Rosie Alt. A highly drinkable ale steeped with hibiscus flowers and a touch of orange peel for a natural tartness and slight pink hue.

3.2I wasn't sure what this was going to be like, but it turned out to be sort of a herbal tea beer with a little red berry in it. Nice.
2.9Not really that good but it is interesting to day the least. A little to hibuscusy.
3.4Reddish amber. Nose of light, sweet, floral fruit. Flavor is slightly tart, yeasty fruit with a floral twist. Light diacetyl.
3.3*Notes* Pours a pale red with a small head with a sweet citrusy floral aroma. I’ve never ate a flower but when I say it has a flowery taste i assume that is what a flower tastes like. A thin beer that was just ok.
2.6Light rosa color, small head. Light medium flowery nose, light grassy taste. Doesn't hurt, doesn't make me wanna drink it again.
2.7On tap at Battleship. Pours a clear reddish color with a thick off white head. Aroma is pretty weak. Hops, malts, grain, and some sweetness are present. Carbonated palate. Flavor is the same. Maybe a little corn is their as well. Leaves a slightly bitter dry hopped finish. Ehh.
3.4Draught at Burgermania. Gentle flavor of cherry with floral notes, light but enjoyable, specially when wisely paired with a wonderful Cherry Burger.
3.8On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear ruby amber with a thin white head. Soft floral musk on the nose. Medium bodied, lightly sweet, dries out into crisp floral notes, musk, hibiscus sweetness. Grainy wheat.
3.7Pours a copper reddish color with white head. Aroma is hibiscus, citrus, and raspberries. Really nice fruity tart berry flavor with herbal hisbiscus and citrus finish. Very refreshing.
3.0Pours a dark golden copper color with bright orange edges and a half finger white head that quickly settles. Decent retention with sporadic spots of soapy lacing left behind.
Floral aroma with a nice balance of delicate grassy hops and a sweet malt backbone. Citrus doesn’t really comes through but the floral/hibiscus notes stand out as the most prominent characteristic in the nose.
Sweet and slightly tart but not sour or acidic with a stronger citrus zest presence than the nose suggests. This is countered by sweet malt and zesty spices. Slightly tart blood orange along with coriander, caramel sweetness, bread and biscuit. Not too complex but well balanced, refreshing and easy to drink.
3.3On tap at AQ Bevolution’s event at Qbrick.Half-pint. Rosa hibiscus is a reddish orange pour with a floral fruity nose. Light bodied and soda like - the taste reminds me of that pink cream soda I sometimes had as a kid. Sweet, floral, fruity and very dry.
3.1Can from Tanakaya. Light berry and floral aromas. Thin body, but not overly so. Some malt is there. Not sweet either, kind of dry and enjoyable, but still a little one dimensional. Unpopular seasonal makes it’s way to Japan part 100.
3.6Tap at Grub. Another unpopular seasonal makes its way to Japan? Floral, caramel, fruity, light and sweet. It’s nice, but i imagine it might become a bit sickly. We’ll see. Actually wasn’t so bad, but still not so exciting.
3.1Ok somewhat bitter beer. Not objectionable but not so interesting. Worth a try. Mid mouthfeel.
3.2Can from World Beer Market (Sake no Taniguchi). Light floral nose, with berries and tomato. Light strawberry pink color, small head, thin lace. Berries, tart cherry, and light citrus. Thin body. Nice enough, especially in warm weather. Doesn’t have the tinny metallic note that many flower-infused beers do.
2.2Reddish Amber pour. Lots of floaties. Medium head that dissipates to leave decent lacing. Nose is rose, red wine, and honey. Light to medium mouthfeel. Taste is a mouthful of flower essence and honey, with a slap of herbal hops at the end. Not a fan.
3.2Can. Nice dark brown. Has a distinct floral flavor. Nice refreshing ale. A sweet malty starts to come out after a couple drinks.
3.0From can. Very flowery....like a dandelion. Some lemon at the end. Light. Thx mexi-joe. Tasted at Mexi-Joes bachelor party.
3.3Pretty solid! Only slightly overhopped (as per normal American microbrew standards), and a truly interesting combination of sweet flower and tart other (orange peel apparently) flavors, much nicer than the Leffe Rose in fact. Gift from our Illinoisan friends, and a much welcome one
3.0Light red /pink with 2 fingers of rapidly disapating head. Sweet cherry wheat aroma. Very light body and overall flavor. Hard to detect and pin anything. Some cherry maybe. Lots of carbonation.
3.9Tap. Pinkish orange with light lacing. Cherry, floral, slight tart berry, wheat and white wine. Blend of sweet, sour and dry flavor, nicely balanced. Body is medium with a fizzy feel.
2.9Draft at Dunlays on the Square in Chicago. A very average amber ale with caramel malts, a lightly dry finish, with a very light floral tartness throughout.
2.5The slightly red color was a redeemimg feature where the overall portrait is decidedly negative: a plain caramel aroma gives way to a sweet cardboard caramel flavor. Not good. Tap in Chicago.
3.3Draft. Pours amber red with a white head. Plain, mild, and relatively clean. Mild floral notes and just a touch of sweetness. Pleasant.
2.7Pours an amber color with a pink hue and a pink head. Aroma is sweet of the caramel malts. Not much else on the aroma. Flavor is the same. Not getting the hibiscus either.
3.3On tap at Whirlyball in Vernon Hills on the twins 21st. Reddish orange pour with a pink head. Aroma has florals, tangy fruits, spices. Taste is tangy, sweet, light. Decent but not worth repeating. 11.8
2.0can @ Firehouse Grill / Cincinnati OH --- Clear, rose-colored amber, thin rim head, no lace. Very still, like wine. Taste is somewhat fizzy light malt with flowery overtones aided by some sweetening on the swallow. Not a normal beer profile of any style, with the additional penalty of a thin, watery quality. Not for me.
2.9On tap at Simone’s, pours a a brownish/Amber with a thin pinkish grey head. Caramel aroma sweet and fruity lightly flowery. Taste like a poor flat Amber ale, with light hibiscus. Meh.
3.0On tap. Pours reddish with a pink head. Aroma is of spice, flowers, and fruit. Taste is of floral notes, spice, and a slight funkiness. Lingering tartness. Mouthfeel is light. Drinks very easy. Tasty, but weird.
3.1On tap at hopleaf. Dark purple appearance, quite distinct. Hibiscus nose, quite pleasant. Thin mouthfeel coupled with thin flavor. This is fine, probably perfect on a hot day.
