3.3 Poors clear amber, white lacing, lasting foam head. Aroma is hoppy with some fruity tone, some in taste, modest bitter. (Hamburg 201905)
3.4 Lübeck 16/4 2019. 33 cl bottle from Rewe, Wo-Anders, Lübeck. Stylized Drawing of Golden Shark with a hop cone in its jaws on a very pink background. Pours clear light amber with a small white head. Settles as thin but consistent layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. No Lacing to speak of. Aroma is of sweet exotic fruit, light fermentation with prominent citric notes. Mango, peach, honey melon. Notes of Grape fruit and citrus. Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft texture. Flavor is medium sweet followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a very light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry. Decently bitter take on a West Coat IPA which does most things right. And I really like the shark on the label.
3.6 Color amarillo anaranjado, turbidez media. Dos dedos de espuma con retención media. Aroma pino y malta. Gusto maltoso, caramelo, galleta, y buena carga de lúpulos, pino, resina, pomelo, mermelada de naranja amarga, amargor potente y duradero. Cuerpo medio.
3.5 Comes with a nice, peachy aroma, moderate bitterness, gentle carbonation... very well balanced. Some reviewers apparently consider it too restrained for an IPA, and I can see why - but I disagree. You could keep a bottle or two around to serve to people whose palates you wouldn't yet bombard with something more radical. But you might easily find yourself enjoying the occasional glass on your own. It's not too complex or harsh to distract from life around you, but there are a couple of malty subtleties hidden away for you to explore at your leisure.
3.0 330ml bottle from Sungiven Foods, Jimei. Pours golden orange with a white head. Aroma of pine, a bit musty. Mild bitter pine taste and finish.
1.6 Aroma: almost none, maybe some weak notes of grain. Taste: light bitter, grassy, slightly metallic; tastes like a very bad pilsener. What a trainwreck of a beer.
3.3 Bottle from my Summer Secret EuroSanta. Hopy aroma, citrus fruit, resin, floral notes, light caramel. Tastes the same as aroma, medium bitter. Medium body, hopy bitter finish with citrus and resin notes. Ok.
4.0 On tap at Altes Mädchen, Hamburg. Pours clear amber with thick off-white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, some malty notes. Tastes bitter with little sweetness. Thin to medium bodied. Bitter finish. A bit one-dimensional.
4.0 Tipp!
2.7 330 ml bottle. Pours unclear amber coloured, big fluffy head. Caramel, some pine, metallic notes, grapefruit. Metallic and a bit bland bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, bitter abrupt finish. Boring IPA.
3.6 Całkiem spoko to piwo. Mocna goryczka, nuty cytrusowe.
4.0 Fles 33cl thuis. Goed bitter. Ook frissig & fruitig. 6 hopsoorten. (7-2016).
3.2 Pours dark orange from the bottle. Frothy white head. Aroma is sharply fruity (mango, grapefruit) with fresh dough and caramel underneath. Taste is bitter all the way through, finishes acrid. Dry. Decent palate but with hints of water at the end. Drinkable.
3.0 Bottle. Color: Orange golden, off-white head. Taste: Balanced in between medium sweet malt and moderate to medium hopbitterness. Notes of citrus, grapefruit. Hints of caramel and orange. Medium to under medium body, average carbonation. Ok easy drinkable IPA, but nothing special.
3.2 caramel, bread, hay, resin, floral, grass, spruce, citrus, herbs, light sweetness, medium sweetness, heavy cloying sweetness, lightly bitter, medium bitterness, very bitter, lightly sour, medium sourness, heavily sour, light body, medium body, fizzy, lively, average carbonation,
3.5 Mild ipa, medium-full body, nicely balanced malt/hop character. My kind of ipa. Not overhopped and astringent like many. Altes Madchen Hamburg (3.5 april 2018) Tried again at altes madchen. I agree with my previous comments
3.3 Wygląd wzorowy, Zapach owocowo cytrusowy, w tle słodowy i jakby syropowy. Jakieś tam nuty żywiczne i trawiaste. Pijalność średnia, mało wyraźne i wyróżniające się.
3.7 Pour amber dark orange clear body, white creamy head. Aroma has citrus, mango, plums, lime. Palate is soapy, slick and soft. Carbonation smooth and mouthful. Taste is soapy with bitter hops. Finish is malty and with nice hoppy finish. Overall easy to drink good IPA, little watery due to filtration.
3.8 Virkelig en god IPA. Nydt på en cafe i Hamburg. Tilpas med bitterhed og fylde
3.7 Aussehen : cremiges Gold braun / Schaum : weiß, Feinporig, langer Stand / Geruch : Mango, Zitrusnoten, leicht malzig, Rosinen / Geschmack : hopfig, herb, schön weich, leicht malzig, später kommen leichte Zitrusnoten
3.1 Pours amber, slightly hazy, with low head. Aroma is hops and citrus. Taste is more on the bitter end, with a lasting palate.
2.8 On bottle @Aarhus Streetfood. Fruity scent, with notes of mango and apricots. The taste is smooth, but quite bitter. It has notes of fruits like mango - which also makes it fresh.
3.1 Nose is slight fruity and with some malts. Pours red amber and with fluffy head. Taste is slight hoppy and with malts. Not ver West coast Style but still nice. Palate short but nice hops.
3.7 0,33 l Flasche.
Mersmak.
3.6 A fruity smell of grapefruit, light sweet touch of vanilla. The head is small, dark white and creamy with a long duration. The body is cloudy and orange. A quite bitter taste, light fruity. The body is light to medium strong, creamy and dry during the finish with a normal carbonation.
