Sixpoint Bengali Tiger

Sixpoint Bengali Tiger

It all started with an epic video game marathon back in 2004.

Rocking blaze-orange homebrew, we saw the foam rings down the glass like tiger stripes. Thousands of batches and tweaks later, the BENGALI still slashes. Tip it back and let gravity do the work. Game on!

4.0 Thuis uit een smal hoog blikje. Mooie oranje kleur, beige schuim, goed. Goede hop in aroma en smaak, ook wat citrus. Erg lekkere ipa.
4.0 A described as dark but really dark yellow. Heavy white foam. Some citrus, could be grapefruit, but really slight. Not overly descript but a pleasant drink.
3.8 Can: Poured a copper color with off white head. Aroma was strong bold hops. Taste is similar with juicy hops.
3.5 Pint@Pensy Bar, Manhattan. Reddish golden, small off-white head. Aroma pines, hops, lemon zest. Taste follows, bitter with some medicinal rlements.
3.4 Straight from can so no idea on appearance. This was good; malty, herbal, bitter orange marmalade, caramel, US vibe.
3.6 Creamy off white head left a cover on a hazy dark amber coloured body. Well balanced aroma with malt, caramel & stewed fruit. Medium bodied, tingles over the tongue with a thick cloying back. Pith, bitter grapefruit, stewed fruit & citrus tastes with malt hint & a tangy finish.
4.2 Can at the 'Spoons. Pours misty orange Amber with a strong, long lasting fluffy white head. The hop scent is strong as is the taste, the strong abv counteracts the bitterness and give a moreish, complex toffee and hop flavour. Strong carbonation is maybe the only slight downfall, gives a slightly stinging mouth feel. Probably served to cold from the fridge.
3.4 Pours a medium orange color. Really good carbonation. Thick, creamy, rocky white head. Great retention, great clumping lacing. Looks amazing. Aroma is herbal. Smells sort of like tea. Citrus, pine. Moss. Sweet bread. Taste is hoppy bitter at the front. Mellows out some. Hoppy, citrus and piney. Herbal. Sort of juicy orange. Mouthfeel is medium full bodied. Long finish. It's sort of a weird feel to it. Overall, it's okay. I feel like they threw a bunch of stuff in there and hoped something would work. I wouldn't buy it again, wouldn't recommend it.
Boa drinkability.
3.5 Murky orange pour with a decent head. Nice malty and hoppy bitterness, with enough sweetness. Herbally as well
3.7 (Tap) clear, bright yellow orange colour with a small white head; aroma of citrus, jam; balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish
4.0 Can at LHR A proper IPA finally! Nice hoppy one, rich in taste, full of citruses and hop flavors. Well done.
2.9 Pours hazy and with a thick head, immediate aroma of sweet citrus. Tastes includes hops, citrus and sweet malt. Palate includes pine. Typical IPA mouthfeel with a certain airiness on the nose.
3.4 Can. Pours hazy orange with white head. Heavy citrus aroma. Flavour notes of strong bitter hops and slight orange peel
4.0 IPA muy rica. Típico sabor americano
3.3 Canned from Village Beer Merchant. Slightly hazy golden. Lots of caramel, pine, med bitterness, perfumy, sweet. A bit odd.
3.8 355 ml can from Beers of Europe, bb 11/12/2018. Deep gold, clear, whit head. Nose - malts, resin, herbs, earth. Taste - bitter, follows the nose. Bitter aftertaste.
3.4 Sharp gold pour with two fingers of off-white head. Nose is herbal/earthy hops with some rustic and bready malt. Reminds me of an IPA from late 90's early 2000's. Woody malty and balanced. Pine resin and full hop bitterness. Medium body. Meh.
3.6 Pours golden, creamy medium head. Aroma is floral, garden flowers, citrousy, perfum, malty, fresh. Taste is dominated by English hops like bitterness, resinous, zesty, earthy, pip fruit, grapefruit hints. It is also malty and sweet. Definitely the best beer available in British and Scottish Wetherspoons.
3.4 Can 0,355ltr: Slightly hazy orange coloured brew with and dry bitter taste, hints of citrus and caramel.
3.7 Can which poured slightly amber gold with a thin but persistent head. Aroma of orange peel and resin, with a lot of resinous hop taste. Decent hard working IPA.
3.7 355ml can. Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is resinous, grapefruit, floral, malts, pine. Taste is very piney and resinous, sweet caramel malt, very bitter. Medium body, smooth, fine carbonation.
3.8 12 fl.oz can. A clear amber beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of orange fruits, pine, resinous hops. Taste of intense bitter resinous hops, blood orange, zest, long bitter finish.
4.1 Small can from the sampler case. Very good on all points. Nice and enjoyable, even on a cold winter day.
4.0 Golden coloured ale with a nice white head. Aroma: hoppy, floral, spicy and some sweetness. Taste: hop oil, fruitiness, piney, caramel, some malt and ends quite bitter.
3.9 ABV - 6.6 IBU - 66 .Appearance: Hazy Amber, white head. Side note - great new packaging and marketing from Six Point. .Aroma: Tropical hop profile. West coast IPA. Pine, grapefruit, pineapple, peach. .Taste: Follows the aroma for the most part. Citrusy/juicy. It isn't overpoweringly bitter, but has a bite on the finish. Subtle malt sweetness balances this beer out. .Mouthfeel: Medium body, great drinkability. Subtle carbonation. Leaves the mouth dry. Alcohol is well hidden. .Overall: B. .Bottom Line: Well done. Six point has revamped their lineup and packaging, so far so good.
3.7 I had it on tap. It pours orange and amber with an off-white head and lacing. The aroma is orange, grapefruit, and hops. The taste is nice, bitter hops, orange, grapefruit, and caramel. There's a lot of hops bitterness. It's balanced nicely with the sweetness. This is a solid IPA.
3.6 Floral citrus hop profile with dry, crisp cereal oat malts and a bubbly finish.
3.4 Tap, ADT. Hazy golden orange with a large off-white head. Lots of pine and resin with some caramel sweetness. Bitter finish. This is a decent IPA but a little more fruit to round this out would make it really good.
