3.6 Bottle at Frisches Bier. Hazy green golden, white foam. Dry citrus, light barn, fresh and funky. Medium body, mellow, funky bubblegum, barn, grain, green bough, light leafy finish.
3.8 Bottle. Moderate to heavy grain and straw for the malt, heavy herbs for the hops, light to moderate dried leaves and musty for the yeast, with damp wood and dried mustard in the background. Head is large, fizzy/frothy, white, with good lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is murky medium amber. Flavor starts lightly to moderately acidic, then finishes lightly acidic and bitter. Palate is light to medium, watery, with a fizzy carbonation. The basic Saison is already tasty and refreshing, but the hops really does add a nice complexity to it.
3.5 Lys brun tåkete med høyt eggegult skum. Lukter eple, gjær, korn og trevirke. Fyldig. Smaker korn, gjær, aprikos og noe honning.
3.4 Flaska från SB. Grumlig, orangegul kulör med vit skumkrona. Doft och smak av belgojäst, grön banan, örter, citrus och lite koriander.
4.1 Warm gold pour, almost 3 fingers of foam, and hints of lace. Nose is peppery and yeasty. Middle is earthy hay, slightly bitey yeast, herbal citrus. Finish is dry. Quality beer.

3.7 0,375 l bottle from Jacci & Nils last christmas. Real golden in the glass with an one finger off white head. Smooth grainy yeasty fruity smell. Taste starts dry, wheat, yeast, some lemon, pale grain and hop in the second row. Nice and easy drinking fresh stuff. Dry finish.
4.0 Bottle from Beer Ritz online. Colour is classic Dupont deep rich golden amber with a large fluffy white head which dissipates to thin. Lots of good white lacing. Nose is creamy grains, lemon, grassy, straw, hay, fruity crisp funky saison yeast, apple. Taste is bitter, grassy, fruit yeast, quite acidic bite, French bread crust, lemon peel, pithy creaminess. Hop is a little harder and more acidic than the regular.

3.9 Dorato antico leggermente velata con cappello di schiuma bianca molto generosa ma sgraziata. Al naso tanto floreale, camomilla su tutto, e crosta di pane. Al palato ancora camomilla, miele, pane. Erbaceo finale marcato. Corpo medio e carbonazione spinta.

3.8 Bottle in Seattle. Quite tall, full white foam head on a body that is moderately cloudy after incorporating the yeast. Full bready orange. Nose of earthy hops and ester, with some full warm malts. Spritely sip, bright carbonation, with a balanced and smooth full Dupont saison body. Minty hop and esters, pine needle overtones. Hints of resin. There is nice complexity if you are looking for it, but it is also just a delicious, easy drinker. A treat.
3.6 Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (01/04/2018) - gold yellow coloured pour with a white head. Fruity and floral grassy hoppy, some barnyard yeast, zesty citrus lemon notes, light palate, dry finish.
3.7 375ml bottle at ORB Belgium Beer Festival 2018. Hazy golden colour, white foam head leaving lacing and fruity banana & yeasty aroma. Taste is grainy, fruity and yeasty with clove notes and spicy citric earthy hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy hop bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.
4.4 Bottle from CBC Belmont. Hazy burnt orange with fluffy dense rocky head and lace. Spicy floral peppery aroma with hints of vanilla. Medium vanilla apricot sweetness, a little more bready than usual, I think because I dumped the yeast in, with light peppery earthy bitterness. Lacks the slight (not unpleasant) skunkiness I usually get from saaz. Light soft body, lower carbo than the others, maybe because of the yeast I dumped in. Anyhow. TOTALLY FUCKING EXCELLENT.
2.5 750mL bottle drunk 11/12/17. Typical pillowy-white, well-retained head via mountains of carbonation, topping a brass-golden, well-carbonated, clear body, sediment left behind. First few sniffs are pleasingly floral, with spicy herbs as well and strong honey-drenched pils malt to back. Zesty and a touch earthy, it, much to my dismay, grows tacky and quite bitter/slightly resinous with more warming, while the malts continue to surge forth and I daresay it almost comes of saccharine-like. The flavor never even has a brief period of enjoyment, as there is cotton candy, lemon detergent (light) and white table sugar galore. Messy esters, messy malts and vaguely bitter hops in the background that even the brisk carbonation can't dispel. Completely falls apart with warming/breathing, not that there was much to begin with. What the fuck, Dupont....Why can they not seem to string together two good years. It's always a rotation of good and bad....
3.6 Copenhagen 13/3 2018. 37,5 cl bottle from Ølhandleren in Give. The usual yellow Dupont label. Pours hazy golden yellow with humongous bubbly, white head. Settles as 2,5 cm thick blanket of thick, fluffy foam. Moderate lacing. Aroma is intense and sour. Citrus, unripe goose berries, lightly metallic. Hints of humid basement. Medium carbonation - yet prickly. Slightly thick texture. Flavor is medium sweet followed by strong and dry sour bitterness. Aftertaste is sour and dry and slightly acidic. As a Saison should be. Sour, dry and prickly.
3.5 Draught at Koelschip. Low fluffy white and quickly disappearing head. Cloudy light yellow body. Fruity dusty mild aroma. Dry mild and fruity flavor with a fair amount of hops bitterness as well as some acidicity. Low carbonation. Long finish.
3.9 Beautiful murky hazy orange gold with bubbly head. A: barnyard funk, Dupont yeast, pine note, emmentaler, zingy citrus. T: zingy refreshingly citrus bitter saison, milder and slightly smoother after yeast is poured (more like regular Saison Dupont). Finish is fruity, citrus, some kiwi.
3.7 Bottle from Malts Attack. Amber color, white head. Bitter taste with citrus, hops, spices, earthy notes, toast, a bit of ripe fruits and grass. Bitter finish with citrus, hops, earthy notes, toast, ripe fruits and grass. Excellent saison, good dry hopping for the Vieille Provision
