4.3 15-MAR-2019, bottle @Ulkløbben meeting, @Mads. Hazy yellow with a lasting, lacing, white head. Spice, yeast, malt. Slightly tart, very creamy. Great!
4.0 Alluring tart aroma in a light gold pour. Similarly tart taste with just a hint of zesty spiciness in the body is both laid back and spot on. A deserved benchmark of the style.

Overall 19/20: Soft, subtle wild beer. Lovely. Final: 4.4
4.3 750 ml bottle poured into a teku. The beer is a clear yellow with a white head of foam. Grassy and bready aroma with a sour earthy character. Floral and sweet, with a moderate sour bite. Medium body and medium carbonation.
4.3 Bottle shared by “hannont”. Colour...pale straw with no head. Nose...Sweetarts, Smarties and tropical Jolly Ranchers. Palate...bright, tangy, tight, sharp and filled with tart/tangy candy treats. The mid palate is a titch dry and the finish is long, lightly sweet and major gleek fest in a glass.
4.0 Bottle shared at Andrew's b-day bash. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Peach and pear aromas with oak and a muscat character as it warms. Some underlying acidity, wheat or spelt notes and funky wet hay on the palate. Crisp and clean with a relatively dry finish. Very nice.

Taste continues with citrus flavours, light yeasty undertones, lightly grassy, slight lactic sensation. High quaffability factor, mouthwatering citrus, sour saison. Light but fairly creamy mouthfeel, long aftertaste.

4.3 750 mL bottle poured. A massive thanks to Mike for sending me this one. What a treat! An amazing saison this is, covering everything I love about the style right here. Hazy and bright golden orange pour. A good balance of tart, funk, and fruity nose. Flavor is a cool and fresh orange and citrus, with a solid brett funk to compliment. A solid pils grain background. Creamy. Juicy. An absolute standout of a saison here. Love it.

4.0 750 ml bottle to snifter (shared with the Mrs.). Looks good; a cloudy golden orange with eggshell head and lively carbonation. Smells and tastes of yeast, oak, fruit, and funk with a pleasantly tart medium-bodied mouthfeel that finishes semi-dry. Tasty.
