Hazy dark amber with a big, compact and foamy white head. Aroma is mineral, mild estery notes. Taste is lemony, mineral. Lemony finish. Medium body average carbonation oily texture
50 cl. bottle. An orange coloured beer with a white head. Aroma and flavour of wheat, bread, grain, and with a sweet finish.
Flaska. Disig orangegul öl med ett större weissbierskum. Doft och smak av malt, hö, jäst, lättare skumbanantoner och lätt citruston. Tunn kropp.
BB 27/05/2021. From a bottle poured a clouded muddy-looking amber with 1cm of white open foam that retained very well and laced poorly. Carbonation high, lively and fine to medium. Aroma strongly of malt and hints of musty grain; no obvious wheat beer characters. Taste is grainy malt, slightly sweet (just possibly banana) and metallic. Light body. Smooth with a short finish.
Ciemnozłoty kolor, wysoka, gruba piana. Zapach ewidentnie landrynkowy, wręcz wata cukrowa, może deko goździka. Piwo jest niestety do bólu płaskie. Zero banana, zero goździka, lekka landrynka w tle. Z weizena jest leciutka kwaskowość, może bardziej wytrawność, jednak piwo jest okrutnie puste.
Barwa bursztynowa. Piana wysoka i trwała. W aromacie słodowo. Są banany, goździki. W smaku słodowo z nutą lekko kwaśnych owoców. Wysycenie wysokie.
Bursztynowe, mętne, niezła piana, skromna koronka. Aromat owocowo-przyprawowy, nieco winny, kojarzy się z kompotem z suszu, czuć też drożdże. W smaku lekko słodkie, z wyraźniejszym akcentem brzeczkowym. Wysokie, trochę przeszkadzające wysycenie.
500ml bottle. Pours amber with a decent sized white head. Aroma: sweet, wheat, banana esters, a little caramel. Taste: moderate sweet & light bitter the taste follows the aroma, light wit spices in there too. Light to medium body, ample carbonation, sweet finish. Not too bad for a NA beer
Bottle from Wholefoods, Kensington. Colour is hazy brown amber with a large off white foam head. Nose is malty, cardboard, sweet barley chaff. Taste is sweet barley malty, cardboard, bready... like a beer with no alcohol and not much flavour or yeast action.
Fles gedeelt door Roelzie1986, geprobeerd bij Stadsbrouwerij Eindhoven. Het is een licht troebel oranje rood bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een gistachtige wat fruitige geur. De smaak is citrus achtig en grapefruit achtig. Wat droge maar waterige afdronk.
500ml bottle from Beer Hawk - Hazy orange body, little white head. Nose is watery but malty. Malt and caramel on the tongue, sweet and again watery. Not bad for a one off.
Home. 50 cl bottle. BB 10.08.20. A hugh off-white foam layer on an amber coloured beer, which is normal cloudy for a weisse. Aroma is wheat, clove and malt. Taste is malty, nice fruity (apple, peach, banana), some glove, caramel. Good CO2. Beer looks like a normal weisse with alcohol, but much more malty.
Appearance: Orange brown, slightly hazy. A lot of light tan head.
Aroma: Wheat, light fruits, some bananas.
Taste: Wheat, slight malt, some caramel sweetness.

500ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Feb '20, in a desolate town centre during the famous Shrewsbury floods of 2020. Misty amber pour frothy off-white head. Very light fluffy Weiss aroma, very light thin Weiss flavours.. a bit insipid, and not too much going on really.
Shrewsbury Beer Share in Chez Sophie; 24th Feb 2020. This 500ml bottle was left over from our non-alcoholic meeting in January, we could only manage 26 different beers that night and had 39 to choose from! Anyway this poured a hazy, dark amber colour, big white foaming head on top. More malty than a 'regular Hefenweiss' with less yeastiness, banana or clove like esters/flavours.
Alkoholfreie Weizen hatten auch eine Phase. Besonders unter Sportlern waren und sind sie beliebt. So sprang z.B. auch vor einigen Jahren die Stiegl-Brauerei auf dieses Zug mit seinen Sport-Weizen auf.
