3.4 ALDI wint hier de battle met Lidl op zijn sloffen. Goeie trippel met een fantastische kruidige zomerse honingsmaak. Hier kunnen de bijtjes alleen maar blij van worden. Oké overdrijf maar de “huismerk” Trippel challenge Gerardus VS Steen Brugge oftewel Lidl VS ALDI is wel een gigantisch verschil. Mooie zachte kruidige zoete honing smaak met een lekker moutje en een lichte bitter die er goed bij past. Goudgele honing kleur met een kleine schuimkraag. Proefglas

3.7 Robe or sombre, limpide, belle mousse, mais une bonne part s'évacue assez vite. Belle carbo. Nez très expressif, fleuri et malté. Attaque charpentée, assez sucrée, mais bel équilibre, même si l'amertume est secondaire, dominée par le corps malté, légèrement caramélisé. Fruits mûrs, un peu d'alcool, une belle triple.

2.8 Fles gedeelt door LiekevdV. Het is een goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige geur. De smaak is moutig, kruidig en gistachtig.

3.4 Goudgeel, witte schuimkraag, helder, veel koolzuur. Aroma: Mout, gist, banaan, kruidig van de gruut, Koriander. Smaak: Moutig, iets zoet, gist, fruitig, licht metaal, kruidig, peper, koriander, iets scherp en heel licht bitter. Medium body, redelijk koolzuur, kruidige afdronk.....iets droog.

4.1 Steenbrugge Tripel pours hazy golden with a hint of copper. Its white head is big at first and has medium lifetime. The nose is very tropical with it banana and pineapple notes, which are accompanied by buttery sourdough and cupcake notes with a hint of spicy scents. A mouthful reveals a burst of fruitiness up front, followed by caramelized malts on the mid-palate. From the center, it makes a transition from semi-sweet caramel flavor to a long finish which leaves a nice glow from the alcohol as well as spiciness of clove and white pepper behind. Steenbrugge Tripel has a soft and creamy mouthfeel with an above average carbonation complementing the spiciness nicely. While calling this brew complex is hardly a stretch, it is on the more ’casual’ side of tripel. Dangerously quaffable at 8.7% ABV.

3.8 I have found this bottle at the grain d'Orges, in Crissier, before that they close for ever the shop. I drank this one, the last saturday, at home, in Lausanne. Best before 03/18, the color is yellow/orange, normal carbonation for the style, white foam. It is a classical tripel, average, without surprise but it is fully drinkable. You smell the degree of alcool, malty, sweet, typical touch of Belgium yeast, apricot, malty, some hop, a bit dry at the final. Second bottle that I have bought there, best before 03/18, it is a classical tripel, good relation price and quality, the only point that I could notice, it is that this beer is a bit tart, at the beginning.

3.6 Butelka 0,75 z datą do 11.08.2018. Wygląd: słomkowe, bursztynowe, lekko mętne, piana wysoka i trwała. Aromat: pomarańcze, przyprawy korzenne, cynamon. Bez szału. Smak: wytrawne. Gorzkie pomarańcze, trochę jak grzaniec z pomarańczami, gałka muszkatołowa, drożdżowy posmak. Goryczka zalegająca. Alkohol dobrze ukryty, piwo miło rozgrzewa. Bez wad, ale i bez szału.

3.7 Buona tripel belga di Bruges, si presenta di un colore giallo chiaro con una densa schiuma abbondante e molto persistente. Presenta aromi di spezie e albicocca e un gusto pieno, deciso, corposo, che dal dolce vira molto lentamente all'amaro. Insomma, una tripel belga classica, senza guizzi particolari, ma sicuramente ottima.

4.4 Orange, lite dimmig. Doften åt det syrligare hållet för en Tripel, lätt jästa äpplen. Markerad kolsyra. Smaken följer doften men successivt lite mer sötma, aprikoser, lite fikon o örter. Beskan smyger in fint på slutet. Mycket bra!

3.3 31-01-2018; bottle; at home; drunk as Brabante Gran Triple (bought somewhere in Spain). The looks of the beer are nice. It has the looks of a Tripel already. The colour of the beer is a nice golden amber. The beer has a slight haziness. A lot of fine bubbles are rising towards the top. On top of the beer a nice thick soft fluffy layer of foam is formed. Foam retention is very good. The foam stays on top of the beer for quite some time. The smell of the beer is familiar. Not very special...but not bad. It is not to strong. There are some nice malty notes. The malts gives some sweet aromas and a nice alcohol sweet touch. Some caramel touches are also there. Hops give some nice hops touches. A bit herbal and earthy...not to strong. All in all, a fine smell but not very special. The taste of the beer is also familiar, a tiny bit mild and not very special. There are some firm malts, giving some sweet caramel and clear sweet alcohol. There is a touch of liquorice. Hops give some herbal and earthy notes and provide bitterness and some sour notes. However, the beer is a bit old and this can be tasted. I guess it'll be better if it is fresher. The beer is balanced. The palate is fine. Medium body, smooth and medium high carbonation. The finish of the beer is fine. Some earthy herbal malts, strong alcohol and a touch of malts. All in all...a fine beer. Not very special, but not bad.

3.2 Botella. Muy buena dosis de espuma. Ámbar clarita. Aromas lupulados y fruta tropical. En boca, entra muy floral y va tornando a amargo y sobre todo a alcohol. De hecho tiene notas licóricas del estilo strong ale. Le falta algo, se queda con poco paladar.

3.5 Bottle at Bierhuis. Golden with white head. Aroma is sweet and malty, banana, yeast, stone fruit and slight candy notes. Taste is similar, sweet and malty, slight alcohol, fruit, grass, yeast notes.

2.9 Acheter c’est vanuxeem à ploegstreert. Bouteille de 33cl. Couleur dorée reflet orangatre. Col de mousse aéré, fin de mousse surplombant le tout, qui ce terminé dur une fin inexistant. Au nez : note sucré, type caramel et note de malts. En bouche : c’est épicé très léger ! Note de caramel . Un peu de levure . Manque de longueur en bouche . Pas assez de puissance . Une fin en bouche sèche et sans intérêt.
