Ratsherrn Pale Ale

Ratsherrn Pale Ale

3.2 Poors clear amber, with white lacing lasting foam. Nice barley aroma, some bitterness in taste. Good one. (Hamburg 201905)
4.0 Angenehm nordisch bitter gehopft, leicht fruchtig (Physalis?), kräuselnd im Abgang, der sehr rund wirkt. Immer eine gute Wahl.
3.1 Proeverij bij Kyti Voo in Hamburg. Bloemig, citrus, tropisch fruit, hoppig. Beetje dun. (5-4-2019).
3.7 Golden-amber, just very slightly hazy, with a decent white head. Aroma is sweet hops. Hoppy taste continues and is joined by fitting level of bitterness. Very well balanced. Good.
3.0 Orange-golden colored, medium white head. Aroma is malty, some caramel, moderate- fruity and light citrus hops. Taste is medium sweet malt and caramel, medium- fruity and citrus hops and moderate bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Drink and forget pale.
Geruch fruchtig, blumig, hopfig. Geschmack fruchtig, bitter, leicht malzig.
3.8 Probably the best easy drinking session pale ale made in Germany. Good and firm hoppy taste, nice foamy head to the bottom of the glass and has a fruity grapefruit finish that is rather pleasant. Not as good as UK, US or Aussie pale ales but the can be proud of this. 33cl bottles cost 1.50Euro at Hiebers supermarket in Binzen South Germany.
3.6 Bottle, 33 cl. Wouldn't consider this an APA, rather British in style: malty, round, smooth. Small bitter finish. A pleasant ale!
3.2 As close (in looks) to an English bitter as to an American pale ale - and that's roughly what your nose can expect, too (gentle, malty sweetness). I like the clear, reddish-amber appearance and the delicate carbonation, along a hint of sweetness on the tongue. But it's hardly very complex or deep... hence a beer I might order in a pub, but not one I would stock at home.
3.5 7 3 7 3 15 Bottle shared with Deanso. Near clear ambernwith an off white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, dough, caramel and green weedy hops. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
2.5 Bottle at Some Dim Sum. Golden orange with thin head. Slight hoppiness but thin overall. Not super
2.9 Pours an unclear golden straw colour. Lasting off white foam. Aroma of old German hops and slight sourdough, grassy, malty. Taste: same. Missing some fruity hop character imho. Crisp enough finish but with a lingering malty aftertaste.
2.6 Bottle from my Summer Secret EuroSanta. Malty aroma, caramel, hopy notes. Tastea the same as aroma, light to medium bitter. Light to medium body, malty caramel finish. Weird Pale Ale, average.
2.9 0,33 l Flasche. Bernsteinfarbenes Bier, cremiger Schaum. Riecht leicht fruchtig, schmeckt auch so, dezent bitter, wässrig, etwas wenig Kohlensäure.
2.9 Draft at Zapfanstalt in Dresden. Clear golden color solid white head. Herbal aroma. Taste is earthy spice .
3.7 Fajne, fajne.
2.5 pale, golden, amber, orange, red, clear, hazy, cloudy, sparkling, rocky head, frothy, minimal head, white foam, light sweetness, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, medium bitterness, lightly sour, medium sourness,
2.8 330 ml bottle. Clear amber, smal head. Malt, lime, a bit pine, a bit caramel. Mild taste, medium hoppy bitterness. Medium to light bodied, soft carbonated, light dry finish, watery texture. Quite average almost Pils-like Pale Ale.
2.7 Flasche bei Marktkauf in Meppen gekauft. Dunkles, leicht trübes Bernstein, wenig Schaum, kaum Kohlensäure. Wenig Aroma, Malz, etwas Zitrus. Geschmack: Dominanter Malzgeschmack, Aprikose, Harz.
3.4 Well made pale ale. Mild on all front, but has a medium-full body. My kind of pale ale, and better than most american's in my opinion. Underrated. Altes Madchen Hamburg (3.5 april 2018) Revised to a 3.4, drank again at altes madchen. Pretty typical for an american style, balanced but not great in style.
3.3 Pours orange from the bottle. Thin head, creamy to frothy, that lingers. Aroma is tangerine but with nutty inflections. In the direction of peanut butter. Taste is mildly bitter with light citrus at the finish. Light bodied, smooth. Mild carbonation. Decent.
3.4 Dejlig velsmagende pale ale. Dejlig frugtagtig øl, med god aroma. Flot gyldent udseende,
3.2 Bottle. Hazy orange colour with stable head off. Aroma of mix of citrus fruits and peach. Taste of citrus fruits, orange, hoppy finish
3.5 Bottle [Thanks to Affensteve as part of the Secret Euro Santa 2017] @ home. Slightly unclear orange color, medium sized off-white head that diminishes fairly quickly but leaves fair to good lacing. Smell and taste malts, a bit old hops, but then a bit piney hoppy all of a sudden, hoppy bitter finish. If only it didn't have that bit of old hoppiness in the aroma and flavor I would've rated it a 4 I think. Still solid though.
2.8 Clear amber beer. Unpleasant earthy hop aroma. Quite dry with moderate bitterness. Thin mouthfeeling and bubbly carbonation.
3.3 Tap at Altes Mädchen - clear golden color, thick white head. taste is floral, fruity, medium malty body, medium bitter finish. an average, but really well made Pale Ale. Moreish. Good.
3.1 DAA; Bottle, 0,33 l, take away from Bad Segeberg. Pours moderate, clear gold with a frothy, somewhat lasting and lacing off-white head. Nose is moderate, malt, sour bread, peach, citrus and light spice. Taste is light sweet and moderate bitter with a somewhat lasting light sweet peach and spice finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft to avarage.
