3.0 Bottle. Pours amber with a pink tint and a smalloff-white head. Aroma of apricot, banana boat sweets, malt and artificial sweetener. Quite heavy sweetness and a light touch of sour. Toward medium body, slight oily and watery texture, soft to average carbonation. Not so bad.
3.2 2017/07/12 - Pours a clear yellow/orange gold colour with s foamy, off white head that lingers and leaves moderate lacing. Aroma is sweet peach, banana, wheat and grain. Taste is more peach/apricot, grain, wheat and light grassy hops. Mouthfeel is medium and silky with effervescent carbonation and a lightly sweet, drying finish. OK, but nothing exceptional.
3.5 Had this one after baseball last night. I had shopped lat week for more Oatmeal stout, but there wasn’t any at the local LCBO close to my work. Wanted to try this one. You can taste the fruity apricot of the drink, but a bit faint. *** Took it a second time in a glass instead, got the extra point on the smoothness, a little after taste tea-like that I could enjoy better without it.
2.6 Bottle from Saveur Biere. Clear golden with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, sugary and heavy canned peach. Flavor is medium sweet. Sweet finish. 240617
3.5 From can. Large head, golden/amber colour, clear. Aroma: apricot, peach, banana. Lightly sour, light body, lively. Refreshing, but no exitement.
3.9 C+. Pours a clear golden color with white head. Has kinda strange aftertaste, but otherwise not bad.
3.1 Appearance: Pours a clear light gold body with a 1-2 finger head. I expected a more cloudy body for a wheat beer, a bit disappointed. Smell: I can smell the apricot from far. Smells fresh & zesty. Pretty much the only aroma i can pick out but it’s good. Taste: Apricot is more discreet but present. Lends a nice freshness to it. Nice malted wheat in there makes it pleasant. Mouthfeel: Well carbonated, refreshing, light and smooth.
3.4 Bright dark golden color with moderate pearly activity. Slightly creamy beige 1 finger head, lasting around 5 minutes, with weak legs. Flavors of apricot, peach, sweet grains, caramel, faint wheat and corn, some herbal spices. Highly sweet with a mild dash of bitter leafy hops. Slick and smooth medium body with soft crispy carbonation. Light strength finish, lingering sweet malts and candy like ester fruits. A bit syrupy with tons of sugars, a little too much. Incredible inviting smell of fruits, while the flavors are pretty good. Not so much the mouth feel, which is a bit dull and slightly lacking freshness from an oily feel. Overall good quality craft.
3.3 La robe est dorée et parfaitement claire, avec une fine mousse qui se dissipe rapidement. Les effluves sont enivrants: l’abricot explose au nez tandis que les arômes levurés font également sentir leur présence.
3.1 Can - Pours a gold-orange with white fizzy top. Aroma of pale wheat malt, apricot, and a floral presence. Tastes of pale wheat, apricot, grape, mild hops end.
3.6 Pale orange with a firm white head. Very apricot forward aroma with wheat and other fruit notes. Medium bodied. Apricot leads the way in the flavor, too. Some light bitter citrus, a faint spice, and sweet wheat. Very refreshing.
3.4 16 oz. can poured to glass at Dell Rhea’s Chicken Basket in Willowbrook, IL., displaying a fairly clear, orangey gold color, with a frothy layer of cream colored head foam that slowly reduced to a persistent ring & film, and waves & spots of lacing. The nose was light, fruity perfume that was as apricot preserves, with soft wheat. Light to medium bodied, the taste was modest sweetness & apricot, with lively carbonation, and a subtle, seltzery nature to the effervescence. Tasty and potentially sessionable.
3.6 Solid fruit beer with a big kick of apricots, a hint of pepper to give it a bit of a warm spiciness to it. A bit too carbonated but it’s such a great summer time patio beer.
3.3 A pretty decent brew. Pours a dark golden. Big apricot aromas.. Reminds of the apricot jam my mom used to make. Nice sweetness. But not too sweet. I feel like I get a bit of aspartame in the finish.
