3.4 Hazy tan-orange with some froth on top. Tangerine and pineapple nose with a touch of alcohol. The body is highly citrusy, tangerine, and some pineapple. Fuzzy screwdriver finish. Slightly sweet, citrusy finish.
4.0 Tasty with a nice finish
4.1 not too hoppy. very fruity/juicy without too much haze. solid beer
3.9 Monday, October 18, 2021 11:18 AM 12 ounce can poured to wine glass Sight: Yellow, light amber liquid, hazy, small white foam Smell: very good, hoppy aroma Taste: Medium bitterness, light sweetness Palate/Mouthfeel: medium body, sticky, lively carbonation, long finish, slightly bitter aftertaste Overall: Very good beer, not to look for, ok to repeat
4.2 Can at Lumière. Hazy bright orange color big white head lacing. Fruity smell, flavor of tropical juices, orange, grapefruit, citrus peel in a relatively thick malt body. Super juicy, umami, light salty balanced by proper bitterness. Very well balanced, robust body smooth carbonation and clean smooth finish aromatic, moderate alcoholic leftover.
3.5 12oz can downed somewhere in Maine during our 2021 AT thru hike. Tasted great but then all beer did at the time so will need to try this one again.
3.5 Can, not so fresh but still ok. It looks cloudy bright golden - orange with a decent white head. The aroma is sweet, apricot, peach, candied orange peel, some mango, tinned fruit cocktail, sponge cake, dull toffee and some orange blossom. The taste is bitter - sweet, pithy, zesty upfront, orange peel, kumquat, some grapefruit, peppery spice, floury bread, sponge cake, caramel, then some stone fruit, apricot, peach, melon, some greenness, touch of pine and prickly alcohol. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Perfectly fine.
3.7 12 oz can. Smells of grapefruit mixed with sweet malts. Orange and hazy. Juicy, has a nice thicker mouthfeel like orange juice. Tastes of orange, grapefruit, melon. Mildly bitter pithy finish. Tasty!
3.5 Orange pulp, caramel malt, and grapefruit peel aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with small head. Moderately sweet orange, lime, caramel malt, and mildly bitter grapefruit peel flavor. Okay body.
3.3 From can to glass. Resiny aroma of pine and citrus. Becomes rather dank in the back half of the aroma as it warms. Cloudy orange-gold with pristine white head that leaves a cap across the top and has slight patterns on the glass. Flavor is tropical and dank - more resiny sweetness. The more I had, the more I liked this beer as it warmed up.
2.0 Juicy super mouth quenching brew. Citrus but not acidic dank resinous drink. Smooth.
3.6 Smooth
4.0 Cloudy orange gold with beige thick foamy head Aroma is mild creamy fruity Flava is fruity softly sweet mango pineapple orange notes Feels medium and silky with nice fizz Finishes dry mildly tangy fruity
3.3 Can at BAR. Cloudy dark orange pour. Huge foamy head. Sticky citrusy grape must. Hints of molasses. Celery hearts. Sticky nonsense that's actually pretty good.
3.2 Tight foamy off white head left a creamy collar on a hazy deep golden coloured body. Sweet citrus & oat aroma. Medium bodied, lively & rather limp but clean on the back. Mango, nectarine, bubble gum & pine tastes with a sweet fruity finish. Had better......
3.7 12 oz can from Wegmans in Charlottesville. VA The ale poured a murky/turbid light amber color with a white head and lacing. A tropical fruit aroma with hints of tangerine greets you. The flavors are more tangerine and tropical fruit. Nicely balanced ale with a medium body and average carbonation. Light hop bitterness after each swallow.
3.3 fuller body with a bit of chew, frothy and a little dank with grapefruit and some citrus in the background. a little alcohol, hoppy fragrance and a bit of scratch goin' down the hatch
4.2 Can from Total Wine in Reston, VA Aroma: citrus, melon, strawberry, pineapple, stone fruit, tropical fruit, earthy, grassy Appearance: cloudy orange-gold with an off-white head Taste: medium sweetness, medium bitterness Mouthfeel: average carbonation, creamy feel, medium body, long finish Tasty
3.5 Taster. Poured cloudy golden color with an average frothy white head that lasted with very good lacing. Moderate orange hop aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Moderate citrus bittersweet flavor with a moderate bittersweet finish of medium duration. This soft beer met my expectations.
3.6 Pours hazy gold with a sticky white head. Mild citrus pine initial taste. Creamy thicker mouthfeel. Lingering citrus lemon finish
2.0 Not a fan, not sure what the flavor in there is that i dont like, usually i like rogue and hazy ipas
3.7 Pours heavily hazed brown-tinted orange with a loosely foaming off-white head. Aroma is sweet caramel and tropical hops. Taste dials back the sweetness and floats on a nice malt backbone. Some grapefruit and juice. Slight bitter finish. Great cold and solid overall.
3.6 Sample at Daily Growler Powell.
4.1 very hazy pale yellow colour, large ,though not too stable dense white head; aroma of marmalade, orange juice, some grapefruity, piney and biscuity notes; taste is the same with some mint-like notes; great one!
3.9 Trübes Gelb, schönes tropisches Hopfen Aroma, auch im Geruch gefällt es mir ganz gut tropisch etwas Hefe, passt
3.8 12oz Dose. Milchig-trüb orange gelb, weisser Schaum. Überreifer tropischer Fruchtduft. Mango und Citrus. Im Geschmack etwas herber. Reife,Mango, grasiger Hopfen, Grapefruit, ein hauch Hefe. Nicht übel.
3.8 Can. Very hazy orange golden, medium frothy white head. Moderate fruity nose, sweet peach. Medium bitterness, somewhat fruity and a bit sweet. Medium bittery and dry aftertaste. Medium body.
3.2 Cans. I’m not sure how long these sat on the store shelf so I’m willing to give this a try again. I really like that they had flavor profiles and food pairing suggestions on the back of the can. As for this IPA, I just don’t get it. I’m just not tasting the flavor profile that is advertised. I’m just getting bitter and fizz. There is a slight tropical flavor hiding here, but it’s incredibly muted. I paired this with pepperoni pizza though, so...yeah.