Hier hat man noch ein "alt-ehrwürdiges" alkholfreies Weizen, wenn es sowas gibt. Es ist aber recht fade und wässrig.
Zum Essen oder Sport kann ich es mir vorstellen, aber den vollen Geschmack der anderen Biere aus dem Hause Schneider kann es nicht mithalten.
Bottle 50 cl. Dark golden color, dense yellowish foam. Aroma: wheat and barley wort, sweetish, lollipops. Taste: sweet with sourness, wheat, must, spicy, mediocre.

Amber with caramel tinges & an impressive, 3 or 4cm head that's thick & foamy with solid retention too. Semi-sweet with banana & a little caramel to kick things off but there was a skunky aroma in there alongside the wheat & faint malts too. The taste is similar with banana & wheat to start, it's lively & well-carbonated with some lighter malts & a few faint spices. The beer is okay for an alcohol free offering but it's not one I'd go for again either.
Bottle from Honest Brew. It pours cloudy orangey - brown with foamy off-white head. The aroma is toasty, spicy, some foamy banana candy, earthy, toasty grains, cereal, clove, bitter orange and a touch of green veg almost. The is dry, initially, green banana, chalky, toasty grain, hay, cereal, soapy citrus, spice and cereal with a drying, toasty finish. Light to medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. A bit disappointing. Grainy, sweet and chalky. Meh.
# 763 et # 1389; 6/2017 et 4/2019. Na nealkoholické pivo velmi dobrý kousek. Sladší, tropické ovoce, nezralé meruňky, lehce benzínovité.
Color marrón sucio, turbidez media. Tres dedos de espuma con excelente retención. Aroma a trigo,m, notas de plátano pasado, clavo, ciruela y polvo. Gusto en la misma línea del aroma, añadiría pan integral y maíz, un tanto rancia. Cuerpo medio. Se nota ese punto de cerveza sin alcohol pero es muy diferente a cualquier birra del estilo y sube bastante la media.
Flasche. Trübes Orange mit viel Schaum. Moderat Malzig, Weizen, Karamell.
Geschmack: leichte Süße, etwas Orange, Karamell.
Dünn und Wässrig.
Uklar gylden med offwhite skum. Aroma brød malt appelsinskall. Smak malt noe banan sitrus humle karamell. Lett søtlig, fruktig, god alkoholfri øl. Smakt Sept 15
Bevuta il 09/11/2019 @LaBirreriaDiGrignasco in Grignasco (NO). Colore ramato. Bel cappello di schiuma bianca, pannosa e persistente. Al naso lieve metallico, acidulo e leggero caramello. In bocca sentori aciduli accompagnati dalla nota maltata e accenni di frutta rossa e miele. Corpo molto esile. Carbonazione medio-alta.
Color naranja oscuro, muy turbia, translúcida. Espuma blanca, cremosa, de más de dos dedos de espesor y muy buena retención. Aroma intenso a cereal y pan tostado, notas de plátano y clavo. Sabor en esa línea, el plátano y el clavo algo más intenso, equilibrado, final medio, dulzón, maltoso. Textura entre acuosa y sedosa. Carbonatación media.
Bottle. Hazy amber, thick, creamy, stable, white head, nice lacing. Aroma biscuity, grain, wort, a hint of cloves. Taste dry, slightly sour. Carbonation medium, tingling. Bitterness low, a bit herbal, adequate. Aftertaste biscuity, bready, grain. Not bad.
500ml bottle from Beer Hawk. Cloudy amber beer with a good white pillowy head that retains very well. Aroma of wheat, milk and a hint of banana. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter with some acidity and peppery notes. Quite a good alcohol free.
Amber hazy with a frothy head.
Smell of wheat. Nourishing taste of a white beer with a sour note. Low carbonation.
Draft at Schneider Weiss Bräuhaus in Munich, as part of breakfast with Munich weisewurst. Tasty for a alcohol free beer.
No aftertaste. Very plain, zero depth in taste. My final rating refers to the percentage of alcohol.
