Lokalt inspireret lysgylden pilsner eftergæret på birkesirup. Fyldig maltkarakter, blid bitterhed, samt krydret og blomstret humleduft fra den klassiske tjekkiske Saaz humle.

2.750cl bb09/2017 EU swapped by fonefan, tak skal du have. - Shared at Bier ohne Stil: Weird Beer Tasting 2016-4. - Sweet apple and rounder, heavier body cancels out the birch sap underneath the spicy Saaz. Still a decent big-batch pilsner, if not Bohemian in character. Birch sap like fluid honey, Saaz spice like white peppers worked into an industrial mix, leaving on a slickish note.
2.5Flaska från DK. Smak och doft av humle, malt, honung, korn, gräs, hö, äpple. Oljig, rund och len, stor sötma, liten beska med toner av citrus.
3.2A danish clear, yellow pilsner with birch syrup and with white head. Aroma is caramel, prune, yeast, fresh fruit. Taste is light bitter sweet.
3.350 cl bottle. Pours golden, white foam, medium retention. Nose is malty and some floral notes. Taste is fresh and malty, straw and floral notes. Crisp finish
2.4Bottle split two ways. Clear golden pour with a huge off white head. Notes of sweet malts, syrup, some green grass hay and light herbal. Just meh.
2.7Farven er lys gyldengul med en hvid skumkrone. Aromaen er malt, korn og blomster medens smagen er malt, blomst og hø.
1.0(2) Nor worth trying. This is not a bad beer - this is a average beer at best - but listen before you get upset, it is just an everyday beer - it is not a much try beer and as such the low rating.
1.0Malt yeast and sour lemon fragrance. The taste is watery and light citrus. Very tasteless. Minimal bitterness that disappears quickly. Meaningless beer to drink. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.
1.9Not very aromatic, a bit malty and herbal. Pale clear liquid, minimal head. Fresh sweet taste, light bitter finish. Soft carbonation, medium body.
2.1Gulbrun klar med fingerhøyt hvitt skum. Lukter blomster, trevirke og malt. Lett. Vannete med kort lett bitterhet, noe metallisk.
2.4White head with golden body. Light hoppy and malty nodes with a touch of apple, and supposedly birchsyrup?
3.1This lager is unfiltered and has a stable white foam. It is fermented in birch syrup and it is probably the unknown aroma I can sense but can not put a name to. Furthermore it smells pleasant malty and floral.
The taste is slightly sweet and floral. The malt is distinctive and very rich compared to type. Hop bitterness is only a gently marked hint that maintains malt sweetness and a spicy flavor (from birch?). It is a somewhat daring lager to make, for only a few points is similar to other lagers.
2.9Bottle. Clear golden colour , white head. Aroma some hops, sweet, some apples. Taste quite sweet, some hops, a bit candies. Light bitterness.
3.0Bottle from trade with Beerhunter111, many thanks. Ligh golden color with medium white head. Malty aroma. Taste, sweet malt, bark, light hops in finish.
3.5Bottle. Clear golden colour. All in all quite simple but well made pilsner, honeyish maltiness, moderate bitterness, Czech noble hops. Light herbal minty element in taste which extends into the finish. Good one, easily drinkable.
2.3Fľaša. Zlatá farba, biela pena. Vôňa sladová. V chuti veľká sladkosť, sladové, trošku ovocné. V pozadí trošku trpká dochuť. Prázdnejšie telo, slabá nasýtenosť.
2.7Clear golden, small white head. Malty aroma with a fresh fruityness and hoppy notes. Flavour is medium sweet with slightly grainy malt and bittersweet finish.
2.7330 ml bottle from Systembolaget torp. Apple juice light hazy golden with white head. A little floral and grain. Semi dry with medium bitterness and medium carbonation.
2.3Das Bier hat eine klare goldgelbe Farbe und eine fingerbreite weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch deutlich hopfig, süß malzig, Getreide. Geschmack bitter hopfig, leicht metallisch, süß getreidig, naja!
2.8Bottle 50cl. Golden with a very small white head. Pilsner aroma with a slight hint of sweetness. Soft to drink. Not too hoppy. An average pilsner.
2.70,5L bottle (gift from suurjuust, thanks!). Pours clear golden with white head. The head stays. Aroma is grainy and malty with some sweetness. Flavor is sweet, caramel, malt, grains. Body is thin. Finish has some nutty bitterness. Overall: drinkable I guess.
3.9Im Glas schön golden, Schaum perlt gleich weg. In der Nase frische Orange, ganz leicht. Im Trunk süß, fruchtig, prickeln, süffig, lecker. Im späten Abgang sogar leicht minzig.
3.1bottle (5%, Pilsner) from Bierpost. Clear golden colour, small white head. Fresh hoppy nose. Light-bodied, malty start with a shy syrupy sweetness, pleasantly rounded off with some bitter hops that add a grassy element. Decent beer, but why is this a Czech Pilsner? Never had a Czech Pilsner with birch-tree syrup and the taste here is far, far away from a Czech Pilsner.
2.7Clear golden beer, small white head. Nose is malts, some toasty notes and grass, weak caramel. Flavor is on the thin side, minerals, malt, grainy notes, hops in the also grainy finish. Lacks body. Maybe on a hot summer evening as a quaffer, as it is easy to drink, but otherwise too thin.
2.2Pours clear yellow with a small white head that disappears almost immediately. Hoppy, slightly malty, aroma. Not sure where is the birch.
The taste is dry and bitter, although with a hint of sweetness, maybe the birch syrup. The palate is quite highly carbonated, medium bodied. Short finish.
3.0How: Bottle Appearance: clear golden, small white head. Aroma: Floral, light syrup, fresh fruits, caramel. Palate_ light body, medium carbonation.
2.8Clear golden colour with a little white head, nice fresh pale lager aroma. lively carbonation with a very bitter finish
2.6Copenhagen 11/8 2014. 50 cl bottle from Netto. Pours clear light yellow with substantial white head. Fresh sour aroma. Light prickly mouthfeel. A bit of citrus in the taste which is pilsnerstyle. Good lunch beer - but nothing special.
2.201-FEB-2015, bottle @Gamlere.
Very pale, low white.
Fresh, czeck-like. Ok.
2.1500ml bottle (Regalia, Tallinn)
Bland generic pale lager aroma. Pale, but nice texture, head quite persistent. Unbelievably bland taste. There’s nothing apart from gentle malts. Watery palate, obviously. Clean, certainly uncontaminated by taste.
