4.0 Bottle. HOTM online. Dark orange pour. Thick as a bag. Creamy and dense, off white foam. Nose has big sweet yeast. Banana toffees. Brioche. Some nettle leaf. Taste has a toffee sweetness. Gets a little dry and lightly bitter. Smooth mouthfeel with rich foamy carbonation. After that there’s a clean and light hoppy finish.
3.7 Botttle 0,50L. Hazy copper/orange color with medium big, creamy white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, cloves, herbs and caramel. Taste starts light sweet and malty, while finish is fruity, hoppy and quite bitter. Medium to full body, oily texture, lively carbonation. Sehr gut!

3.7 Enjoyed: Poured from bottle into weizen glass. Appearance: Blurry ocher/orange colour, rich head which soon fades to smaller one with nice lacing. Aroma: Wheat, yeast, grains, malt, cloves, hint of banana and pear. Palate: Light body, light carbonation. Taste: Malt, yeast, grains, banana, gently sweet. Overall impression: Easy and drinkable, unobtrusive, tasty.
3.8 0,5l bottle ordered from online store, drinking it on a hot summer's night on 30/06/2021 after drinking (and loving) the original Tap 7. Pours a hazy bit dark golden with long lasting, large white foam on top and some lacing. Aroma has strong notes of fruit, cloves, yeast, wheat and malt, banana, pear and apple. Taste is (also considering the BB date, kept this one a little too long this time) extremely fresh and pleasant, lots of wheat and fruit notes with a good sweet that never gets too invasive and also a nice sourness to it, perfect medium body with a nice creamy texture and soft, right carbonation with a slightly spicy yet sweet finish, nice warm touch from the 6.2% abv. This one is really delicious and among my favorites in the style for sure.

3.7 Hazy amber colour with a creamy head. Aroma: banana, yeast, wheat, spices, some floral notes or herbs. Taste: spices, wheat, banana, yeast, clove, bread. Nice and spicy.
3.9 500ml bottle delivered from Beers of Europe and drunk at home. Mid- to dark gold, slightly hazy with a very thin white head. Big, sweet, yeasty aroma. Smells of bananas, burnt sugar, sweet spice. Sweet taste, lots more yeast with light bitterness on the short finish. I'd like a little bit more body, but otherwise it's an incredible beer.
3.4 Pours a golden color with slight haze and white head. Estery yeasty aroma and taste, slight banana and spice. Notes: bottle from Fest mixed pack, Apr ‘21
3.7 Robe blonde. Esters de banane et de clou de girofle au nez et confirmation en bouche. Belle Hefeweizen avec une bonne longueur en bouche.

3.1 500ml bottle from Beers of Europe: BB 25th Nov 2021. Poured into an old BH Munchner Kindl Weisse Glass at home on 24th Jan 2021. Cloudy dull amber body, full white head. Nose is yeasty, herbal, wheaty and malty, taste follows the same path with cloves playing a bigger part flavour wise. It's OK, but I expected a bit more O'Fest sweetness and 'oomph'.
4.2 Pretty good hefewissen
3.5 Bottle from Hausmann Getränke. Nice hazy amber, large head representative of A Weiß. Very yeasty nose. Flavor was not as complex as I'd like. Mid body, more bitterness and hop character than usual for a WB. Quite good but maybe I had too many hazy DDH DIPA lately that I'm comparing it to.
3.6 500ml bottle for Christmas. Pours murky orange with a big white head. Aroma of bacon and yeast. Distinctively spicy bitter taste. Bitter finish. A bit different to normal weisse beers but nice.
3.5 500ml bottle brewed in Germany at 6.2%. Hazy toffee-tinted gold with a large, longlasting head. Leafy 'continental' hops, a little clove spice in the aroma. Moderate carbonation, fairly thick mouthfeel. Strong clove spice (something I rarely get from Weissbier), a touch of banana, and dry earthy notes, well into the aftertaste. Something different for sure. A bit of fun, and well-made, but not what I look for in a Weissbier. If you like gingery, almost smoky notes, this is for you.
4.0 Bottle. Cloudy amber color, fine white head. Fruity, resinous aroma. Dry taste, high bitterness. Fruity, banana, estery aftertaste, with a light resinous sidenote. Full body, high carbonation.
3.8 How: bottle from (glass) pint. BB: Head: three fingers, white. Colour: golden, a bit hazy. Aroma: cloves, wheat, a bit tart, bubblegum, some fruity notes. Taste: thin to medium body, lively carbonation, cloves, wheat, grains, some fruits, spicy. Medium to long aftertaste follows aroma& taste. Refreshing.
3.9 Bottle online from ‘The Trembling Madness’. Pours a cloudy muddy orange with a medium sized throthy off-white head. Strong aromas of bananas & cloves, pears and bubblegum. Taste has more of the same notes with some nice added peppery spice and citrusy hops. Thinnish body, fair carbonation and a slightly oily mouthfeel. Refreshing and tasty. Very good.
3.6 La meilleure Weizen du monde. Sans équivoque. Pique un peu la langue. Parfaitement équilibrée.
5.0 Looks: golden, very foggy, high white head. Aroma: malt, yeast, banana, green grapes. Taste: bitter sweet. Pearly.
