Beautiful straw colour, fine white head. Fruity aroma with a slight flavour of hop. Smooth beer, pleasantly sweet with a light bitterness.

3.1Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, yeast, hop, sugar. Flavour is fruit, malt, yeast, hop, sugar, spices. Medium body. OK/ Nice beer.
3.4Bottle at home. Light golden and slightly hazy. Fresh and clean aroma with a hint of fruit and hops. Fairly neutral flavour with a balance of bitterness and sweetness plus a little fruit. Not bad.
2.9Bottle, 330 ml at Kriek, Poznan. Pours orange with white head. Yeasty and fruity aroma, sweetish flavor, medium body. Not a very good Belgian ale.
3.4Bottle.Pours golden with an off-white head. Aroma of fruitiness, some hints of citrus, yeast and malt. Flavor is sweet and malty with some lemon, fruitiness and yeast. Medium body, average carbonation.
3.2Bottle. A more or less clear one, golden in color and with a small, dense, white head. Fruity, sugary aroma in the typical Belgian blonde way. Some spiced hints in the back, I’m not able to detect which. A herbal note as well actually. The flavor is quite sugary fruity, with apricot and some orange peel. Some spiced and yeasty hints too. Medium body, semi-dry and with a pleasant carbonation level. Overall, quite boring, but not bad for a Belgian blond. 131214
3.1Bottle 330ml @ Geokkjer
Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus and hint of yeast. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with a long yeasty finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
3.3Dorée trouble, effervescence moyenne-forte de visu, gazeuse au palais, col blanc moyen. Malts caramel doux en entrée, suivis par une bonne petite amertume de pelure d’orange. Banale mais agréable.
3.5Decent ale. Golden color with light cloudiness , mid-sized white head. Aroma of yeast , spices and bread. Taste is sweet with yeasty and spices notes. Light bitterness in aftertaste.
3.0Big head, dense, but collapsing, and nice golden colour, with medium carbonation. Smell is sweet, with some spicy notes. Taste is sweet too, candi sugar, and some liquorice while warming up. But it’s quite light, the aftertaste is quite empty, in a couple of seconds nothing remains in the mouth, not really a big taste.
Not bad, but average.
2.7Lekker blond bier, niet meer niet minder. Lekkere afdrink. Lekker zacht van smaak
2.9Good looking beer with good and stable foam head. The cling is very nice and is leaving nice marks on the glass.
The taste is refreshing but has a very short aftertaste.

3.6Appearance: Hazy golden color with a big white head that leaves a fine lacing.
Aroma: Mild malty. Citric, fruity and some yeast.
Palate: Medium + body. Mild round sweetness and a moderate bitterness. Soft carbonation.
Taste: Mild sweet wheat (banana), mild fruity, yeast and fresh citric.
Overall impression: Fresh and lovely Belgian ale.
Personal stats: Bottle from Belgian Brasserie Henri in Budapest, Hungary.
3.11/IV/13 - 33cl bottle from Comptoir des Fagnes (Couvin, BE) @ home - BB: 5/III/14 (2013-292)
Clear blond beer, creamy white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sugary, spices, some citrus. MF: quite some carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter start, citrus, grassy hops, bit watery. Aftertaste: bitter and hoppy, bit spicy, cloves and aniseed.
3.3Généreuse mousse crémeuse et douce mais trop fuyante. Cette blonde pâle ne développe pas énormément d'arôme. C'est le fruité qui domine tout simplement. Une bouche courte mais relativement ronde, douce et légèrement sucrée.

3.2Aroma is quite citrusy with some orange blossom. Flavour has light malty begin then fresh citrus. Clean and refreshing.
3.633 cl. fles geproefd dankzij Kraddel.
2.3another i-bought-it-so-i-HAVE-to-drink-it bottle that was waiting for a kamikaze-moment , wich was there, yesterday. as expected, blonde, white foam, no smell, no uniqueness, nothing. just plain sugar, high carbo, bad meciocer belgian blonde taste.. sigh... would throw them all out if there were no possibilities in being surprises 1 % of the time but this is just awfull ...
2.8Bottle@home, 33cl. Head: white colored foam. Color: gold. Aroma: grain, malt. Taste: some sour, sweet. Palate: thin. Overall: aroma is better than taste..
3.4330 ml bottle. Nice Belgian ale, but nothing really impressive. I still recommend it, it?s nice for a change
2.9330ml bottle. Aroma is fruity, really fruity. Almost like cherry. Appearance is pale golden with a finger thick white head. Taste is light sweet and very little bitter. A soft carbonation and a short but light bitter finish. Overall a superb dessert beer.
1.7Squat 33cl brown bottle, best before 29th Oct 09, drank late May 09. Poured into a Westmalle chalice, with the sediment going into a J&B Whisky glass.
Looked like a lager really, golden and with a well formed white head. It was clear because of the double pour, the sediment was murky and was a great afterdrink.
Sweet and yeasty aroma, straw, cerels and tinny, not very nice.
Metalic nasty flavour.
Another Du Bocq designer beer, this brewery could produce (and does) some good beers, but they play around and push out anything they think will sell. Hiding the breweries name on the rear label annoys me too! No wonder I end up coming home with some of their beers, they flood the market and I keep missing who the brewery is.
2.1From back log , Aged bottle
Head: white,, away fast
Colour: amberish
Smell: bit sour, malts, hay, barley
Taste: skunky malts, sweetcorn, mostly sweet and a bit funky/sour, infected ?
4.1leaves, cheese, spruce, hay, cooked vegetables, licorice, orange, cloudy, white foam, heavy cloying sweetness, medium bitterness, heavily sour, medium body, sticky, average carbonation, long finish,
3.433cl bottle.
3.2Ködös mély arany szín, közepes méretű krémes fehér habbal a tetején.
Visszafogott illata gabonás és citrusos.
A frissítően csípős főzet kissé száraz, némileg fanyar aromáját gabona és gyógyfüves komló kíséri, enyhe citromot idéző, gyümölcsös aláfestéssel.
Finoman melengető befejezése fűszeres és száraz, viszonylag hosszan tart.
3.4Golden coloured beer with a nice sized and good holding head. Decent grain, malts, fruits, and slightly smell hops. Not bad, misses a small boost.
3.8Bottle @ home. Clear at first, cloudy after pouring in everything. Yellow / golden color, big creamy, mostly lasting white head. Smell lightly malts, a lot of lemon / citrus for a blond beer. Very fruity taste as well, again lots of lime / lemon and very fresh. Nice carbonation that suits the beer, medium body.
3.5I had this in a small pub in the village of Celles. Nice blond with a big citrus flavore, bready texture, very refreshing. We we’re sitting on a sunny terras and this was just wonderfull ! Loved it (also other people loved it)
2.8Clear blond coloured beer with small white head and no carbonation visible. Very few herby aroma. Full sparklng palate. Finish is hoppy herby ending bitter sweet.
