On tap at Brothers Beer Bistro (Ottawa, ON). Beautiful, slightly hazy, orange body with a thin white foamy head. Nice malty/hoppy aroma with fruity (orange, mango) hints. Its robust hoppy taste carries malty, woody, and citrusy notes. Ends with a long, sharp, bitter finish. Good stuff.
Aromas of bread crust, booze, doughy, some grassy hops. Hazy straw-golden with a mostly fading white head. Dry, strong. Full bodied.

On tap @ Elfo’s Pub, Perugia, Italy. Pours with a hazy golden colour, small long lasting rocky white head. Aroma is medium to heavy malty, with notes of bread, and medium to heavy hoppy, with notes of resin and grass. Taste is medium sweet, medium bitter, slightly sour. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Pours hazy gold colour with good fluffy head. Sweet honey like nose. Medium mouthfeel and carbonation. Sweet malt flavour and big bitterness following through that lingers. Not bad but not sure I’d get another

Shared with Yuriko. Sweet almost honey perfumy nose with a big dose of floral hops for some balance. But it just doesn’t meld all that well. It’s like a super sweet syrupy beer immediately followed by an uber hoppy earthy bitterness, rather than a sweet and hoppy balance. Good for what it is I guess. But definitely not a style that I’m seeking out. The bottle itself is the biggest selling feature.
Appearance: slightly hazy yellow. Bubbly. Big white airy head that lasts awhile.
Aroma: fruitty ethers, fresh rain. Slight woodyness, but light.
Taste: crisp, grapefruit, lemon, some pine-like earthyness. A little tart with a bite at the end,
Feel: Very crisp and lively. Excellent with dinner (pulled pork).
Excellent beer. Bottle is also awesome. Wing top stopper allows me to save some for a glass tomorrow. Hail Rogue and the Iron Chef for another job well done.

Pours a lightly murky, light golden with only swirling remnants of a white head. Bouquet is more akin to an APA. Flat, flat, flat. Moonshiny quality. Much like the lid was left of a high gravity pale ale all night sitting on the deck. This is the most awful beer I’ve ever drunk. I would’ve been better off with a schlitz.
Bottle (750ml): First I want to say the bottle is very nice, ceramic I think. Pours a most clear golden with a nice white head. This is not your average pilsner, not light , but medium bodied Some fruitiness and malts with a slight bitterness. Nice.
Pours a clear gold, with a nice white head. Aroma of malt, and hops, with a bit of sweetness. Taste is rich and full, a little bitter, with a rich palate. Smooth and drinkable. This one is a bit different than many. Thumbs up!
Pros clear golden with a white head. Tastes as the name suggests, like a pilsener but double. Extra malt and extra sweetness comes through. Moreso than the additional hops. Slightly fruity aroma, malt driven flavour and a crisp finish. Excellent, particularly coming from someone not fond of pilseners

This was poured into a pilsener.
The appearance was a decent looking hazy orange to light brown color with a nice transparency running about it. It was definitely light enough to see the carbonation rising at a moderate pace. There was a two finger white foamy head that dissipated about a minute and left a nice spider web lacing sticking finely to the sides of the glass.
The smell had a nice typical light spiciness (from an Imperial Pilsener) with a decent bitter to sweet hoppy to malty complexity.
The taste followed the aroma almost exactly and it had a nice spicy to sweet to bitter aftertaste and a dry finish.
On the palate, it sat about a light to medium. Still, it shows just enough sessionability and has a nice carbonation running about it.
Overall, in my opinion, this was a mighty fine Imperial Pilsner well worthy of having again and well worthy of having with its respected food.

One of those ceramic bottles from notes. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor has floral and fruity hops, mild spices, citrus and tropical notes, pale bready malt, grass. More flavor and character than I would have expected.
750 ml bottle. Pours a hazy golden light amber with lasting sudsy head. Aroma is light but intensely hoppy. Corn and malt also present. Flavor is accentuated by aggressive carbonation, but overall thin.
Pours a merkey golden color with a huge white foamy head. Aroma is hoppy. Taste is crisphopps and citrus. Wonderful lacing on the glass.
Not the beer I expected for the price, won't recommend and wont drink again it is not worth the price but had it on the bucket list
Botella de 75 cl lote csnw13 hasta 04-05-2014. del lúpulo, en el momento en 28-04-2014. color rubio traslucido con espuma blanca persistente. Aromas bastante maltosos y de cereales con toques dulces de melocotones y piel de naranja maduros. Cuerpo medio con 8.5 vol bastante intensos y apreciables en todo momento. Paso por boca denso y cremoso, generando bastante espuma al agitar. Sabores también bastante maltosos y de cereales con tonos dulces de frutas maduras con un ligero toque cítrico. Final ligeramente amargo. Bastante buena, imperial pilsner contundente y con sabores intensos.
hazy gold, puffy white head with clumps. Bit of grain and grass in nose, dusty ad crusty with faint metallic. Front is heavy grain, bitterness lightly skunky mid with moderate citrus before jowls burn in the sticky, lightly syrupy corn finish, heavy carbonation helping to suppress that, sugary marshmallow emerging with warmth.
Straw. A pilsner w bite...malty. I’m surprised this is almost 9%...I would have guessed half that. On tap at track town.
Tap at Lazy Dog. Light yellow in color with white head. Aroma of malts and grass. Taste of citrus and crisp carbonation.
Tap from Lazy Dog. Pours a hazy gold with a layer of cream colored head. Aroma is crisp, light grass/hay. Taste of grapefruit with carbonation.
Poured from tap to glass. Straw hue with nice white head. Aroma is clean, slight hay, spicy hops, ethanol, faint juniper-like undertone. Mouthfeel is nice with medium light body and great carbonation. Taste is dry throughout with a nice easy bitterness in the following and CO2 bite in the finish mixed with ethanol. Overall this is a fantastic pils.

Ceramic swingtop 750 ml bottle poured into a footed pilsener glass. Pours a bright, hazy copper with a big, fluffy white head of foam. Pretty good retention. The aroma has notes of candied grapefruit peel and pine. Taste has a thicker pine bitterness that moves to a juicy, lemon citrus sweetness. The alcohol is a touch noticeable toward the finish. Light to medium body. Low to medium carbonation.
