Riegele Kellerbier

Riegele Kellerbier

3.6 Bottle@home, from K-Kuninkaankulma, Tampere, Finland. Medium, averagely balanced nuances of caramel, malts, some yeast and banana. More sweet than bitter. Medium taste spectrum and medium aftertaste with banana and some yeast. Averagely hopped with clear profile. Medium body with medium carbonation. Overall, quite rich and tasty, though slightly messy.
4.1 500ml Flasche Farbe: Kupfer naturtrüb Geruch: wenig Aussagekraft Geschmack: süffig, saftig fruchtig und cremig etwas hefig
3.1 Deep amber with a frothy head that lingers. Aroma of apples, caramel and yeasty white bread. Taste is mildly bittersweet with just a touch of apple tartness. Medium-bodied. Everything in the right direction for a good Kellerbier but the finish is watery and empty. Incomplete but drinkable.
3.2 50cl bottle i got from an online shop. Pours really cloudy dark orange with lots of lasting, frothy off-white head. Strong aroma of caramel, toffee and yeast. Taste is very rich of roasted malt and bread, sweet caramel, marzipan, yeast, maybe some banana and not really bitter. 5,0% abv but felt warmer and stronger to me. A little too sweet at times. Medium bodied and watery texture. Overall i appreciated this one, nice enough keller.
4.0 Bottle. Hazy amber-brown color, very fine white head. Bready, fruity aroma with hints of banana. Medium sweet taste, medium bitterness. Very nice bready, cereal malty and still floral fruity aftertaste. Full, smooth body and a low carbonation.
3.4 15.5 ounce mug, draft at Lizardville in Copley, Ohio. Smells sweet. Hazy bronze in citrus with a nice white head. Taste stronger than the aromas. Taste some wheat and malt. Smooth and medium bodied. Nice drinking beer. Cheers!
2.9 0,5 l Flasche. Bernsteinfarbenes, trübes Bier, stabiler, flacher Schaum. Riecht fruchtig säuerlich, schmeckt dann eher neutral, aber immerhin schön angenehm bitter im Abgang.
3.6 0.5 l bottle. Hazy orange to dark golden, diminishing off-white head. Some metallic aroma at first giving way to fruity notes, some peach, some dried fruit, ripe apple, grain and a floral hint. Flavour is brown bread, graham crackers, fruit again, herbal bitterness, malty sweetness. Slightly sweet, kinda sticky, a tad sugary. Moderately drinkable and refreshing, quite appetizing, nice bready profile. Moderate to high carbonation, light finish. Better than expected.
3.6 # 2147; 7/2020. Malty, yeasty, bready, herbal. Amber, hazy body, long lasting creamy head. Fuller body, malty, fruity, yesty, herbal. Very well made Kellerbier. 0,5 l, bottle, bar, Tepelenë (Albania).

3.4 Tap bij Brecht. Troebel Amber, gebroken witte kraag. Aroma van vers brood, mineralen, caramel. Smaak volgt, zoet maar niet té, moutig en licht bitter. Lichte body. Goed.
3.1 Hazy golden with a decent white head. Sweet grainy taste, mild appearancre. Just a hint of bitterness.

4.0 színe földöntúli narancs. ízügyileg valahol harmadutón van elveszve a keller-stein-weiss bermudaháromszögben. savanykás-dohos, egy kicsit száraz köves is de mégis frissítő. imádnivaló
2.6 Bottle. Floral and fruity notes, light grain, yeast and honey. Passable, though nothing more than that.
3.3 a touch of smoke more toasty in sweetish Earthy leaves. A bit of banana essence and a bit sticky it is substantial yet not strong. Quenching as the body embraces cold. A bit slippery and substantial as well. Lighter fizzy yellow.
3.3 50 cl bottle @ home Aroma has sticky and sweet malt – feels even like the wort aroma one often observes in at breweries. Flavour has grainy malt and there's also the typical hayish flouriness typical to kellerbiers present. Still this is quite refreshing at the same time. Good kellerbier!
4.2 Fin god sødme og klar smag af tyske himler og meget malt smag. God tysk klassisk øltype.
3.7 0.5 l bottle from K-Citymarket Ruoholahti, Helsinki. Light amber, cloudy, big head. Strong sweet taste of malts like in some Czech lagers.

3.4 An unusually clean kellerbier, good flavours, still had a bit of that muddled flavor, but it all works together fairly well. Craft bier bar hamburg. (3.5 Sept 2019) Tried again from craftbier shop.com. Was not clean, was even a bit sour and definitely stale
3.0 Keg at Brauhaus Riegele, Augsburg in 2017. Hazy amber with an offwhite head. Aroma of caramel, chewy grains and banana. Yeasty esters come through in the flavour.
3.7 Bottle, 50 cl, bought at Getränkeland, Binz. Pleasant ale - reminds about a golden ale. Fruity but not to sweet, malt dominates but not too heavy.. Medium carbonation and finish.Had this at home after beach - perfect.
3.6 Cloudy orange beer with a fine thin layer of foam. The beer was a surprise. I did expeckt thy typical mouthfull of a kellerbeer but instead I got a slightly sour malty beer. There are som characteristics of a weizen but without the typical banana end clove. There are characteristics of a belgian white without the coriander and the zweetness and there are characteristics of a Geuze but not as sour and more malty. Very nice and refreshing.
