4.3 Bottle, 750 at Himmeriget. Shared with Max, Fran, Kova and kajser. Pours hazy orange with white head. Fruity, peach, apricots, lemon, nice funky note, barnyard, some wood. Light to moderate sourness. Very subtle and balanced. Medium bodied, maybe just a bit thin. Nice one, although I've expected just a bit more.
4.3 Been waitin a long time to try this one, and while it did not disappoint, it WAS probably my second favorite SARA beer of the night. Great, but no better (and not quite as awesome as) lesser hyped SARA beers I've had in the past too. Lighter body here, and not as much complexity as some of their blended saisions and sours. That said, this cloudy golden elixr has a nice earthy apricot, oak and mineral aroma. Light body, some light to moderate funk on the palate. I'd love to try the peach version of this.
4.3 Bottle at Himmeriget may 11th 2017. Hazy golden body with a white head. Fruity aroma, apricot, peach and citrus, with a srtong funk note. Taste is bretty and sour, farmhous, funk and tropical. Extremely zesty and sharp with a fresh fruity finish. Excellent!
3.3 aroma jammy white wine, apricots some planty notes of tequilla. tastes mild some sludgy wheat. mild tartness. a bit watery. some sulfur some butter. Needs more juice. Dunno if I'd put this in the top 50 sours. I like good beer co's stonefruit sours over this one.
4.1 Bottle, courtesy of illidurit, many many thanks! Aroma is apricot, funk, Brett, bitter almond. Body is medium, fruity acidic and tart, lively carbonation, apricot. Intense sour palate, still super fruity. Very, very good, but could be a little less sour.
4.3 Bottle, many thanks anstei! Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is apricots, fresh yeast, barrel, apricot skin. Taste is apricot jam, fresh barrel funk, grapes, even a touch apricot stone I think. Super refreshing, super tasty! Awesome!
4.1 750mL batch 11 bottle, drunk 9/20/17. Hazy golden-peach with an immediately-fizzling, off-white head. Sulfur and apricot take front seat in this saison that is highly redolent of Saison Bernice. Tell-tale, house character comes through in the form of salinity and plentiful mineral character builds up, with bright apricot notes dotting the finish. Comes off with more saison/wild ale notes than it does fruit ones, which is very nice, for a change. Everything is well-integrated and there is no surplus of souring acid, nor any flaw noted. Leathery Brett and fruit acids mix with more mineral and salt notes as Brett crescendos to a very strong, but enjoyable dominance (wouldn't call it unbalanced). Leather, lime, band aid and sulfur with plentiful tart acids are all carried on by a tight, zesty carbonation on top of a malty but well-attenuated texture. Salinity never builds up, thankfully, and lightly tart, lip-smacking acids linger on, preparing for the next sip. Excellent stuff, well-worth the hype, at least in my book.

4.0 Bottle @himmeriget - y’all know. Poul a slighty hazy crisp yellow, with a small and quickly disappearing head - which turns into a white ring of fluff. Aroma has white grapes, oak, slight tannins, slight peach skin, apricot juice, slight minerals, slight florals, sea salt, stone fruit (duh). Taste is quite acidic, but has ever so slight fruity sweetness to it. Semi watery and slick bodied, with a smooth and lively carbonation. Good stuff, perfect for this summer weather.
4.2 Pours a fairly clear yellow colour with a lasting white head along the curve of the glass. The aroma offers big citrussy apricot jam, something slightly lactic as well. The fruit isn’t too overpowering. Sour citrus taste. The apricots are there but only slightly so. Really clean US fruity sour. Lactic aftertaste and still super sour. Finding myself holding this up against Fou Foune and it’s not quite as good.
4.1 On tap at Ale Arsenal’s 5th Anniversary party.....ridiculous lineup!! Hazy honeycomb orange with large mousy head. Fruit is lovely, light and fresh. Slight spice. Great all around.
3.7 Cloudy honey color. Faint fruit and fair amount of complex funk. Sip- great fruit and tang. Drink- more funk and attack. Hella dry.
4.5 Backlog z Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017. Amerykańska odpowiedź na Fou Foune z Cantillon. Potężny funk i brzoskwinie, soczyste, skórzaste, intensywnie kwaśne, wytrawne. Wyśmienite piwo.

4.0 Bottle at the crazy tasting at my place. Pours a hazy orange color with a medium white head. Sharp woody apricot nose. The flavor is rich soft meaty peaches, bigger sour, woody, lactic sour cultures. Very sharp but smooth and drinkable. Lovely.
3.8 Bottle from a friend. Slightly hazy yellow color, white head. Sour taste with citrus, earthy notes, apricot, oak, minerals, acidic notes and grass. Sour finish with citrus, apricot, grass, earthy notes, minerals and a bit of ripe fruits. Excellent sour ale.
4.0 Bottle. Thanks! A: Peach in color with a thin orange head. N: Peach, apricot, grapefruit, lemon, straw, green apple, oak, and funk. T: Sour and lightly sweet. M: Light body, no alcohol, crisp carbonation. O: Very good. Much better than the 1st batch I’ve had previously. The fruit comes through more and there’s better character to the beer itself.
4.2 (On tap @ Himmeriget, Copenhagen, May 9/17) Pours a hazy medium gold with a small, stable white head. Aroma is loads of tart, semi-ripe apricots, zesty citrus, apricot skin, hints of wine, a little acidic bite, oaky hints, slightly cheesy sort of funk. On the tongue, rather tart but still juicy apricot flesh, pit fruit skins, wine, a little lemon curd, drying with increased oak component, funk with hay and light cheese, finishing dry, lots of lingering apricot flesh and peel, some bite even in the aftertaste. Medium bodied with soft creamy carbonation. Really apricot forward, the wine character of the barrels is integrated and not dominant, typical SARA treatment. Nice sour!
