3.0 Pour is more of a cloudy tan with a large white head. Aroma is more of a toasted malt in the same vein as a marzen. Flavor is more toasted malt with some sulfur notes. Kind of a marzen lite. Drinkable but a little thin.
3.0 330ml green bottle but luckily no skunking. Clear gold, small white head, decent retention. Pale malts, grass and corn on aroma; pretty standard. Taste is grassy with lemony notes running through. Light bodied, easy to drink. Its ok.
3.0 Can. Clear, pale yellow-gold. Big white head. Substantial lacing. Aroma of corn and hay. Grassy, lightly hopped taste. Light bodied. Generally pretty thin, but certainly not bad.
3.1 Old rating from 2010 - 330ml bottle, pours amber with a white head. Aromas & tastes of flora, grass, bread, cereal, corn & sweet malt. Moderate body. Crisp moderate bitter finish
3.4 12/21/20 - Tallahassee, Fl - Market Square Liquors - 11.2 oz bottle. Pale golden, tight snow white head clings to the edge of the glass. Slight grassiness to the aroma, some honey sweetness. Solid pils flavor, some biscuit-like maltiness, a touch of honey sweetness, a bit of coriander spice and finishes with just a hint of citrus. Crisp, refreshing mouthfeel.
2.1 Bottle. Not too bad, obviously mainly bad but not particularly offensive. Quick drinking with limited taste.
3.8 Solid beer, not your typical pils. Good malt character and a solid but not overwhelming hop bitterness. A German hop bit, but it builds. Still really a beer that seems like a cross between a Helles and a pils that is quite good for a change. Kolsche fans may like it.
2.6 Can. Hazy yellow, foamy white head. Corn, light malt, very mild earthy hops.
0.0 Bottle from Alko. Golden color, white head. Bitter taste with citrus, hops, malts, toast and grass. Bitter finish with citrus, hops, malts, grass and toast. Good Pilsener.
3.4 Pale yellow pour, 2 fi gets of fluffy white head, little lace. Nose is Pils malt and herbal hops. Middle is snappy hops up front, sweet light kilned malt, some hay, a little apple. Finish is dry and herbal.
3.4 Pours clear light amber with a three finger, white head. Aroma is caramel, floral notes and noble hops. Taste is rich caramel, moving to chamomile and Hallertau hops. Finish is the same. Good pils.
3.3 This grows on you. Not like a boil or zit, more like a mole that you grow to appreciate and cultivate. It gets better with every slurp, which incidentally, is how I like my women.
3.3 Clear golden with a thick foamy white head. Clean pale European biscuity Pilsner malt aroma with a light little minty hop kiss. Bright pale golden malt flavor that’s a little biscuity and Lagery dusty. Like old world lager. Not super super clean. Slight VDK.
3.3 Brown, 300 cl bottle, perfunctory label, pulltop cap. Mostly clear blonde pour with a sticky white head. Nutty-sweet, yeasty cereal aroma. Inviting. Husky, fairly bitter, somewhat astringent. Cereal. Medium body, good carbonation retention. Decent, not remarkable. Market Square Liquors, Tallahassee.
3.8 Helle Farbe.
3.1 Can (Mar 16, 2020 canning). Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly lasting. Body is light yellow. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (herbs, flowers), with a note of DMS. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter, slightly husky. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Drinkable, if just a little clunky.
2.6 500ml can, pours a light-hazed gold, white head. Aroma is very eastern euro, its half-part czech pils with buttery malt-rich aroma, and half maybe lithuanian with a harsh industrial booziness (per the abv) , slightly bubblegummy. Flavor is malty rich, more yeasty than a typical pils, again, it is buttery, and a hint bubblegummy. It is hoppy in a grassy sense, it is almost like a botched version of pilsener urquell or something, with an ultra bubblegummy character, it is uniquely austrian, i get that.
3.1 Bottle at home on a lazy Saturday afternoon in Pentagon City with Caressa, Apollo, and the wife. A corny, grainy pils with some sweet hay flavors. Elegant and simple.
2.3 Bottle from Beers of Europe. Corny, quite gassy, really not a great lager by any stretch.
3.4 Tall boy. Honestly this guy is on the sweet side but archetypical. Way better than I thought it would be.
3.0 0,5l bottle. Pours golden with medium sized white head. Sweetish malts and hops. Some bitterness in the finish. Average carbonation. Nothing too complicated, but some taste to be enjoyed.
2.9 hoppy, bitter weak mouth feel, lightly carbonated, no head nice clear yellow colour sweet citrus smell overall easy to drink
2.9 500 ml bottle at home. Clear light golden with a white head. The aroma is lightly to medium hoppy with some grains, sweet grains, hay, herbal notes and grass. Medium body with an average carbonation a light to medium sweetness and a light to medium bitterness. The flavor is similar to the smell - grains, hay, bitter herbs. Finishes with a medium herbal hoppy bitterness. Aroma: 6 Appearance: 3 Taste: 7 Palate: 3 Overall: 10
2.8 0.5 l bottle from Alko Ympyrätalo, Helsinki. Quite mild - despite the name don't expect a hoppy pilsener. Aftertaste is slightly dry - otherwise this is quite easy, but not in a bad way.
2.5 Golden,some foam,hay,apricose,slight caramel,grassy hops,metallic.Dull.
3.0 Clearest straw yellow with a moderate white frothy head. Aroma: crackers, spicy hop, a hint of skunkiness. Fairly light-bodied. Lively carbonation. Taste: bittersweet, malty and hoppy. Crackers, bread, spicy noble hops. Light bitterness. Well-drinkable. A bit too light for its ABV.
3.0 50cl bottle from Alko. Poured clear golden color. Thick white head. Aroma of hay, grass and grains. Dry finish with some grass, earth and floral notes.
3.1 Botgle. Golden clear. Golden bit honey sweet malty nose, green fine herbsy hopsy Med light bodied, nice grassy, soft round.