4.1 Drank from a pint glass poured from a large can, thank you KevDawg. Nice aromas of Apricot! A solid crushable summer brew!
3.0 Le goût de l’abricot est très présent, au nez puis sur la langue. Un test à l’aveugle le confirme. A part ce détail, cette bière est assez quelconque.
3.4 11.5 oz. bottle from Pacific Liquor. Pour is amber with a nice white head. Luscious apricot and wheat aroma. Not too sweet and has the right amount of apricot flavor, goes down easy, well balanced. Would repeat.
3.3 can into a lager glass. Appearance - Amber colored body with a tall white head that soon dies down to a thin but durable top coat; Nice patterned lacing is left sticking to the glass. Moderate visible carbonation. Aroma - Wheat bread and lot of apricot jam. Taste - Apricot start to finish. Various vague soft ripe fruit and bready notes interweave. Feel - Medium carbonation; Semi-dry finish. Overall: worth a try if you enjoy apricots or fruity wheat beer.
3.0 Golden clear with a brief white head, medium bodied and peaches and apricot aroma. The finish is cloying, this is not a well crafted fruit beer.
3.8 Got a McAuslan/St.Ambroise mixer. Pours a foamy average head. Pale dark amber appearance. Good lacing and retention. Pretty nice aroma of apricot upon first pour. Very flavourful apricot taste with a bit of sweet citrus. Really quite tasty and tons of sweetness. Some tartiness on the palate, not offensive but quite obvious. It can most likely be drunk warm or lukewarm as well as chilled. The taste will still come out. Good stuff, and not what I was expecting at all with that deScription. Deserves another taste!
2.9 Nice fruity aroma. Clear golden beer with little white head. Minimal sweet apricot taste otherwise it taste is light bitter. Light body with average carbonation. Drinkable fruit beer.
2.3 341ml bottle. Crystal clear, dark orangey, golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet, artificial apricot aroma, hints of butter, nut butter, ester. Taste is slightly bitter hoppy, minimally wheaty, slightly diluted, minimally artificial hints of apricot, moderate sweetness, minimally tart counterweight. Not as sweet and artificial as the aroma suggested to suspect.
1.5 Pours a clear straw from a bottle, extremely little head. Apricot/white grape juice aroma, similar flavor, maybe somewhat strong like an extract or schnapps or something. Not a great beer.
2.9 Bottle from Saveur-Biere.com - Color: clear golden blond beer with small carbonation and medium white foam. Smell: apricot, exotic fruits. Apricot yoghurt. Sweet notes. Taste: light body with high fruity taste. Apricot and peach domination. Sweet and fruity notes. Quiet chemical notes for the attenuation. Aftertaste: sweet apricot and yoghurt.
3.5 Pours one finger of head on clear straw body. Aroma is lots of apricot. Taste is mild bitter then apricot sweet. Texture is crisp and fizzy. Enjoyable.
3.0 Clear amber. Aromas of apricot, as expected. Taste is pleasant at first, but after only one bottle, the sweetness of the apricot increasingly becomes nauseating. Undrinkable when warm.
2.5 Bottled. Clear yellow body, large white head. The aroma is peaches, apricot, some herbs. The taste is fresh, not too Much fruit and not artificial. A bit too bitter for me, could be sweeter.
3.1 330 ml. bottle. Pours a medium thick, well retained, off white head, ovre a clear, amber (SRM 7) body.....nose is apricots, base malts, light wheat, no hops......taste is slightly sweet, with dominant apricot, light malts, no hops......mouth feel light of medium body, no alcohol, high carbonation. This is a pleasant fruit beer, but the underlying malts are a bit inconspicuous making the underlying beer a bit too muted. BJCP 7/3/14/4/7
3.1 Bue en bouteille de 33cl. Nez abricot velouté. Palais sucré sur l'abricot, acidité. Finale pétillante, amère. Moyen
2.6 Bue en buteille de 341ml à la brasserie. Couleur blonde abricot mousse et effervescence moyenne. Nez sur la pêche chimique. En bouche un goût de sirop pour la toux de quand j’étais petit. Très très sucré.
