3.2 Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza, Printworks Surrey Quays. Looks like Whisky. Caramel aroma and a very dry flavour.
3.3 Smells like a citrusy IPA. Copper in color. Get some pepper and tropical fruit on the taste. Not a favorite combo for me but a decent beer.
3.6 January 28th, 2015 - Rye seems to be in now, and whenever a trendy brew style comes and goes, I make a point of seeing what Sierra Nevada does with it. The Rye IPA trend is manifest in the Ruthless Rye IPA, an amber brew with a delicate hop aroma. Brusque and slightly metallic, the steely nature of the nose is complemented by touches of bubble gum and dried cranberry. There is more sweet and spice on the tongue than in the nose, with some hops bitterness playing second fiddle to the slightly sweet and nutty side of the flavor profile. The combination works nicely, and demonstrates Sierra Nevada's continued skill at balance.
3.7 A good, dark IPA. Part of the variety pack, probably best in the box. Smooth and flavorful.
3.8 Pours a wonderful reddish colour with an off white head. Aroma is mainly caramel now, the bottle is a year old though, however I love the smell. Lovely caramel malt flavours mixed with a rye spiceyness. I can only imagine how great this was fresh as it’s top notch a year a on.
3.0 Wonderful hop character with great rye spiciness that is offset nicely by the other malt. It would have been easy for the brewer to go on the heavy end and ruin it, but this is very nice.
3.8 Bottle. Amber color, thin white, slightly creamy foam. Aroma: sweet, honey, hops, malt, a little spicy, exotic fruit, plum wine, a little white port. Taste: quite juicy, nice malt sweetness, nectar, pleasant hop bitterness, citrus, pine, spices, a drop of wine.

3.9 Bottle from utobeer. I like this. Pretty tasty stuff. Hop heavy but with great depth
3.6 *Very nice mix of citrus and floral hops on a floral and nice "darker" grainy body. Great citrus in comparison to the rye. Round and deep, easy to drink, great!
3.5 Botella @Cimmeria, Oviedo 19/08/2016. Color ambar, aromas caramelo, sabor dulce, final amargo-
3.6 Aromas cítricos y frutales Buen aspecto, carbónatacion correcta y espuma persistente En boca balanceada, al principio Malta y fruta madura para una final seco y cítrico
3.5 Amber colour, white colour. Aroma of rye, malts, a bit of pine. Taste is light sweet, light bitter. Light body, oily texture, average carbonation.
3.6 Keg at The Firefly, Hereford. Hazy copper with off white head. There is a rich, grainy, floral note to this from the off, resinous then quite spicy in character. The hops are sharp, leafy and citric, good depth if a touch over boiled. Heavy flavours throughout. Good stuff.
3.9 12 flo oz bottle @Cimmeria, Oviedo. 16-07-2016. Bottled: 29-01-2016. In short: bitter rye ale. Pours quite clear amber with frothy off white head. Long head retention, some lacing. Herbal, cereal, caramel nose. Medium body, average carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is bitter, some rye, malty, herbal, caramel. Quite dry and bitter aftertaste. good. Comments: rye is quite noticeable in this one, something not so common.
Refrescante.
4.1 I was surprised at how much I loved this beer. At first it’s sweet and it finishes bitter with not much else in between but I really, really loved it. Flavours are there but they’re fleeting. And delicious. Highly recommended
3.2 Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from One Stop Market. Aroma is weak malty base, rye and fruit. Appearance is slightly hazy copper with minimal sparkle, 1/2 finger-width off-white foamy head with poor retention and trace lacing. Taste is mild sweet malt and fruit, with mild spicy rye and bitter second half. Palate is medium bodied with sticky texture, average carbonation and mildly bitter finish. Overall, if this were a bolder version of itself it would be excellent, but it was pretty weak in the aroma and flavor departments.
