2.7 Clear copper with medium beige head. Aroma is dust, raisins, toffee, a little syrup, hints of grapes. Taste is dusty bitterness, some caramel sweetness, less lime juice. Some deep complexity, that is ruined by the dust in the foreground. Medium drinkability, alcohol and dust in the finish. Not so great.
3.2 bottle ambrato carico nocciola buona schiuma piuttosto persistente discreta nota maltata un delicato cosi in bocca amaro piuttosto contenuto torrefatto
3.1 Bottle to glass. Rich, slightly cloying caramel aroma. Beautiful clear copper with white head that fades to a ring and dusting the top. Taste is full caramel and cracker with a little cardboard.

3.0 Deep orange/copper with a one-finger tan head and a little lace. Aromas of nuts, chocolate malt and sticky caramel candies. Flavor is mostly malt sweetness, brown sugar and a modest earthy hop bitterness. Medium body, and carbonation, sticky mouthfeel and a lingering sweetness in the finish.
4.7 A very under-rated beer. It is best enjoyed semi cold in a proper glass, and goes great with Bavarian Goulash!
2.8 (bottle) clear deep amber colour with a frothy light-beige head. aroma of barnyard and roasted malts, slightly leathery, with some notes of cornflakes and a touch of lactic acid. flavour is mostly grainy roasted malts and caramel, with lots of popcorn, some more lactic acid and a touch of earth. medium-bodied with average carbonation.
3.4 From the bottle. Pours a clear magenta with a light tan foam. Malt aromas lead to a medium/light mouthfeel. Light toast, bread, and caramel flavors. No hops are present. A very malty dunkel that goes good with a meal.

3.2 A very good dunked that can be purchased easily here in the states. Had three German beers during the 2014 World Cup game between Germany and Portugal and this on was the best by far.
3.0 Surprisingly light in colour for a dunkel, like watered down cola. There was a cocoa nose and cola nut with a little dusty nutmeg there. This persisted into the flavour along with mild caramel. Sweetish body and an odd creature this one, but enjoyable for that.
3.6 10/24/2013. 500 ml. bottle. Deep copper color with a tan head. Aromas of grain and roasted malt. Caramel flavors, little sweet and light on hops. Medium carbonation. Not bad at all.
3.7 Bottled 0,50L. Dark brown color, good bubbly presence with a creamy head of long duration, realy elegant aspect. Typical braced cereals aroma, very equilibrate nose with rumors of wood and soil. Good crisp mouth, equilibrate bitter content with a pleasant alcoholic final.

4.0 Poured a finger and half of head on a red to brown colored body. The aroma is a sharp malt and grain with a touch of toffee. Quite nice. The taste is well balanced. It has a nice malt side that is not overpowering due to a moderate pine bitterness. The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation. It is really enjoyable and drinkable.

3.5 Brownish-amber with a dense, thick light brown head. Dark munich malt nose with just a hint of smokiness. Flavors of malt and nuts and a surprising amount of bitterness - the aroma had me anticipating a much sweeter beer. A very nice, if not complex, dunkel.
3.1 0,5 l bottle BB Febr.13 caramel, chocolate, toast, herbs, earthy, woody, brown, clear, frothy, tan foam, light sweetness, medium bitterness, medium body, slick feel, soft carbonation, long finish,
4.5 Nose is pilsner, smokeyness and woodyness. Pours with awesome carbonation. Nice and creamy throughout the entire beer. Color is a very nice dark brown color. Taste is some chocolate notes, roasted malt, some honey very complex but highly drinkable. The engineering of this beer is just amazing. I’d say it is on the side of smokeyness for a better part of the taste and the aftertaste. Really have to be in the mood for that. Extremely well done. Enjoyability 5/5.
