3.4Fad: Taster. Klassisk belgian wit, meget diset med et stort skumhoved. God duft af lemonade og gær. Kraftig smag igen af lemonade. Ikke min øl type den dag, men en god amerikansk version af typen.
3.3Draft at brewery. Nose is light perfume, very subtle with the coriander. Pour is very cloudy yellow. Taste is a light sweetness with a wildflower honey character. A creamy mouthfeel but not too thick. Very well balanced.

3.4Sampled at the brewery. pours cloudy yellow with a nice looking creamy white head. Banana, lemon, grass, and slightly spicy yeast aroma. pretty standard witbier smell. Flavor is honey, coriander, hay, yeast, banana, pear, a bit of wheat on the finish. Light bodied with medium plus carbonation, but soft and makes this nice and smooth. Overall a worthwhile witbier.

3.8Draft at the brewery. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is relatively mild with some Belgian yeast character and a hint of spice. Flavor packs a punch with clove spice and Belgian yeast. Clove lasts into the finish. Distinct compared to then others. Delicious.
4.2On tap @ O’Brien’s: Poured a glowing yellow with little thin head. Aroma is spicy with coriander seeds and orange peels. Smells better than most witbiers imported from Belgium do. The drink is spicy as well with the same flavors of coriander and orange peel. Has a real authentic Belgian yeast which is satisfying considering it was brewed in California.
3.0Draft - Lemon, grass and coriander. Pale hazy gold with a rich white head. Very light typical flavours, lemon, grass and yeast. Not a hit, when even the macros do it better.

3.1On tap at the brewpub. It pours a yellow body under a white head. A touch of citrus peel in this one, with pale malts and some faint spiced hints. Medium to thin on the palate, with a pleasant level of carbonation. Flavors of wheat, citrus peel and a little bitterness. Almost no coriander. Overall, a tad boring, but refreshing anyway. 130806
