3.6 This poured a hazy golden color with a white head. Aroma was of lemon juice, light funk, earthy. Flavor similar, prairie "house" character is apparent. Decent.

3.4 Eksplosiv gusher.
3.7 Shared bottle at local tasting. Gusher. Pours hazy golden with a small creamy white head. Aroma of belgian yeast, weak farmhouse and funk with citrus in the back. Creamy filling mouthfeel. Taste is good fruity, light acidic lemons and farmhouse, delicious beer.
3.5 Shared bottle at RB/HD on board Fridtjofen 23.08.15. Hazy straw colour. Diminishing off-white head and lacing. Sour and refreshing aroma and taste. Fruity, plums and brett. Refreshing!
3.6 Shared 750 ml gusher bottle at local tasting. Hazy golden colour, large white head. Aroma of grass, citrus and spices. Citrussy and slightly spicy flavour, distinct hops too, notes of dry and crisp white wine..

4.1 Bit of a gusher... pours a orange golden color with three fingers of fizzy white billowing foam. Focused flavors with notes of lemongrass, rustic doughy grain, vinous funk, floral hay, wet barrel, horseblanket, apricot, unripe pineapple. Yum !
4.0 Orange colour, quite nice head. Funky aroma, some fruits, white wine. Sweet taste, also funky, phenols, white wine.
3.6 Bottle, Beer Merchants. Gorgeous Saison aroma. Some oak ba notes. Pears. Sugar. Taste is lemons, pears and lime. Quite clean. Too lively
3.7 At the 8th tasting (round 2), held in Vranovo and Pozarevac. Bottle at Johnny Off L in Rome-Italy. Pours a cloudy (and shy) golden color, small gassy white foam. Nose: floral, lavander, spices, quite fresh. Mouth: frizzy and far too gassy, a farmhouse note, crazy bretty.
3.8 At Belgrade Eighth Tasting, round two. 750, from Johnny Off-License in Rome. Ciao Johnny. Hazy bright yellow-gold, soapy head. Yeasty funk, softer body, some dry body. Lemon-banana. Gushing bottle. Bubbly fresh. Ok oak and brett dry, but overall juicy. Bubbly. Nice beer, dry funk. Nice.
3.8 Pouring at Where The Wild Beers Are 2015. Pours a hazed golden amber with a thin white head. Musk, sweet wheat. Medium bodied, big musk. Wheat, soft funk. Funky with some delicate wheat on the finish.
3.2 750 ML bottle Got to respect the farmhouse Opened and gushed all over. Once settled down a hazy peach orange color, big bright white head that falls to a thick collar. Good retention on swirl and looks better after working it. Nose is a bit soft. Oak, apple, pear, soft vinegar, and soft white wine. Taste has some tart green apple, pear, oak, white wine, and touches of funk. Dry apple, pear and oak finish. Probably better in some time once the Brett gets a little more involved.
3.4 Sample at Leuven Innovation Beer Festival. Thanks for sharing today’s beers! APPEARANCE: clouded blond beer. NOSE: sour, brett, oak. TASTE: yeasty, little sour, rather sweet.
3.8 Light dull, thin head. Aroma is floral and honeyed. Interesting sweet character but very floral, and a sweet pale malt character.
3.9 Bottle 750ml. @ home. [ As Siren / Prairie Artisan Ales Ratchet Blended Saison ]. Unclear matt medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, moderate to heavy yeasty, peppery, cigar - cedar wood, funky, fruity, grapes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, grapes, fruity, funky, spicey - fruit - sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. 4.0 Capped 750 from Monument in Concord, CA. It’s a real foamer. Doesn’t want to stop.Huge foamy head over a dirty, hazy gold liquid. Aroma is earthy, bretty and grapey. Near med body. Carbonation seems lost with the foam, mostly. Flavor is earthy, bretty, grapey, even yeasty. Even woody. Lots of flavor here, and most of it is towards wild!
3.6 Draft to taster. Looks good; a transparent gold with fine white head. Smells oaky and yeast with a bit of sweetness and a touch of spice. Tastes like it. Smells with a semi-dry medium-light to medium-bodied mouthfeel. Good, not great.
3.9 Bottle at home. Hazed orange pour big sudsy head bit of gush. nose is yeast and wine. Tastes of yeast, peppery, lemongrass, light grapefruit, white wine, and hay. Fine palate. Lingering alcohol.
4.0 Bottle from Berkeley Bowl West. Pours cloudy golden with a thick white head and a fruit and wine aroma. There is a moderately sour light malt flavor with lots of funk and a sour winefinish.
3.9 Butelka 75cl. OCZY : piwo jest mętne o kolorze pomarańczowym. Piana jest wybuchowa i obfita. Nasycenie, pomimo mętności, jest widoczne w góry. NOS : w zapachu tarta i owoce typu zielone jabłka, cytryna, morela, białe winogrona. Orzeźwiające o mieszance morelowych estrów, funky, cierpkich nut cytryny i delikatnie kwaśnego octu winnego, gorzkości skórki cytryny i pestek jabłka. Alkohol prawie kompletnie schowany.
3.1 Saison blended with 20% beer aged in white wine barrels. Had a pour at World of Beer Fest in Milwaukee.
4.0 Bottle from Drygate shop cloudy yellow flavour is yeasty lemon bannana notes and grape as well tart fruit finish above average saison
3.8 Bottle at home shared with Ida. Hazy golden body with a huge foamy head, lost half the beer on the carpet. Aroma and taste of Yeast, Funk, White wine grass, citrus. Lingerin fresh finish!
3.7 Trüb, Orange, schaumig. In der Nase, wilde HEfe, helle Früchte, leicht hopfig, Heu, Zitrusschale. Am gaumen Zitrus, Honig, würzige Noten, Säure, Hefe. Sehr rund.
3.0 Bottle at Leuven Innovation Beerfestival, thanks for sharing! Yeasty, onedimensional, way too much carbo even the brewer dared not to open the bottle on the table, boring. I never thought I would be saying this about a Siren beer. Glad I didn’t buy a full bottle of this.
2.9 Pours a finger of head on a pale straw body. The aroma is barnyard hay and cut grass. The taste is watery, mild grain and a slight tart finish. The texture is crisp. The smell is great, but the taste was not.
3.0 Pours hazy yellow, pretty high carbonation, aromas of wood and apricots; tastes bitter, wood, yellow fruits, lightly acid. Not bad, but not exceptional either.
3.9 shared sample at LIBF, poured a cloudy orange colour with a slight white head, nose of apricots, grains, orange, peppery brett notes, grape skin, slight hint of oak, tart, dusty horseblanket, grains, zest, green apples, could have use more of the barrel age notice. think it could only get better that way. the base beer is allready decent do
