2.2 500ml bottle with the Thai food at Poonchai. Clear copper coloured body, off-white head, spotty lacing. Modest smell of spiced malt. Prominent taste of rosemary spices with semi-sweet malts behind. Ends rather spicy. Drinkable, but the wrong choice to the food. (Copenhagen 12.05.2019).
2.7 Sterk fruity lykt. Fínt bragð
2.4 0,5l bottle, courtesy of my brother, many thanks, Pours clear dark golden liquid, white soapy lacings, Aroma: herbal like rosemary, floral, hopy, Taste: light sweet, light to medium bitter, light sour, herbal, light malty, floral, very subtle notes, Palate: light to medium body, flat carbonation, slick mouthfeel, medium long herbal aftertaste, Overall: did not really enjoyed. Pity for that carbonation and low bitterness. Not sure if also oxidized.
0.5 Meget sur smag
2.8 Amber with a fine head. Citric and bready aroma with notes of hay. More malty and sweet than expected from an IPA, but the bitterness is still there. Not that bad for a mass production.
2.9 Clear amber. Aroma is rosemary, hibiscus, orange, citrus, lemon, some bonbon, butter. Taste is sour starchy, with much hibiscus, a bit bready and heavy bitter. Alcohol as well. Still somewhat balanced. Not good.
3.0 Bottle from Italy. Light Amber, clear. Herb aroma, flavor follows with rosemary & herbs and not a massive amount of hops. Interesting. Hard to drink a full bottle but ok to share.
2.8 Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is rosemary, light caramel, toasted malts. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Alright.
2.9 With Hrabren & Sandi ST. Huge thanks Sara! Old gold body, white head, lasting. Aroma... random spice, but rosemary does come through, some sweetish maltiness too. Taste... lean, rosemarry, sweetish maltiness. Hops? Eeer, not really. Actually pretty drinkable and a solid industrial spice beer, just in no way is this an IPA. Didn't give me the schiøtz either, which is a plus.
3.3 0.5 l bottle, thanks Marko. Clear dark golden to amber, small off-white head. Aroma is spicy, herbal, thyme, rosemary. Slightly spicy. Spicy flavours, a bit artificial. Some bitterness even. Lasting finish.
4.0 Flaske. Anderledes IPA. Krydret i smagen. Tydelige noter af rosmarin. God til frokostbordet.
2.9 @ Havregatan 20180817. Bottle (500 ml) from Systembolaget. Malty and spicy with rosemary, sweet, medium body with an oily texture. The finish is bitter.
1.8 Sold as Ceres Norden Gylden IPA. Dark golden colour with no head. Aroma is skunky, sweaty and cheesey. Yes some rosemary bread too. Flavour is similar. It doesn't drink well. Rough carbonation. Not particularly hoppy considering it's an IPA.
1.0 Cooled, poured in glass. Very bitter tasting, almost no aroma - not very pleasant overall.
2.5 Bottle from Danish supermarket. A shame i carted this all the way back home. It tasted fine until i really tested it. Not good - lagery, weird added flavours
3.0 The beer has got a deep amber colour with a small head and medium body. Aroma of hops and bread. Taste of hops, bread, citrus, straw and grains. Mild finish.
0.9 Sugary soda smell with vague grapefruit hints. No head and dark gold body like a cheap lager. Flavour is a bad mix between cardboard, candy, and lemon throat lozenges. dry finish. This may be the worst IPA I've ever had, and I've had a whole lot of IPAs.
3.5 Fles 50cl in La Spezia als Ceres Nørden Gylden IPA. Hopbitter, citrus, bloemig, fruitig, wat droog. (7-2017).
3.1 Hoppy & light sweet aroma of clementine & orange. Clear amber and a long lasting white head. Intense bitter taste. Medium body, slick texture, intense carbonation & a short finish.
3.2 A medium brown beer. A bit of honey taste. A pretty good beer, will recommend this.
2.8 500ml bottle, as Ceres Nørden Gylden IPA, from the shop in Rome, drunk at the hotel. Pours clear with a brief, coarsely frothy head, light lacing, and a short-lived coarse bead. On the nose, strong ginger, with some slight citrus hints. Fizzy at first in the mouth releasing murky ginger flavours with notes of citrusy honey, quite sweet, with mild but ascending bitterness, but always watery, leading to a bittersweet aftertaste. Overall, an alcoholic ginger beer, not an IPA.
1.3 Ej kom nu. Laver man en "special" IPA, skal den humles og give udtryk for humle og smag.
3.4 Golden beer, small head. Aroma is oxidated, malt, citrus. Taste is citrus and malts. Tastes quite good.
2.9 Ceres Norden Gylden IPA. Bottled 0,50L. Clear and limpid orange pale color, medium bubbly aspect with a medium resistance head. Fresh and little citric aroma, notes of yest, cortex, resin hop. Medium prickly taste, pleasant and equilibrate sweetish mouth, modest alcoholic perception and acceptable bitter end.
