Schöfferhofer Hefeweizen

Schöfferhofer German Wheat Beer Hefeweizen is brewed in Bavarian tradition using wheat malt. The live yeast gives bottle "conditioning" guaranteeing a refreshing fruity flavor. The yeast sediment also leads to the "cloudy" nature of the beer.

Care needs to be taken when pouring. Tilt glass and pour slowly. Before pouring last quarter, roll bottle gently back and forward until sediment is dissolved.

3.5 Złocista barwa, mętne, bardzo obfita, drobnopęcherzykowa piana. Typowa, nieźle zrobiona pszenica, bardziej goździkowa niż bananowa, nie za słodka.

3.0 Bardzo delikatne, lekkie, słodkawe, takie idealne na upalny dzień. Nie jest za mocne, pije się je naprawdę dobrze. Może wolałbym żeby intensywniej dawało pszenicą.

1.6 Aroma muy escaso por no decir inexistente, sabor suave... Quizá demasiado. Muy turbia y con espuma que no dura demasiado. Decepcionante. Allá lejos creo percibir los sabores típicos de las cervezas de trigo, pero hay que echarle muchas perspicacia para detectarlos... Para olvidar... Mejor dicho, para no olvidar y no repetir!!

3.6 Buying this beer at the Alcampo, Sevilla Tamarguillo. Opening this can, yesterday, at my rented flat, Sevilla Este. Beautiful grey, yellow and troubled body with an average carbonation, white foam. Classic and basical wheat beer. For me the weihenstephaner version is better. This one is ok, rather dry and mineral for the style, watery after some sips the aromas of wheat become ok, few fruity and banana side, yeasty, some hop at the final.

3.0 Schöfferhofer Hefeweizen does not differ much from the amount of typical German wheat beer. It has a fine stable and lasting foam, inviting hazy golden color and a nice aroma of ripe banana and fresh grains. The taste is as expected, wheat malt, ripe banana and beyond expectation it also has a slight taste of sweet oranges, a freshness reminiscent of the aromas of clover and a faint hint of citrus in the aftertaste. It is definitely a good hefeweizen that keeps the average in a nice way.

3.0 Piana kremowa, drobno pęcherzykowata. Barwa pomarańczowa, mętna. W aromacie banan i goździk. W smaku podobnie, słodowe. Goryczka niewyczuwalna. Wysycenie wysokie.

2.1 Buy in Kaufland for the first time. Bottle 0,5L. I am big hefe fan, but this is very disappointig beer. I can't feel banana or cloves. Just some little harsh weird hop...Weird moldy taste in mouth after drinking this beer. Only good thing is orange label. That's it. One of the worst hefeweizen I drink. I will never buy it again.
