(Translation from Portuguese): Ginger and seductive, the Sagres Bohemia is a beer with an intense character, with a fruity aroma, creamy head, and amber colour. Ideal with a meal.

3.1Bottle. Pours clear dark copper brown with airy beige head. Clear aroma of malt and teast, with notes of hops and touches of smoke. Sweetish flavourbof varamel malt and yeast, with touches of bread and bitter, hoppy notes. Bready and malty aftertaste. Easy to drink and well-balanced but not very inspiring.

3.0Bottle as "Sagres Bohemia Original". Clear dark brown with tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, bread, toasted and a little chocolate. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, bread, chocolate, medium sweet and a little bitter.
2.9Fles van lokale supermarkt. Amber kleurig bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht zoet met iets van caramel. Redelijk bier.
2.533 cl. bottle. A brown coloured beer with an off-white head. Aroma and flavour of malt, caramel, bread and with a mild roasted finish
4.8Strong and low gas tasty beer, my 1st choice in Portugal.
2.6Garrafa 33cl - Castanha, pouco avermelhado com cabeça bege média. Aroma de caramelo. Meio amargo, levemente azedo, algumas notas doces de caramelo, com gás.
2.7330mL bottle. Nutty aromas, berry-like fruitiness, maybe a little plummy. Clear brown with a mostly fading off-white head. A little sweet, definitely some stonefruity flavors. Light-medium bodied.
2.9Brown, bit reddish with medium beige head. Caramel aroma. Medium bitter, lightly sour, some sweet, caramel notes, carbonated.
3.1Monte da Boca
A bottle
Cold glass
Pretty damn good for a brand brewer
Full rich ruby ale
Only complaint was disappearing head
Worth a bottle
3.0Bottle: Poured a light amber color ale with a medium size off-white foamy head with light retention and some lacing. Aroma of light caramel notes is pretty bland. Taste is also a mix of dry caramel malt bland notes with some residual sugar notes also perceptible. Body is light with good carbonation. Lacking character and complexity.
2.3Kupione w Pingo Doce (nasza Biedronka ) za 1Euro. Pochodzi z browaru Sagres. Skład: słód jęczmienny, kukurydza, jęczmień (?), barwnik karmelowy, chmiel. 6,2% alc.
3.4Aroma of caramel and a bit of malt. Medium retention of foam. Ambar colour. Slightly sweet flavour with touches of caramel and a slightly bitter finish. Watery palate. Very flat carbonation.
3.6Buona, molto belga
3.5Dark ruby/red brown beer, small head. Aroma is malt, caramel. Taste is the same, sweet malty taste, quite nice.
2.8Bottle from supermarket in Portugal. Brown color, off white head. malts, fruits, caramel and hops
2.2F: big, tan, good retention.
C: dark coppery to brown, clear.
A: malty, bready, bit caramel, yeast.
T: malty, grainy, bit caramel, bready, papery, yeasty, very basic beer, not according the style at all, drinkable in case you really want beer and there is nothing else except this, 33cl bottle as “Sagres Bohemia Original” from Pingo Doce supermarket, R. da Sra. da Luz in Porto.
3.1Keg at Lisbon airport. Dark amber. Big fruity nose. Malty fruity very sweet in mouth, very slight bitterness in finish. Not bad for the brand though bit on sweet side
3.5From Sept 2008
I got this bottle in a trade with jwc215. Thanks Joe!
This pours a clear deep amber with a 2 finger head of foam. There's some lacing and head retention is good. This is a nice looking brew.
The smell has notes of caramel malt, grain, and some fruit.
The taste is interesting. A sweetish taste greets my first sip that looks to be a combination of caramel malt and some sweet fruit...wild cherry? Also, I sense a wee bit of a cinnamon presence. Mid palate on, I get a little bit of an earthy flavour that recedes and is replaced by hop bitterness that is fairly lightly done but it's nicely done. It makes *me* want to take another sip. ;^)
Mouthfeel is lightish as is the carbonation. This is quite good and easy drinking. My first brew from Portugal and I'm quite pleased with it.
2.4330ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, DMS, slightly alcoholic. Taste is sweet, toffee, dark fruits, noticeable alcohol.
2.133cl Bottle as Bohemia Original. Clear amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of grain, light skunk, caramel, tobacco. Flavour is likewise, caramel, light skunky. Had this from tap earlier and that was less skunky, more sweetness and caramel.
3.133cl bottle-Tight lt tan-copper. A-caramel/roasty med malt, hint of raisin.

11.2oz bottle-pours a foamy light tan head and reddish amber color. Aroma is light/medium malt-caramel, that lager smell (yeast?) with slight sharpness. Taste is sweet light/medium malt-caramel, some husk, some hops presence, the yeast has moved to the background. Medium body. Nice. Thanks JWC215 for sharing.
2.5Sweet. drinkable but very boring, no appealing taste and aroma. good when very cold I guess
3.3From tap at Cervejaria Trindade, Lisbon, 16.07.17. Clear dark amber. Dense and persistent beige head and lacing. Aroma of sweet malt, berries and dates. Similar taste. Medium low bitterness, malt and dates is lingering on. Quite good.
1.7Crap! Watery crap! Aroma, nearly nothing. Taste is watery; was this diluted??

2.8330 mml bottle. Tasted on the 12/06/2017 at Afurada. Dark amber colour with a thick white head. Aroma of caramel, brown sugar, rosated malts and yeast. Taste is medium roasty bread, malts, caramel and some dried fruits. Next one please!
