3.5 Can 0,33 ltr: Clear orange/gold coloured brew with an reasonable sweet taste and subtle bitterness. Hints of caramel, oranges and some toasted malts.
2.8 Flaske. Ok.
2.9 330ml. bottle. Tasted several timea back in the days. [#3.865 Global - #718 Spain - #7 San Miguel Spain] Pale amber colour with a medium and lasting white head. Good retention. Aroma: grains, caramel malts and candy sugar. Taste: sugar syrup, caramelly malts and light toffee. Spiced mouthfeel. Medium bodied. Next one please!
3.0 Pours a copper color with white head. Light malty aroma and taste, light earthy finish. Notes: bottle in Mallorca, Mar ‘21
3.2 Old rating from 28-07-16 - A 330ml bottle brought home from Lanzarote. Pours a clear amber colour with a small stable white head that leaves lacings. Aroma has grain & malt present. Tastes of caramel, vanilla, toffee, grain & malt with a light bitter aftertaste.
2.4 Bottle at a restaurant in Donostia. No notes due to social settings. Looks really good, amber in colour with a large and lasting head, good lacing too. Nothing special in terms of aroma or taste, short lived in the mouth, but still better than the average lager on tap.
2.4 Small bottle from Metro, drunk at had me on a warm June evening. Clear amber, a brief head, not much lacing but rising carbonation that lasted for a while. Aromas of biscuit, crusty bread and honey. More of the same in the mouth, floral and hints of fruit, slick texture, sweetness coming at the end, mild bitterness. Just another fairly pointless strong lager, but if you like that sort of thing...
3.1 This can is coming from the corte inglés, Luis Montoto, Sevilla. Drinking and judging it, at our rented house, at Beatriz de Suabia, Sevilla. The body is brown/orange and clear, average carbonation, thin and white foam. Nothing special with this San Miguel, acceptable with our Andalusian sun, a lager with something more, light toasted malt, giving a really discreet side of bread and toffee, watery, malty, some eternal hop for lager, lack of body.
1.5 Aroma : Light toasted toffee malt and hint of grassy/straw hop. Taste : As aroma with slight alcohol burn in the finish. Very boring!
3.0 Maltosa,poco a caramelo, amargor final y seco,buena
2.9 Bottle 33cl from a local supermarket in Yaiza, Lanzarote @hotel room poured into a wine glass. Colour pale to medium amber, small but steady white creamy head, half-way lasting, good lacing. Aroma toasted malt grain, candy sugar, caramel. Flavour medium sweet and light bitter, malty, caramel, sugar syrup, flat mouthfeel. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter finish, light spicy notes, burnt sugar/caramel, okay.
3.2 0.33 can in Calella. Its appearance is beautiful. Very large white foam that remains, golden in color. The aroma is moderately intense, malted, sweet, prunes, but only tucked away. It doesn't taste bad. Restrained sense acidity, it has a bitter aftertaste. Burnt sugar punch, somewhat true to style, strong lager with little to no, but good, drinkable beers.
3.0 Normal
3.0 Bardzo ciekawy, mocny lager z koncernu San Miguel. Mocniejsza, bardziej słodowa odmiana ich sztandarowego lagera. Da się wypić z przyjemnością nawet w kanaryskim upale.
2.9 Can from Lidl in Mahon, pours a bright amber with a big fine foam and a toasty-sweet malty nose. Smooth and toasty-malty, grassy bitterness, the alcohol is a little too prominent but it's a decent Amber regardless.
2.1 Can in Malaga. Murky golden, clear, foamy white head. A tat more bodied, alcoholic and sweet than a regular pilsener. Medium body, low carbonation.
2.8 Color naranja oscuro, transparente.
2.8 330 ml bottle, strong lager smell, clear color, low head.boring lager smell, but more creamy. Nah forgetable.
2.7 Color ámbar , cristalina. Dos dedos de espuma con excelente retención. Aroma discreto a malta tostada.
2.2 330 ml bottle. Pours amber with white head. Aroma is of grassy hops and some pale malt. Body is medium and crisp. Taste is of grassy hops and some caramel. Finish is short and dry. Standard macro.
2.5 Clear orange color without head. Grain aroma with bitter taste and dry finish.
2.9 Pours clear amber with a long lasting off-white head. Aroma has notes of roasted malts and caramel. Taste is malty too with sweetish caramel flavor. Finishes with moderate crispy grass flavor and dryish touch of alcohol. Very average amber lager but a decent brew anyway. (Poured from a 33cl bottle)
0.5 Earlier Rating: 1/15/2019 Total Score: 2.4
2.8 Butelka 330ml. Miedziany kolor. Piana średnia o białym kolorze, zanika dość szybko. Słód,suszone czerwone owoce, ciastka, karmel, brązowy cukier. Goryczki brak
2.9 330ml Can and Bottles from Eroski Supermarket, Pollensa, Mallorca, Spain and Spar Supermarket, Luz, Algarve, Portugal. 2021: Drank in celebration of the 2021 Vuelta a Espana Stage 1. Amber coloured with a thick white head of foam. It has a dried fruit, toffee and malty flavour with warming berry and malty notes on the smooth finish. Not bad. 2019: Second bottle aged after almost 1 year and drank in celebration of the 2019 Vuelta a Espana cycle race. Amber coloured with a thick white head. It has a toffee, soapy and apple flavour followed by caramel, honey and almond on the chemical-like fruity finish. Poor considering the high ABV.
