3.3 Schickes Goldfläschchen, auch im Glas Gold, in der Nase Schrot, Getreide, im Trunk setzt sich das fort. Schmeckt wie ein etwas intensiveres Helles, passt.

3.2 Bottle. Golden body. White head. Aroma of hay, crackers, light DMS. Moderately sweet and lightly bitter start. Lightly sweet and moderately bitter finish. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Flavors of floral hops, hay, lemon. Clean.

Light body, soft to medium carbonation. Average mouthfeel and texture, smooth snd soft, easily drinkable. Sweet malty taste with mild herbal bitterness in the background. Aroma of malt, grains, grass and herbs. Mild sugary, hints of corn. Lingering spicy notes in the background. Short lasting finish. Classic German lager. Good thirst quencher.

3.0 A classic Lager. Clear blond color, with a discreet and moderately persistent white head. The aroma has scents of bread, herbs, flowers and vague citrus fruits and honey. The taste is in line with the aroma, with a fair balance between sweet tastes and a floral/citrusy bitterness in the end of the drink. Medium-light body, with fairly present carbonation and well-balanced alcohol. Overall a good Lager, in full German style, not particularly showy in terms of aroma and taste, but certainly very sleek.

4.1 Thought this one was really tasty. It's a very light lager, easy drinking with a nice smack of bitterness. Definitely one for the disappearing beer award.

3.1 Copenhagen 13/9 2020. 50 cl bottle from Mikkeller Web-shop. Old-fashioned German beer-label with corn ears and a lot of gold. Drawing of Gentleman with a moustache in the center. Pours clear, pale yellow with a big white head. Settles as thin - almost transparent - layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing. Aroma is medium intense with a strong, sweet and malty odor. Sweet pale malts, corn, grains and cardboard. A bit of sugar. Light sourness peeking in. Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily lightly tingling texture. Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and malty. Finishing sweet as well. Quite on the sweet siden - even for a Helles. But the guy with the moustache on the label might fancy a sweet, malty brew.

3.2 (Bottle) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with bread, honey and orange. Malty taste with notes of crisp-bread. honey, orange, flowers and a mild citric, floral bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Doesn't really stand out, but it's tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

3.6 On tap at Der Commerzienrat, Augsburg Saturday 4th July 2020, we are stopping at Campsite "Bella Augusta" on the outskirts of the city. This pours gold, excellent clarity, white head, soft mouthfeel, a little cereal. Refreshing, clean easy drinking, a little mineral tingle. Good beer.

3.0 Pours clear bright golden with a full, white head. Aroma is light caramel and grass. Taste is light caramel, moving to light hops. Finish is light caramel.
