Tamne amber prema smeđoj boji, debela smeđe-bijela pjena, kratkog trajanja. Arome banane, karamela, voća i sušenog voća, alkohola. Slatko, neprimjetne gorčine, kratkog slatkog finiša. Blaga doza kiselosti. Uljano-kremaste teksture, umjerene karbonizacije. Alkohol naknadno osjetan. Vrhunsko pivo!
Erscheinung: Lehmbraun, feinporiger fester Schaum
Aroma: Hefe und Banane, getrocknete Maulbeere
Geschmack: sehr rund, fruchtig süsslich und hefig, bitterer Abgang

Dark, clear but jellied, ruby brown, oatmeal head.
Molasses, sharp wheat, umami.
Semi-sweet, maple, some refreshing tartness, hidden acidity, wheaty middle, pepper, tea, intricate mellowness.
Not as I remember, but good.
Deliciously conplex flavour, reminiscent of trappist ales. Strong notes of banana and raisin. Boozy and malty.
Hazy brown color with white head. Wheat, spices, caramel, banana, prune aromas. Light sweetness. Average to full body with bit alcoholic finnish.
Brown Colored with bit yellow on margin.
Banana aroma. But After bit temperature high, dried plum taste.
Taste was matched with aroma.
Oh... That was one of the first top-tier beers I've tried and yet it is one of my favourites. It smells like ripe banana. Tastes rum, that you feel banana notes and the aftertaste is sweet and alcohol. At first, you don't feel tipsy at all, so be careful with the amount. A superb strong beer. Perfect for dark winter evenings near the fireplace with Steinbeck book in your hands.
Sehr guter Weizenbock mit einem ganz besonderen Aroma. Dunkel, nelkenaromen weniger Banane.
Brunatne, mętne z jasno beżową pianą. W aromacie mocno bananowe. W smaku dominuje weizen bananowy, pszeniczny z mocną podbudową słodową. Na finiszu goryczka chmielowa dosyć wyraźna złagodzona karmelem, lekko przypalonym. Czuć tego bocka pod tym weizenem, ale nie jest wyraźny. Przyjemne, czuc moc, ale alkohol nie dominuje. Nasycenie średnie. Dosyć okrągłe i w miarę treściwe. W miarę pijalne, choć nie sesyjne.

A heavy and slightly sweet weizenbock. I’m not a fan of bocks but the weizen side of it makes it good.
Opaque reddish brown with strong banana on the nose. Lasting head. Sweet banana bread flavor with caramel malt, slight wood, and a fruity dessert creaminess. Alcohol taste at the finish.
Bottle from HOTM. Deep amber to brown colour with a thin tan head. Aroma and taste are malty and banana. Slight sweet. Medium body.

Piwo prezentuje się godnie, barwa ciemno-miedziana, klarowne, solidna piana. W aromacie nuty typowe dla piw pszenicznych, wyraźne goździki, banan, obecne są też słodowe nuty karmelu, ciemnego pieczywa. W smaku podobnie. Piwo jest pełne, z niską goryczką, dosyć mocno wysycone.

Wygląd: Barwa ciemnopomarańczowa wpadająca w miedź, praktycznie nieprzejrzysta. Piana średniowysoka, beżowa, głównie drobnopęcherzykowa, po chwili opada do sporej ostatniej warstwy, pozostawia lekki lacing.
Aromat: Przeważają średnie estry bananowe z lekką gumą balonową oraz fenolowe goździki z nutą wanilii. Na drugim planie słodowość chlebowa, herbatnikowa, skórki chleba z subtelnym akcentem miodu na średnioniskim poziomie. Całość uzupełnia średnioniski ziołowy chmiel.
Smak: Przyjemny i bardziej zbalansowany. Przed szereg wysuwają się bananowe estry z wyraźną gumą balonową na średniowysokim poziomie. Dalej średnie goździkowe fenole z dobitniejsza wanilią. Słodowość chlebowa, skórki chleba, herbatników, biszkopta z delikatnym miodem na średnim poziomie. Całość spina średni ziołowy chmiel oraz przede wszystkim przyjemny, szlachetny, niski, ale zauważalny perfumowy alkohol podbijający fenole. W ustach półsłodkie, treściwość średnia, wysycenie średniowysokie z miejscowym szczypaniem w podniebienie, alkohol subtelnie rozgrzewający. Goryczka średnia, ziołowa, krótka, kontrująca, przyjemna. Finisz wytrawny, goździkowo-ziołowy z lekką słodowością skórki chleba.
really good strong weiss bier with a lot of taste notes. Reminds of a Belgian trappist but maybe milder, drier and less peppery. Really warming, and good to share. Really good, love it!

Pours a hazy dark brown colour with a huge thick creamy off-white head. Aromas of caramel, toffee, bananas, cloves, dry dark fruits, bread, wheat, bubblegum and yeast. Taste has more of those notes, fruity with peppery spice. A sweet sticky finish. Medium to full body with a smooth slightly oily mouthfeel. Great beer full of flavour.
1 pint .9 fl. oz. bottle. Deep copper pour. Strong rush of carbonation. Aromatic notes of banana and clove. Zesty and dry flavor is welcoming. Bubble gum sweetness. More banana and clove with a nice dose of spice. Dark fruits like plum, fig and raisin. Flavors of rum cake with a big sweet candy-like finish. The malts here are absolutely delicious. It's got characteristics familiar to a witbier, but also to a Belgian quad. Quite an amazing mixture of styles, but it works well in delivering a delicious and complex brew to the palate. Mouthfeel is dry and relatively thin. Very drinkable at 8.2%. Mature, flavorful, lots of complex wheat. Schneider Weisse Aventinus is a tried and true winner. Among the best German beers out there.

0,5l bottle. A hazy dark brown beer with a beige head and high carbonation. Sweet aroma with notes of spicy banana, cloves, caramel and dark fruits. Taste with notes of wheat, roasted malts, spices, banana, pears and pepper. Spicy aftertaste.

The best beer ever. Slightly but not overly sweet, Mein Aventinus has caramel, clove, and banana flavors.

500ml glass bottle from Whole Foods Market in Kensington. Dated as 03/2021. Served into a weizen glass having been out of refrigeration for about 30mins. Enjoyed during extra time of the England-Denmark Euro 2020 semi final.
The beer pours a dark ruby colour, murky, hazy with a big frothy head. Some visible sediment and some micro carbonation.
The aroma is big and led by toasted wheat, liquorice, dark fruits, cloves. Limited banana.
The taste follows the aroma is less complex than I expected. Little banana, or bubblegum notes. Led by dark fruit, plums, rasins, clove. Toasted wheat and a little booze.
Very easy to drink, smooth. A short aftertaste of dark fruit and clove.

Overall impression: Interesting, tasty and enjoyable, but… maybe I expected more… Drinkable considering ABV.
