2.4 Clearing the stash, black, thin, roasted, sweet, malty, verder niet zo bijzonder allemaal
3.0 그냥 흑맥주
3.0 tried it as "Feldschlößchen Black Beer"... the aroma is caramel and herbal with hints of grain, buckwheat, candy, nuts and some grasses... the taste is caramel and fruity with notes of plum, lollipop, grain and some herbs... the aftertaste is sweet and bitter...
2.8 The aroma of a little roasted malt and chocolate. Dark brown beer, transparent with a little white foam. In taste malt, a little bread, a little chocolate. Finish dry. The body is light, slightly watery. Carbonization is easy.
2.6 Beer with black color, flat carbonized, soft bitterness, some foam on top, (drunk a 30cl draft beer with PG at "Volksmarkt brauerei", Dresden, DE #774)(#82 DE)(#8 Saxony).
2.9 Pours an amber brown with off white head. Dark malty sweet aroma and taste. Clean and uninteresting. Notes: on tap in the Frauenkirche, Altatadt Dresden, Oct ‘18
3.5 Nothing extraordinary. Pretty run of the mill, but it is well brewed, just not very exciting. REWE Dresden
2.7 Clear ruby red, small foam ring. No aroma detected, less taste also, Smooth drinking. (Arnhem 201809)
3.5 16 ounce can poured into a brandy snifter. The beer is a clear dark brown with a lasting head of beige foam. Roasty an moderately sweet taste. Lingering roast in the finish. Lighter body and medium carbonation.
3.5 500ml can pours a clear dark ruby brown. Aroma is mostly roasted grains, with slight hints of coffee and chocolate. Taste is sweet and malty at first, with a dry, bitter finish. Body is light with average carbonation and a slightly creamy mouthfeel. This one is quite flavorful and easily drinkable. I enjoy exploring cheap imported beer ($5.99 per 4pack of tallboys) at my local Aldi grocery store, and this is one of my best finds there to date.
2.4 500ml bottle, thanks martjoobolut. Pours black, big beige head. Aroma is roasty, tart, coffee. Taste is yeasty, roasty, malty, sweet. Tartness and milk in aftertaste. Light body, average carbonation. Sweet brew
3.3 Black brown beer with red highlights and a weak white head. Smell is malty sweetness with noble bitterness and a hint of ash and citrus. Cumin and coriander. Taste is bitter and full. Lightly ashy and sour and quite crisp. Hint of coffee and toffee.
2.9 Bottle from online. Thanks @kapusil! Coca-cola colored brown, little lasting head. Bran bready malty aroma. Licorice, spices, gingerbread. Toasty malt. Little to be remembered, fades quite quickly. Overall not much character, hard to see what the difference between thi and a dunkel. Enjoyable, but kinda plain.
3.1 0.5l bottle. Dark ruby body with an off white head. Cocoa, toast, raisins, a hint of licorice and a touch of floral hops to it. The body is a bit watery, but still a nice schwarzbier.
3.1 A decent Schwarzbier. Pours very dark (we say black), roasty, malty and has this hint of licorice, which I like.
2.8 0.5 l bottle from local 'trinkgut', best before February 2018. Clear, very dark red to black with a thin, dense, stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity and a bit roasty aroma of caramel, raisins and toasted nuts. Quite sweet, malty, slightly roasty and a bit fruity taste of caramel, toasted nuts, some chocolate and a touch of raisins with hints of wort, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a bit roasty and minimally metallic finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Quite okay, at least easily drinkable but also far from great.
3.2 Bottle. Black color with light grey head. Aroma has caramel, malt, syrup, dark fruits. Taste is malty sweet with quite long fairly sweet aftertaste. Flavors of caramel, dark malt, dark bread.
3.2 Canned from Grocery Outlet. Mild roastiness up front with a little bit of a creamy sweetness going on. A hint of chocolate and a little bit of watered down coffee. Decent black lager. Sessionable for the style.
2.6 Can 50cl from Noz Supermarket (As Dresden Schwartzbier) . A dark brown beer with low head. Nose is on roasted grain and coffee, aroma is on sweet caramel, toasted biscuit, roasted malt, light red fruits. Basic and watery but drinkable;
3.2 Bottle from Trinkgut Münster, NRW, Germany! Pours deep black with a small beige head. Aroma of sweet roasted malts and some licorice. Taste has roasted malts, sweet, with some licorice, pumpernickel and burnt bread. Finish has sweet roasted malts, dry ending...
3.1 Taste: slight sweet, dark roasted malts balance with earthy hops. Subtle smoked malt nose. Dark Red/Mahogany, clear, creamy head. Medium to medium/lite body.
3.2 God, men ikke prangende schwartzbier. Ordinær smag. Flot farve og nydeligt skum.
2.9 16 oz can shared by Tmoney99. Pours a clear golden brown color with a large fluffy khaki colored head. The aroma and flavor have corn, sweetness, candied fruits, thin overly sweet, meh.
3.0 Can. Poured dark clear brown color with an average frothy tan head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate toasted malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Soft beer.
2.9 500 ml can purchased at ALDI supermarket Pembroke Pines, FL under FELDSCHLOSCHEN name for $5.99/4-pack. Good.
3.2 Can: Pours deep, rubied brown with a tall, oatmeal-looking head. Chocolate, dark grain aroma. Taste is mildly sweet chocolate malt, caramel, cola. Pretty tasty.....but also a bit on the watery side.
2.6 Aroma: Sweet malt and fruits with corn. Flavour: Roasted malt with slight caramel. Fruity sweetness and a fruity slightly sour aftertaste. Colour: Very dark brown witha white head. From: Bottle @ Fleggaard Flensborg Sept. 2016.
2.5 Draught. Aroma is some coffee, but apart from it - empty. Nearly no bitterness. Light body, too high carbonation. Boring.
3.4 Off white fawnish head, dark dark rosewood body. Aroma; prune-plummy scents, grass, malts. Taste; plums, prunes, grass, small soft hops - leading to a semidry finish, with fruits and malts. Dry moments on palate. Overall a fine round taste. [50cl.btl 5% BB.01/2017, T@friends in DK]
