3.3 Fľaša 0,5 l zo supermarketu. Svetlejšia farba, nižšia pena, rýchlo opadla. Aróma citrusy a kvety. Vyššia rezkosť, chuť príjemná, jemne nasládlá s dlho trvajúcim horkastým záverom. Môj prvý bitter, dobre sa pije.

3.0 500ml bottle from local supermarket. Hazy copper colour with a small head. Aroma of mild hops, fruits, and caramel. Flavour of caramel malts, toffee and fruits.
3.2 Bottle from Era Wine Store August 2013. Dark amber colour with a fair bit of malt coming through in the aroma. Caramel and offer dominate the flavour.
3.5 bottle. Very lively pour, thick head and light amber golden colour. Fresh floral hops on caramel malts. Great smooth mouthfeel. Straighforward and enjoyable.
3.4 @ Sergio’s / Louisville KY --- Hazy amber-brown color, thick head that drops to a full head cover, waves of lace. Taste is full-bodied caramel malt that adds floral hops before the finish. Simple, but quite enjoyable to drink. A good example of a bottle conditioned British ESB. Recommended.
4.0 On cask at Churchkey in D.C. The beer is pale orange and slightly hazy with a soapy white head of broken bubbles. Fresh bread and dough aroma with citrus and floral hops. A really nice blend of hop and malt character. Ridiculously smooth on the palate. refreshing and silky. Goes down like water. Beers like this are meant to be served in this format. It’s really a different experience having a low abv English beer from the cask as opposed to other serving mediums. Delicious.
3.1 Orange clear pour with decent head and lacing. Some malt., not much hops here. A meaty cask consistency. Finishes malty with a touch of salt. Cask at Churchkey.
3.8 bottled bought at the local grocery store. I had this ale a few times in the past and now revisited it. Overall: great! a great herbal hops aromatic golden color ale, Very hoppy in taste, refreshing. For a price of 2 euros a bargain!

3.5 50 cl bottle. Originally rated on 20090215. Pours copper color with a small head. Aroma of mild hops, fruits, caramel and grass. Flavor of caramel malts, toffee and nut notes, fruits and hay. Decent.
3.4 50 cl bottle @ home. Rated on 14.02.2009 Aroma is somewhat hoppy with floral notes, some fruits and forree. Flavour is slightly sweet with toffee, hops, some fruits, floral notes, nuts and biscuits. Refreshing, but be sure to get a fresh bottle – this one turns flat rather quickly.
3.6 In cask. Molto inglesemente liscia, secca e beverina. un po’ di agrumi e malto. Una non dura molto...
2.1 Bottle. Overflowed when I opened it. Pours a very hazy copper color when a very thick white head. Nose is a little hoppy and bitter, but without the freshness of a pale ale. Taste is much the same, being a tad dull. Meh.
3.2 Nose has hints of orange and lime with some underpinning sweet malt. Pours a hazy gold. Flavour is spiced and redolent of a European wheat. More of the orange, some fresh spice, a long and thirst-quenching finish. Not bad.
3.7 Aroma is complex fruit and malts. The flavor is fruit, toffee, grain/bread and a dryish/hoppy finish.
3.1 Large, sparkly, fruity aroma. Notes of apple, pear, and cheese. Hazy, golden orange with a thin, white head. Extremely bitter, a little sweet. Medium body, rough texture, harsh carbonation and bitter, near astringent finish...reminds me of dandelion. Overall, a so-so beer with not too much going on.
3.2 bottled, golden colored pour with white foam, chalky bitter aroma and flavor of lemon rind, grapefruit, smooth malty body , good quaffer
4.0 Bottle.pours a cloudy light gold with creamy white head. Aroma is very nice, notes of fresh fruity hops, floral. Flavor is is very much the same with a pleasant maltiness, very well balanced. Light to medium body with medium-high carbonation. Very nice beer.
3.1 500mL bottle. Poured clear lighter orange with a creamy off-white head. The aroma picked up sticky honey and bready malts topped by some grassy and grainy notes.. malty overall, and not that interesting. The flavor found bread and biscuity malts at the core, paired with a pinch of honey.. light lemon, salt, and grassy bitterness around.. finished with a splash of lemon over a whole lot of residual sugars. Lighter-bodied and grainy on the palate.. I enjoyed the lemon that stuck around for a while on the finish.. overall a decent, non-offensive drinker, but I probably don’t need another.
