3.9 Bottle shared at Mother Kelly’s during the London Bimble. Cheers, fellas! Pours lightly hazy gold with a creamy, white head. Solid IPA. Nice citrus character, light pale wood, some pine, sticky hops. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish, with notes of grapefruit, more woody aspect, pale bread, orange. Very drinkable stuff.
3.2 Origin: Bottle. Vessel: Bottle. Supplier: Gift (Bristol). Sweet and hoppy with hints of citrus.

3.9 September 8, 2014 - on draught at Craft Clapham. Very hazy reddish-amber with a huge creamy beige lasting head. Aroma of resin, sweet malt - no oak, but plenty of citrus, some tropical fruit - lovely. Taste follows, an interesting sweaty/pungent character, restrained alcohol (note: the flower salesmen arrived at this point - piss off you wet gits) (also: "mmm - pork scratchings GOOOOD!"). Airy mouthfell - rating ends: "this is a frigging good beer".

3.6 330 ml bottle. Pours a hazy, golden amber with a medium, frothy, off-white head that laces. Fruity aroma of peach, grapefruit, mango, pine needles and a faint cedar note. Sweet flavour of tropical fruit, citrus, pine needles, resin and a weak cedar note with a dry, bitter, hoppy finish. Medium body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Nicely done.
3.8 Whoa big boy on the block. Pors a dark murky amber with a thick off white head. The aroma is big and boisterous with accents of medicinal cedar wood. Hints of citrus/grapefruit, floral and spicy hop notes. A big aroma overall. Light toasted cara malts, sweet, grainy middle. Light grapefruit with a bit of pine needle. Spicy, grassy, floral hops with a leafy flavour. Cedar wood leaves a bit of herbal/medicinal note, light earthen note. The finish is moderately bitter, well balanced and a bit dry.

3.7 330 ml bottle. Pours a hazy amber with moderate head. Aromas of spruce/cedar, soap, and dough. Big woody cedar flavor with underlying pineapple, citrus, and chewy malt notes. Different and interesting though I don’t think I could handle more than one at a sitting.
3.7 Bottle. Amber with big semi-densed, white head. Poor lacing and head retention. Very nice and strong citrus aroma (mainly grapefruit) also some tropical fruits (mango). Some wooden notes in the background. Fresh hops taste, high bitterness. Mainly citrus flavours - very sharp. Cedar woods adds dry and spicy, wooden notes. Medium body, creamy texture, medium carbonation, finish is dry an bitter, booze noticable in taste and aroma. In general very aromatic IPA, dry
3.3 Bottle 330ml @ Geokkjer Pours hazy orange with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, mango and grape. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long citrus, mango and grape finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
3.3 Bottle. An unclear, dark golden-orange beer with a small, dense, off-white to light beige head. The aroma has lots of mango and tropical fruits, but also something unpleasant I don’t recognize. Vegetables, dust or something similar. Old hoppyness perhaps. It’s full to medium bodied with a pleasant carbonation. Bitter flavor with resins, citrus and pine cones. Lasting finish. Rather unpleasant aroma, at least some of it, but the flavor is nice. 150328

3.7 35 cl. bottle. Pours unclear, orange amber with a small, white head. Aroma is very sweet and tropical hop fruity with lemon as well. peach, pear and mango. Sweet malty as well. Taste is much more bitter hoppy, and with very little sweetness. Still rather full bodied though. Some herbal fruity hops, but mainly the bitter ones. Again, pretty full body, medium carbonation.
4.0 Pours cloudy pale to medium amber with one finger of dense off-white head, good retention and moderate lacing. (4/5) Nose is pineapple and citrus, pine resin, woody and earthy. (8/10) Taste is mild sweet, moderately strong bitter. (8/10) Medium body, moderate carbonation, oily and bitter finish. (4/5) Now, that I like. I’ve had Citra single-hop ales in the past that come across a bit sharp and uni-dimensional, but this one pulls it off, possibly because of the cedar notes from the ageing. Maybe not quite as good as To Øl Raid Beer, but they are definitely getting my attention. (16/20)
3.5 Bottle from Wine Emporium 240215. Dark dirty almost brown colour with a big head that slowly fades. Malty and hoppy which is a good combination.
4.0 Golden yellow, thin white head. Pine hops, with a sweetness. Medium to heavy palate. Well balanced. Excellent beer.
3.7 Bottle, pours amber, hazy with stable white head. Intense citrus and mango aroma with faint wooden note in background. Taste more like Imperial IPA, light sweetness, balanced by rather high bitterness, bit of alcohol, citric notes in taste along with tropical fruit. Medium body, soft carbonation, bitter finish with some alcohol.
4.4 330ml bottle Rehills Newcastle. The waft of fresh mango, oily pine resin and light yeast hits you straight away, with the yeast starting to dominate midway through. Great sharp citrus flavours on the tongue, with woody, earthy notes and berries late on. Pours a gorgeous dusky pinky-red colour with plenty of foam in the head, which lasts well. Long finish, this is pretty damn superb.
