3.5 Mooi geel kleurend bier met een witte schuimkraag. Het bier smaakt karamel zoetig en mooi granig. Daarnaast is veel te proeven van de gebruikte hoppen, deze maken het bier mooi bitter en bloemig. Daarnaast bezit het bier een mooi frisje. Eindigt lekker bitter en droog.

3.8 Amber/orange with rich white head. Hoppy aroma with yeasty notes. Strong hoppy bitterness with citrus notes, certain floral yeasty notes as well. Not bad, could be bit softer.

3.3 Bottle 33 cl. Yellow golden with a medium white head that fades slowly. Aroma is slightly sweet but I can also sense hops and grain. The taste is dry and bitter with Co2 touches. The aftertaste stays dry and the alcohol is present

3.3 getrunken 2014 Eines muss man dem Bier lassen: das Etikett ist äußerst kreativ; so tragen zwei barfüßige Leute ihren Kameraden an Händen und Beinen vor dem Rathaus von Antwerpen tragen. Dass dieser nicht nüchtern ist, ist wohl anzunehmen. Geschmacklich finde ich das Bier sehr ausgewogen, das besonders im Abgang seine Stärken offenbart

4.4 Voici une belle réalisation de la brasserie Schelde qui au travers d'houblons allemands (Hersbrucker et Saaz) nous offre une bière à la fois florale, fruitée et épicée, où à la fois amertume et alcool s'allient pour lui conférer poésie et caractère. Côté visuel, c'est globalement plaisant avec un blond doré paré d'un très léger voile et surmonté d'une mousse blanche nappant juste la surface de la bière. Le nez, appréciable, marque un bon équilibre avec des arômes fleuris, fruités (pêche notamment) et de coriandre. Même équilibre à l'attaque, davantage orientée sur les fleurs que sur le fruit, avec une petite touche de miel et une présence épicée quant à elle bien marquée. La deuxième bouche est dans la continuité avec une complexité intéressante. L'arrière bouche est de façon un peu surprenante, moins sur l'amertume avec un alcool (faisant plus que le 7 %) qui prédomine mais toujours avec des épices bien présentes. Le final, qui présente une petite acidité est alors sur une bonne longueur et un bon duo amertume/alcool sur une base toujours bien épicée. Bière intéressante et agréable.

3.5 28 May 2018. At Cambrinus. Shared with Anke. Pours hazy golden with a big, frothy, off-white head; little lacing. The aroma contains bread, yeast, caramel, ripe orange, tangerine & banana, kitchen herbs, spices, grass, hint of 'chlorophyll' (chewing gum, mint even). It tastes light to medium fruity sweet, hints of dough & sugar, and light to medium spicy bitter, bit hoppy. Dryish, peppery hop finish, spicy & grassy. Medium body, slick/oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Good beer, nice sipper.

3.9 Bottle from Alcostock, had it a while ago. BB 12.2018. Pours hazyish golden with small off-white head. Some sediment. Lovely Belgian aroma and flavour, superbly balanced, sweetish and mildly bitter, some modest spiciness and just a hint of alcoholic heat. Otherwise, its drinkability is just excellent. So refreshing, drinks like a 5%. Can’t believe it’s rated so low... Will seek out again.

3.5 Bottle at home. Sweet tastes with some sourness to it. It doesn't have much flavour, which is actually a good good thing to be honest. Its softness makes the beer quite enjoyable

3.5 Bottle from Beers of Europe. Lovely citrus, slightly yeasty aroma. Golden pour with good frothy head. Yeasty, some citrus, fairly sour. Little thin of palate but a good beer.

3.7 Sample from bottle at Logitech proefavond 2. Color: Gold to amber. Taste: Smooth, nice balanced medium sweet, floral hop, lightly yeasty blond beer. Lightly hints of banana. Finish is somewhat more hopbitter. Nice blond.

3.2 330ml bottle. Hazy amber pour, small retentive white head. Nose is malty, hoppy citrus notes, mild phenols, peach, fruity notes. Flavor is malts forward, light hoppiness, less fruity than the nose. Alcohol in the finish with phenols and hops. SImplistic, but not bad.

3.3 Tap @ Het elfde gebod, Amsterdam. Ruikt zoetig bloemig en naar honing. Geel beetje doorzichtige kleur met redelijke koolzuur. Smaakt krachteloos zoet. Dat is ook meteen zijn kryptonite. Smaakt lekker naar honing met zachte bitter op het eind maar red het net niet helemaal op zijn eigen kracht.

3.9 Shared a bottle at home with Rabo. A very good Belgian ale, very smooth taste. Also a very good aftertaste.

4.0 Robe blonde claire presque limpide. Col de mousse blanche bien calibré, stable, compact, neigeux. Nez discret, doux malté, fin arôme herbeux houblonné. Bouche douce maltée ample, note de banane mûre, levurée, légèrement caramel, massepain. Finale douce de longueur moyenne, très légère astringence. Carbonatation moyenne, corpulence moyenne à épaisse, texture légèrement collante. Blonde belge douce, maltée et levurée aux notes très classiques de bananes, houblonné subtilement.

3.4 Drank with Rik and Patrick @ Cafe Jos 30-6-17. Not bad for a belgian ale ordinary blond beer. Quite the comprehensive taste.

3.9 Bouteille 33. Orange claire à mousse blanche. Odeurs : malt, pain, grain, fruits jaunes, très léger fumé en fin de dégustation. Saveurs : malt, biscuit, levures, fruits, un peu de sel. Moyenne amertume sympathique. Une bière gouleyante très agréable à boire (fraîche !). Une brasserie que je ne connaissais pas !
