AUGUSTUS 8

3.7 Keg at Brauhaus Riegele, Augsburg in 2017. Hazy amber with a white head. Aroma of banana, cloves, soft fruit and light bubblegum. Nice fruity and spicy flavours, with good depth and bready malt linger.
3.3 Bernstein mit fester Schaumkrone. Geruch: Banane mit Sirup. Geschmack: süß-saures Bananenweizen
3.4 Appearance: Turbidly amber. There is practically no foam. But a lot of yeast)) Aroma: Fruit-caramel (Plum, Banana clove) by default) there are wine notes. Very high quality. Taste. Very soft, dense, weak carbonation. The taste is sweetish, notes of plum jam passing in the aftertaste of dried fruits, with wine notes. Very Tasty.

3.4 Riecht fruchtig weihnachtlich. Schmutziges Braun, relativ wenig Schaum.
3.6 Velmi prijemne pivko, ovocny charakter, kupene pri Salzburg tripe.
3.7 Tight creamy off white head stayed on a cloudy marmalade coloured still body. Sweet malty aroma with banana, spices & yeast. Medium, well carbonated with an airy feel & clean back. Fruity tasting with stone fruit, yeast, clove, spices, citrus & zest.
3.7 Nice amber pour with a fine head. Dotted lacing. Pleasant intensity in the aroma. Mellow and fine carbonation level, and a decent sweetness. Easy to drink. Fruity, soma banana, wheat, toffee and yeast. [Bottle at Mel’s Craft Beers & Diner in Vienna, Austira]
4.0 CraftbeerFestival Kalsruhe 2019
3.0 Eher typischer Weizenbock. Geschmack nach Banane mit leichten Frichtnoten. Bernstein Färbung, kaum Schaum, angenehme Rezenz.
4.0 3,9/4,0
3.2 7 3 7 3 12 Bottle. Cloudy orange amber, golden foam. Granny perfume and bubblegum aroma. Medium full body, boozy sweet caramel, flambeed banana, light citrus, candy, bubblegum, allspice and smoke retronasal. Bit too sweet for my taste.
1.4 Endnu en hvede. Nej tak.
2.7 from Bier-Bienne - cloudy copper-orange beer with a moderate beige foam left; aroma of caramel and candied apples/banana; fairly sweet, medium-bodied, low carbonation; the finish fails a bit short showing lot of residual sugars and more bananas - not terrible
3.4 Bottle at home. Lighter orange amber pour not the prettiest. Nos eus banana and cloves. Tastes much the same also caramel, red fruit, brown sugar. Lighter bodied not too sweet. Dedicated to my long time drinking buddy Noodles who’s been sitting next to me on couch for last 15yrs, R.I.P. old friend.
3.3 Draft to taster at Pies & Pints. Looks good for the style; a cloudy caramelish orange with off-white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells yeasty with a nice balance of plum and clove. Tastes like it smells, but more clovey, and with raisin in place of the plum. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied. Solid, but smells better and more balanced than it tastes.
3.6 Refrigerated 33 cL brown bottle poured into a glass. Light brown with medium off-white Head. Aroma is banana, medium body, medium carbonation, and pretty good lacing. Taste is bread and banana.
3.3 Botella. Deep amber dark brown colour, clear like with some floaties. Medium off-white nice head, good lacing. Sweet aroma of well toasted malt and caramel. with dark fruits, some wheat and spice along with alcohol and bit fruit Good palate. Flavour is on the sweet side alright with well toasted malts, toasted caramel, dark fruits, alcohol, yeast, bit wheat and some fruit. Bitter finish, sweet indeed, malty and caramellic spiced.
2.7 0,33lFlasche. Schmutzig trübes dunkel gelbes Bier, feiner Schaum. Bananenduft. Antrunk eher dünn. Etwas Banane.
3.8 Bottle. Honey-amber color, cloudy, good yellowish foam. Aroma: a very banana flavor with milk, esters and cloves, a little white port and acetone. Taste: sweet, toffee, raisins, caramelized banana and dried banana, plum wine, a little sherry and sweet spices, good one.
3.5 Can't remember much about this. Judging by the score I must have liked it pretty well.
3.2 Bottle 66 cl. Lightly hazy, dark golden with an off-white head. Distinct banana and clove notes from the Hefe yeast. Quite a full body, sweet fruit and malt notes with some overripe fruit and again distinct notes of spice and Hefe yeast. Almost complete absence of bitterness. 241217

3.1 Thank you! Bottle sampled @ The Rad Roadburn Bottleshare at De Bierbrigandier. Hazy orange. Nose is overly big DE yeast, fish guts & soap. Taste is yeast, spoiled banana, fish guts, spoiled yeast,… Too many of these DE things which are not my thing.
3.5 330 ml bottle. (Riegele Biermanufaktur) Augsburg, Germany. Enjoyed on Mar 4 2018. Hazy dark amber color with a small off-white head. Caramel malt, banana, sweetness, mild hops and more sweetness. Quite alright Weizenbock.
