3.5 Pine, dark, bittersweet citrus fruits, marmalade, orange peel, molasses, caramel. Clear, dark gold, small, creamy, white head. Medium bitter. Heavy, bittersweet citrus fruits, overripe tropical fruits, mango, pine, molasses, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Very nice Amber Ale, rich and well-balanced. Keg at Rattle’n’Hum Easy, Midtown.

3.9 From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours somehow hazy and dark red with fluffy brownish foam, fine. Aroma is an enjoyable mix of caramel, resinous, hazelnut, terrain. Body is medium-dense. Taste is sweet at first, with some bitterness coming up. Finish is not particularly long
3.8 Poured from a bottle, it appears hazy and unfiltered, with a deep amber coppery tone topped of with a very thin head of white froth, which dissipates quickly, leaving thin lacing, but reappears on swirling. Aroma is strongly caramel malt, together with hoppy notes of resin, florals and some fruit. Taste starts off lightly sweet, with notes of caramel, resin, florals and some fruit, then earthy undertones of bread, biscuit and dough, before finishing with bitter, though fairly abrupt. Carbonation feels quite lively, a bit too much for my taste, but strangely enough, it is paired with a rather thin and watery feel, especially towards the end.
3.7 from the Barrel - hazy dark amber beer with a moderate head retention; aroma of prunes and caramel; light spicy; some malt sweetness and a late decent bitterness; aftertaste of marzipan, red fruits and spices, a bit earthy; light residual sweetness
3.8 Deep amber, medium off-white head. Good lacing. Lots of honey malts, melon, tropical fruit. Light to medium body. Dryish on taste. Caramel, melon, vinous, medium grassy bitterness. Good
2.9 Tap at Zly casy. Buttery and slightly roasty. Not bad, but lacking in hoppiness in all respects and also struck by diacetyl.
3.8 On tap, zlý časy. Amber colour, white head. Aroma hops, pine, caramel, molasses. Taste is caramel, piny hops, citrus fruits. Bitter aftertaste. Good one.
3.7 Aroma: Medium/heavy aroma of malts, caramel, orange, pine, bread and hops. Appearance: Turbid/opaque dark orange/dark brown beer with a slight/medium beige head. Taste/Palate: Starts medium sweet with malts, caramel, orange and pine; ends sightly bitter and dry with bread and hops. Overall: This beer is rather intense, complex and balanced. The aroma is way more outspoken than the taste, such a shame. Great appearance however and a good beer overall.
3.8 33cl bottle shared with 3 friends. Thin white head. Hazy amber pour. Light bitterness. Easy drinking.
4.1 It pours a lovely ruby color with a medium tan frothy head of nice persistence. The aroma is caramel, light toffee, nice hoppiness (grapefruit, tangerine, red orange), some fruitness as well. The flavour follows the nose, up front a really nice caramel and maltiness, almost fruity, then a citrus hop character that lingers for a while, a subtle toasty note in the end which is just perfect. Extremely balanced! A very very dangerous beer, the alcohol content is wisely hidden and it goes down so easily. Soft carbonation, medium body with almost creamy mouthfeel. Just love it!

3.5 Bottle. Pours a clear deep amber beer with a nice white head on top. Aroma of caramel, nice citrussy hops, grapefruit, and light sugary. Flavor is medium sweet and medium bitter. Fairly malty with a strong hoppy bite in the back. Balance is good, carbonation in medium and aftertaste is long and bittersweet. Nice one.
3.3 355ml bottle from Beervana. Santiago, Nov. 2016. Pours a dark brownish orange color with a big creamy head that lasts long. Aroma is nicely balanced, fruity with some herbal hops and a touch of malty backbone. Green and red apples with some fair amount of chestnuts. Same in the taste: fruits, apples, herbs, lemongrass with some nut bitterness. Dry. Pleasantly bitter. Light to medium body, fair carbonation. Well balanced. Nice.

3.2 Keg (Gallows Bird, Espoo) Very rich sweet malty aroma, grainy and a touch smoky wooliness - this seems more like a scotch ale than just an amber ale. Full smooth palate, a bit sweet and heavy. Pleasantly nutty and woody, sweetish too. Finish has a nice dry hoppiness. Kinda nce beer.

Quite sweet and caramely.
