tastes like a wheat ale. The quality of the apricots must be high because it has a rich, authentic apricot flavor. I think it is better with some of the yeast from the bottom poured into the glass to give it a more diverse flavor profile. Light to medium body, slick and creamy texture, medium carb., refreshing finish. It is even good straight from the bottle if you don’t have a glass on hand.
3.5 Poured from bottle. Aroma of apricot jam and wheat. Cloudy gold with white head. Apricot flavor goes well with the dry wheat. Pretty good summer drink.
3.1 Arpicot syrup-y aroma. Same semi-artificial apricot flavor, with a sweet, caramel, light grainy malt flavor. Kind of an alco-pop; Not bad, though.
3.3 Cor laranja turva, com espuma cremosa de boa formação e persistência. Aroma de damasco e caramelo, cítrico ao final. No sabor, damasco se sobressai, seguido de caramelo, com final seco. Amargor médio bem balanceado com i dulçor. Amargor que persiste. Adstringente no final. Bem refrescante.
