3.520 years ago I used to love this style and Hoegaarden, when Hoegaarden was still real. Then I've lost it, unless you go to a bar where the only drinkable option is a Kronenbourg Blanc... Ok this is going to go with my steak.
Pours hazy orange, huge fluffy head with great retention and lacing. Very well carbonated that it pushes the head off the glass (so rude).
Classic Witbier on the nose, with bread, clove and citrus zest. What it should smell like.
Very low bitterness but quite astringent and medicinal on the first sip. High malt profile with the classic orange peel and some banana esters.
Medium bodied and carbonation, but then I focussed on my steak and I forgot about this beer. I found myself overwhelmed by banana esters.
Anyway, OK beer.
3.0Draught. Very hazy orange color, with a white head. Aroma is light, some coriander and wheat. Taste is coriander, wheat. Light body, low carbonation. Simple wit, but I have to say in this hot day and very thirsty, I enjoyed it.
3.7Cloudy golden colored beer with a good white head. Taste is (wheat)malty sweet, hints of orange peel and coriander.
3.5Aroma; wheat malts, coriander, pomerance, banana, lemongrass. Look; off-white nice head on hazy golden body. Taste; wheat malts, grass, pomerance peel, coriander, clove, banana, floral yeast, and leading to a fine finish. Feel; ok body n co². Overall; wit it is.
2.8Jan 2020. 250ml brown bottle, unfiltered. Modest, slightly sweet, and pleasant wheat beer. Yeah, quite drinkable. Some soft honey notes add interest. Yeah. OK.
3.20,33 bottle.

Unfiltered, pale golden color, solid foam, white duvet. It smells like coriander, orange peel, citrus, but still yeasty, wheat, I imagined it to be like that. More carbonated than average, slightly more disembodied than medium :) easy to drink Belgian wheat. As it warms up in the glass, it smells more and more delicate. The taste is citrus with banana notes, yeast is also a bit, all wheat notes come out very well. You feel like you’re drinking real wheat beer, yet it’s not Bavarian. (not as if that's wrong) can come at any time. More summer drink than winter :)
3.1Bottle.
Light with typical herbal tastes. Balanced and inoffensive, standard fayre.
2.8250ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with small, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Spicy and slightly wheaty aroma, hints of coriander and orange zest, a touch of banana and clove, strange whiffs of coffee. Taste is dry, yeasty fruity, minimally spicy and wheaty, hints of pear and banana, a peppery touch of coriander; rather earthy if not musty - probably not the freshest example.
4.0Lekker witbiertje
3.0Brilliant white rocky head left a froth on an murky dark lemon coloured still body.
Wheat & spices aroma.
Medium, fluffy & creamy on the palate with light clean back.
Coriander, yeast, spices & pepper tastes.
3.30.25 l bottle from 'Rudat', best before January 2020. Hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, quite spicy, moderately yeasty and a bit fruity aroma of banana, lots of coriander, some clove and a touch of lemon peel. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, minimally sourish, quite spicy, gently yeasty and moderately fruity taste of massive coriander, banana, clove and some lemon peel, followed by a short, moderately bitter, minimally tart, quite spicy and a bit yeasty finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, average carbonation. Maybe a bit too much of the spices, but other than that a really nice Wit!
3.616/10/2018 @ 33cl bottle @after work convention party.
Hazy light yellow, big white foam. Nose is grains. lemon. Taste is grains, some sweetness, bit lemon, coriander. Basic commerical witbier but than again one of the better I had lately.
3.4Hazy white-golden beer, small head. Aroma is wheat, smoked ham, wheat, taste same. Ok
Ietwat zurig. 5%.
2.9Pours hazy golden with a relatively thin white head. Citrus aroma. Taste, however, is more savory, grainy rather that fruity. Quite drinkable.
Aroma: Tarwemout, fruitig, banaan, perzik, kruidig, koriander...kruidnagel.
3.3250 ml bottle. Pours milky cloudy pale orange with big fluffy head. Tangerine, orange cest, lactose, pineapple, clove, lemon. Mild taste, slightly dry. Light bodied, watery to creamy texture, soft carbonated, light dry finish. Very thirst quenching and refreshing.
3.1Bottle 330ml at holiday home. BBE 2020-01-11. From K-citymarket Pirkkala. Pours hazy yellow with white head. Wheat, light citrus, spices, banana, light yeastiness. Medium body, average carbonation.
2.8resin, floral, spruce, citrus, herbs, pale, orange, amber, clear, hazy, cloudy, sparkling, minimal head, white foam, frothy, light sweetness, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, medium bitterness, lightly sour, medium sourness, heavily sour, salty,
