Dorato che tende a un leggero ambrato, opalescente. Buona schiuma.
L'aroma mi ricorda lo zucchero filato, presenta sentori pepati con un lievito molto caratterizzante.
In bocca ha un corpo medio, grande beverini risultando secca e ben bilanciata tra le varie componenti gustative tra cui un leggero acidulo.
Peccato aver percepito un po' di ossidazione.

Bottle at home in Alkmaar from Jumbo. Deeper golden pour with a thick, foamy white head. Nose is huge ester notes, pepper, grass, light malts. Taste is perfectly balanced between bitter and sweet, showing phenolic notes, huge loads of pepper, some grass, herbal touches. Closes with a moderately bitter, pleasantly dry finish, it's got a light body and average to high carbonation. I could drink this all day, every day. Mindblowingly round and smooth.
0,33 bottle. Szép hagyományos üveg és címke. A sör habja gyönyörű, apró lyukú, de tömör, és vékonyan szépen megmarad. A színe mustos, zavaros, kicsit meghatározhatatlan - érett árpa szín. Szőlős, pezsgős illat, némi élesztősséggel. Édességgel nyit, minőségi édesboros beütés. Meghatározó keserűség is van, kevés, de pezsgős szénsav mellett, közepes test. Egész érdekes és finom. Gyümölcsösség is érezhető, de nem a nehezebb aszalt-típusú, hanem valahogy mégis friss. Kandiscukros lecsengés. Gyümölcsös light-triple :) némi különös ízzel. A golding komló jól működött benne, ajánlott próbálni.

Hazy yellow pour underneath a super generous and lasting 2 finger white head. Long hanging lacework. Fresh fruit nose. Tarty bitter but with depth. In keeping with the Belgian footprint, a dry mouthfeel, and yeasty flavors. Executed by some masters none the less explains the tongue tingling and repetitive rising carbonated belch after each draw down. This proceeds to a surgical numbing of the checks and jaw, the appropriate presentation of ABV.

Botella comprada en Hopt.com, servida en tulipa. Me sorprendió para bien esta cerveza, ya en el olfato y en los primeros tragos me di cuenta de que estaba ante algo bueno, un subidón. Bonito aspecto, dorado pálido y turbio, con corona de espuma de buena retención. Aroma "Belga, meloso, afrutado, artesanal...", me hace salivar a la primera olfateada (levadura, toques de malta, lúpulo...) Una delicia, muy recomendable y muy disfrutable.

Mousse crémeuse très épaisse. Couleur or légèrement orangé et trouble. Amertume au début, houblon qui arrive ensuite. Dry. Manque de complexité.

Very surprised I have no record of ever having drunk this before. Anyway, on tap at Ebenezers, Crewe. Pours a hazy / cloudy golden orange with a small foamy white head and good lacing. There is an aroma of yeast mixed with summer fruits. In the mouth the texture is creamy and slightly sweet with low carbonation. Flavour of mushy apples mixed with summer fruits and bread rolls. Later on some spices start to come through – particularly coriander. Finish is fruity and slightly spicy. The is the benchmark saison by which all others should be judged = excellent !

This is very flavorful. It's refreshing. It has a lingering spice to it. It's got a smooth texture, which fades into a prickly carbonation.

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours hazy straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast and citrus, with touches of malt and fruit. Bitter flavour of hops, with rough estery notes and touches of malt and citrus. Estery aftertaste with bitter notes and touches of dust and salt. Well-balanced, satiating and tasty. A very nice Saison.
