"We use our Wheat Beer as the base for this beer. The zesty/pithy grapefruit is in complete harmony with the hops and malt."

2.8 Pours a hazy copper w/ a huge fluffy white head that leaves spotty lacing. The aroma has a European skunk thing going on. The taste is really bland w/ a weird aftertaste - possibly some strange bitterness of the grapefruit? This isn’t really that good at all!
2.4 Goldenes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, leicht hopfig, blumig, fruchtig. Geschmack malzig, blumig, trocken, etwas Grapefruit.
2.2 Bottle sample at a tasting at kerenmk’s place. Thanks kerenmk. Cloudy golden. Aroma of grapefruit, graininess and cardboard. Grainy flavor, a bit husky, with some grapefruit, a bit of cardboard and a bitterish finish. Rather light-bodied.
2.6 Golden color, white head. Light malty aroma, light taste, some sweet fruits, light bitter finish. Watery mouthfeel, light body.
2.6 500ml bottle from Waitrose. Clear golden colour with small off-white head. Aroma is malt and strong grapefruit. Flavour is malt, hops, and a grapefruit sharpness.
2.8 Aroma: fruity hops, grapefruit very noticeable. Appearance: medium yellow to gold, small to medium frothy head. Taste: medium sweet. Palate: flat carbonation, some bitters coming up, medium long finish. Overall: interesting Fruit Beer - not my favourite style though. Pint at the Jerusalem Tavern, London.
1.7 500ml bottle. Pours clear darkish yellow with thin head. Aroma is of a little grapefruit so I thought it may taste the same. Sadly I was wrong. Fairy liquid after taste and really quite grim. Shame really.
0.5 Hazy pale amber pour. Super skunky aromas with no grapefruit to speak of. Flavor is similar, very skunky and no grapefruit. Awful swill.
2.4 Bottled ; the concept is ok but delivery not great . There is some mild grapefruit texture and basic malty bitter under that ...
2.4 I really like this beer on tap at a St. Peters bar in London. The bottle is very different. Buttery, tastes old. Drinkable, boring English beer, no grapefruit zestiness. Thin bodied. I assume this sat on the shelf for a long time before I got to it. Not good.
2.8 Bottle, 500 ml from Konzum, Zagreb. Pours amber, malty can’t recall grapefruit aroma will have to re-rate it.
2.6 Bottle from Wholefoods. Clear golden body with a thin white head that fades. Light carbonation. No lacing. Aroma of sour citrus, earth and straw. Flavour is lime, grapefruit, earth and metal. Thin body with a watery mouthfeel. Light carbonation. An interesting beer that would go down well on a hot summer’s day.
2.2 Light ochre colour wit a small white head. Aroma is fruity and fresh. Sour and well-rounded tastem, but a bit bland. Tiny fraction of bitterness in the finish. Light body and thin/oliy texture.
2.5 peber aroma, amber, hazy, off white foam, light sweetness, lightly bitter, light body, oily feel, light fizzy, dry light grapefruit finish.
2.6 Light amber coloured and clea.er Has a white head. Sweet aroma with faint butter notes plus faint grapefruit. Flavor starts sweet, then some bitterness and pepper.
2.2 Slightly Hazy Dark Amber Color, Small Head That Fell Apart Almost Immediately, Light Spotty Lacing. Virtually no aroma until warms up, then Skunk comes out. No wonder, while oval flask like bottle is cool it is green. Citrus, Malt, Skunk, Some Spices, slightly Bitter End. Medium Body, Above Average Carbonation. Wish it were fresh, since I did not get grapefruit. Besides cool bottle and crow logo, which I liked, I can’t say much positive things. Pass it...
3.6 Compliments of Another6Pack! It pours a hazy to cloudy orange, has a 2 finger head of foam. Nice bitter notes of grapefruit with some earthy malt notes. The grapefruit is more bitter in the smell than in the taste. Kind of a light bitterness tempered by a honey like sweetness and an earthiness about it. Okay, it does get a bit more bitter with more sips. Pretty nice brew. On the low end of medium bodied, same with the carbonation. I like the mouthfeel. Overall, a tasty grapefruit fruit brew with low a enough abv to enjoy more than 1 if I had one. Good stuff.
3.5 500ml bottle from Utobeer, London (£2.70): Floral with grapefruit, citrus & honey. Bitterness towards the end & an earthy aroma with some lighter hops too. Amber with a large, foamy white head that is foamy, dome shaped and very thick. Orange & citrus notes upfront with a lot of bitterness and to a lesser extent some grapefruit too. Floral & mellow with some earthy flavours making an appearance too. Light medium bodied and quite bitter from the outset with subtle carbonation and a touch of dryness. A grapefruit and citrus mix with earthy tones & strong bitterness. A nice offering and definitely something a bit different from the usual, overly sweet taste of a regular fruit beer.
2.9 Gyllen og noe uklar farge. Absolutt ingenting skum. Lukter selvfølgelig grapefrukt og noe malt. Medium pluss bitter og lite kullsyre. Smaker ikke så mye grape som det lukter. pga lite futt og ingen skum så blit det ikke en innertier.
2.8 Orangefarget nesten uten skum. Grape, malt og honninglukt. Bitter. Lang ettersmak, litt doven.
2.8 From Voldby, Dk. Bottled, 150913. Golden with white head. Aroma of malt amd citrus. Flavour with some fruit and caramel
2.5 500ml bottle. Dark amber color. No head. Grapefruit skins, juicy, fruity aroma. Grapefruit, grassy flavor. Beer mixed with grapefruit juice is the right description of that experience.
2.5 Bottle 0,5l. Pours clear golden with a low head. Aroma is malts and caramel. Flavor is mostly malts and grapefruit.
3.6 Cask at the Jerusalem Tavern, Farringdon. Less grapefruit, more bitterness than I’d remembered. Golden orange colour. Fruit and bitter (almost lagery) compete on the tongue.
3.0 A zesty taste but I'm not getting much grapefruit from it. Further sips confirm not much of a grapefruit flavor
2.2 Bottle - Pours clear golden with a bubbly white head. Nose is brown sugar with some buttery malt. No fruit to speak of. Taste is buttery malt with a little bitter citrus finish--but it’s barely noticeable. Thin, slick and biting carbonation. Very bad, but I’m guessing it’s pretty old.
2.9 Bottle from Binnys. Poured clear amber with fine white foam. Aromas of lime and lemon. Quite smooth lager peppery citrus taste. Ok...
4.1 Delicious, fruity and refreshing beer, very easy on the way down. Good beer, good
2.9 Bottle. Slightly hazy copper color with a thin head. Aroma of grass, malt and resin. Maybe some grapefruit also as said on the label. Malty taste with some floral hops. Medium bitter finish.
2.6 0,5l bottle. Pours clear golden with a low head. Aroma is malts. Flavor is mostly malts with a hint of grapefruit. Drinkable.
