3.3 Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a rich and frothy, white head with good retention. Yeasty nose with spicy hops. Medium body, fruity and yeast, somewhat fizzy mouthfeel, hops are less flavorful than aromatic. Solid bitterness.
3.6 AR: belgische Hefe, Banane, kräuterig, blumig, AP: flockigtrübes orangegold TA: belgische Hefe, kräuterig, buttrig, pfeffrig
4.0 Bottle from Systembolaget, Sweden. Huge and long lasting white head. Very clowdy light golden color. Excellent aroma of tropicla fruit and tiny belgian phenols. Dry and crisp with light fruity taste. Low to medium bitterness.
3.8 Bottle. Unclear golden body under a huge, foamy white head. Aroma has pale malt, classic dupont sasion yeast, floral with notes of citric/herbal hops. Taste is smooth and nice pale malt, delicate citric fruit, a little grassy, yeast, esters and a bit more pronounced hop flavor than from aroma, modest bitterness and pepper. Fine body and smooth aftertaste ending with some bitterness. Delicate, tasty and nice.
3.9 Bottle 330ml - Styrian Wolf @ home Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, floral, wheat and hint of funk/barnyard. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium bitter with a long dry, grassy, floral and citrus, yeasty and funky finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is fizzy
3.8 A very nice saison with smooth dry hopping which gives it a zesty, crisp and hoppy flair. Very refreshing.
3.6 Drank on week 31 (month 7) with R. Pours a bloody light brownish-orange with a thick, fluffy, fine, foamy off-white head. Thick streaky laces with good retention. Looks good - colour a bit dullish but head is beautiful. Aroma: bready yeast, pear juice, apple, light banana/pepper/clove spice, celery. Bright, not musty. Taste: moderate yeast, moderate bitterness, citric and grass notes, a bit empty. Body: light to medium, light carb, a bit slicker and much less fluffy than your average Saison (which is nice). Nice aroma, taste is a bit of letdown because of its thinness. Saison flavours bright and not heavy despite being yeasty/bready. Love the idea of a hoppy Saison but can imagine a better version.
3.6 Bottle from Ktown Liquor at home. Hazy translucent dull copper yellow brown pour with foamy white head. Spicy earthy farmy aroma - what you’d you imagine for a saison hopped with this type of old world hop. Nice but I wish it was hoppier haha. Taste is only slightly different than the standard Saison Dupont I think. A bit of a sharp earthy bite up front that transitions quickly into barnyard grassiness. Palate is smooth and light to medium. Finish is grassy spice. Nice.
3.4 thuis een troebel goud blond kleurig lichaam met een witte kop en met een gist bloemig hop aroma een bloemig hop gist mout zoet kruidig droge bitter smaak met een bitter einde
4.7 Bottle from Clapton Craft. Lost a quarter off it on opening, messy. So a little over carbed! Caramel brown pour, gigantic head. Aroma is herbal hop, yeast esters. Taste is herbal, grassy hops, caramelised sugar, toffee apple, Dupont strain yeast esters. Dry, peppery finish. Mouthfeel is very slick and full. This is banging on so many levels. The yeast is pretty predominant in this, so maybe not for everyone. And I couldn't drink many of them. But divine, from what that i managed to taste.
3.6 Clear golden, lasting white head. Yeasty aroma, spicy with some sweet malt, wheat, light fruity hops. Yeasty flavour, yeasty spice, hoppy bitterness, rough yeast, slightly peppery.
4.3 No aroma as expected from dry hop. Pleasant tast not strong happy. Slight astringency at end. Long finish. Rated as best saison style. Keeper.
3.7 Goudgeel bier met witte schuimkraag. Hoppig, bitter met een licht zuurtje. Lekker fris.
3.6 Aspetto giallo oro tendente all'ambrato, versa due dita di schiuma. Aroma erbaceo e speziato con note di frutti chiari. In bocca stessi sentori olfattivi. Carbonazione vivace ma non invadente.
4.2 Yeasty. Mild peppery spices. Light cloves and apple. Some lemons and pear. Lots of flavour with light sweetness and low-medium bitterness. Medium bodied and lively carbonation. Dry finish. Enjoyable saison.
4.0 330 ml bottle from Temple Cellars; seems to be aged for 2 years (though the expiry date says 3 years). Pours a nice amber with a lot of white head that hardly goes away. Aroma of fruity dry hop esters (that somehow stays in the bottle) along with yeast, some grain, pineapple, pear, banana (?!). Easy going even at 6.5% ABV. Taste of some malt, but mostly apple esters and yeast. Goes down almost bone dry with a hoppy finish but some fruit esters remain. Carbonation high but not forceful and the mouthfeel is so smooth! Definitely worth my money.
3.9 Bottle in the sun, 20th July 2021. Pours a hazy orange, big white head. Aroma is yeasty, fresh, aromatic, funk, farmyard. Taste is yeast, citrus, oranges, aromatic, funky, nicely made, bittersweet. Refreshing and tasty hoppy saison
3.9 Bottle from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy amber body with a thick white head. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of red apple and straw. Flavour of apple pie, apricot and grass. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Very fizzy. Bright and zingy. A wonder saison.
3.7 Purchased with the Christmas Belgian 6-pack, dry hopped saison is a miss for me as the original is my reference for a saison. Still worth tasting the difference.
3.7 Hazy blond colour with thin head. The typical sweet note of Saison Dupont is really neutralised by the rounded, floral hop notes.
3.4 De color dorado con un dedo de espuma de retención media. Ligera y de carbonatación media. Aroma a levadura, hierbas y especias. Sabor afrutado con notas de miel.
3.4 Palish hazy gold. Large head with medium retention. Aroma intensity 4/5. In the nose, leather, cut grass, thyme and spices, notes of hay. Light to medium bitter, light sweet. Light to medium body. Very fine carbonation. Pleasant finish

3.8 Bottle @ El Catador, Ulfborg. Aroma of citrus, hayish malt, floral, spicy. Light sweet and bitter. Light and watery. NIce
3.7 Bottle. It pours hazy golden with a creamy white head. Spicy hoppy with notes of clove and oranges. Yeasty spicy. Lively carbonation. Long fruity finish.
3.8 Bottle from Chuck's. Not super-stoked that this was a 2019 bottle purchased April 2021. Hops are fairly aged that this point, though I suspect it would have been fabulous fresh. Instead they compete, somewhat, with the beauty of the base beer. Mind you, it's still very good stuff. But past its prime and with aggressive enough hopping that I wonder if it ever lived up to the base. Low rating is based on the age at which I tasted it.
4.0 Bottle from bierhandel Willems. Cloudy golden body with a medium white head. Hops, yeast, fruity, malt, floral, spices. Lovely as always. Earlier Rating: 9/25/2018 Total Score: 3.8 Bottle from HJ Hansen. Hazy golden body with a medium white head. Yeast, hops, malt, citrus fruity. Good.
3.6 33 cl. bottle at home. Bought at Øliver. High and lasting fluffy white head. Hazy dark yellow with yeas residues. Sweet fruity, apples and pears, honey aroma and flavor with a good deal of hops bitterness, low carbonation and a long finish.
4.0 Bottle from Mitra in Gorinchem, The Netherlands. The beer is hazy golden colored with a large stable white foam. Carbonation is good. The aroma is malts, citrus, grass, flowers, hay, yeast, pepper and spices. The taste is refreshing, fruity, with floral hops, yeast, spices, pepper and some light tropical notes. The finish is very dry, bitter and refreshing. A perfect saison. Nice!
